Fui a tomar café y pincho mañanero, muy bien y buena atención , gran terraza y bien atendida.

Jornadas de pinchos en el Bajo Nalón. El local es una recreación de taberna antigua con cuadros de personajes antiguos. 4 mini pinchos sobre nachos, queso feta, aguacate y toque picante. Bien, rico.

The service is truly exquisite. Unbeatable service: friendly, fast, and helpful. A good beer list, although they have Grimbergen on tap, so I didn't try any other; it's special. A variety of tapas: ham, hamburger, stuffed omelet, vegetable sandwich, etc. Fresh orange juice, coffee, etc. Olives, chips, etc. They have tables inside and on the terrace. Good value for money.

Es un bar bastante bueno pero estábamos tomando algo y a todos le pusieron pinchos menos a nosotros. Por lo demás está bien

The place has gone downhill. We used to love sitting there near every day of our holidaysto have our breakfast and wonderful pinchos. Amazing great service (table service in the terrace/ outside tables) . Today it was a shock. No service, we had to go to the bar and carry everything outside ourselves. Pinchos are still plenty and nice, the rest is messy and unfriendly. shame *voy a anadir en español, no hay necesidad de responder a comentarios constructivos de manera tan defensiva, el desayuno ha empeorado, un café enano y un zumo en una copa fina de prosecco”. Ya hemos estado ahí tres veces en estas vacaciones. Los pinchos tan buenos como siempre 👌

The bar waiter was lovely, and I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the moody waitress outside, that shouldn't be working with people face to face. She was just miserable to everyone and then started smoking while re arranging the tables outside. I worked as a waitress in a past life and I always had a smile and good manners, even if my life was shit some days. No customer is at fault if life is shit, and I never smoked in my uniform parading in front of customers. It just looks unprofessional and that you don't have pride to work there. You are the face of the establishment so you should represent your employer well, otherwise you might as well change job. It's a shame as the carne con queso and the coffee was very tasty. Prices are fair for it's place in the plaza! I know its hard to take a constructive critic, but I tell what isn't that hard, to smile! Smiling releases dopamine and endorphins which actually help you feel happy even when life is una merda!!!!!

Decidimos desayunar aquí ya que vimos el cartel de que tenían chocolate con churros pero una experiencia pésima, sabían a todo menos a churros, grasientos y duros, como refritos en aceite de pescado. La tostadas de jamón y tomate estaban ricas y te regalan un chupito de zumo de naranja.

Good place, nice decor but high prices, if you're looking for a quiet coffee this is not your place because with what you pay for coffee, you'll be thinking about it all day, not to mention the drinks.

Fuimos el otro día a tomar algo, nos cobraron por dos cervezas y un zumo 11,20 euros. Sinceramente no sabemos si a lo mejor cobraron de más por ser de fuera. Además el trato fue muy antipático, cuando en todo momento nuestro trato fue educado. Al entrar a pagar el camarero que estaba sirviendo la cerveza fue muy educado, pero la camarera que me cobró ni me miro a la cara prácticamente e igual fue el trato por parte de la camarera que nos atendió afuera, tanto fue asi que una persona mayor le pidió si tenía mas mesas y en vez de ayudarle a traerla le indicó donde estaba y se la tuvo que traer el mismo… lamentable. Y cuando la pedimos pagar con tarjeta nos dice que tenemos que ir dentro y decir lo que hemos tomado. Con esos precios y ese trato para no volver. Una pena porque es un sitio al que íbamos mucho hace unos años

Central location and nice terrace, but the prices are those of Madrid's Gran Vía. Yesterday afternoon, two small beers with lemon cost €5.40, and without a single pint, it's a rip-off. In other places in the area, they cost €1 less each.
