Terrible service. The guy in glasses and long hair. They made my drink 80% air. I asked to remake. He started to argue with me that it is normal. That was honestly the worst drink I ever got from Starbucks as well as service.

First of it was not Amanda who helped me, it was a long hair with glasses asian guy named Will. He was arguing with the customer before me, and he tried giving me attitude I told him to reset from the previous interaction and to not be rude! He just starred at me with a rude face when I was trying to skip the tip thinking it was touch screen, until I pressed the X red button worked. So if the card device works for 20% tip it should also work to decline tips keep your eye out for that 👀 After looking at the rating and reading some reviews everything made sense!

Rude staff. Overpriced drinks that aren’t made very well. When I say overpriced I mean that every drink is doubled at normal prices. Also, the chairs were not stable, cushions were falling off. Don’t go.

This is not a regular Starbucks. It's the only one that charged me $2.17 for a cup of ice water after I spent over $10 on coffee. Precious water! There was only one guy working at the counter but I had to wait for more than 5 minutes when there was no one else around. It was hot outside. I ordered the ice coffee but he handed me hot coffee! Very bad service and attitude. it's the worst Starbucks.

They deserve more than 1 star, but the bad impression the guy who took my order left on me warrants my selection. I frequent Starbucks almost every day and have always found them to be a leader in customer service. This location, while not in my home state, is an exception to the rule. The male cashier definitely did not fit the standards I usually encountered. His rude behavior was quite the opposite. When someone is paying $10.02 for a grande (medium-sized) cup of coffee, at least provide them with a pleasant experience and free tap water ($2). At that ridiculous price, I should have been the one with the attitude. People always tell me I pay too much for Starbucks, but it is generally worth it. Needless to say, this location doesn't meet the usual criteria of excellent customer service. The cashier needs to be more friendly and helpful.

RIPOFF ALERT!! Charges 40-50% more than other Starbucks. Cup of water is charged at $2+ dollars.

This Starbucks is owned by the casino across the streets and everything is 25% more expensive at least. They also charge $2 for a cup of water.

What a rip off! How can Starbucks allow this location in Primm to charge this much more? Try the Starbucks in Jean, Nevada, which is 15 min north of Primm. We have not stopped there yet so I don’t know their pricing in Jean.

Terrible price increase. Drinks are 9-10 dollars here. Not sure why but avoid this Starbucks at all cost!!! Ridiculous price increase find one in the city. The theft starts early.
