Al Braciasco Primolo Reviews
Excellent restaurant, spartan but comfortable rooms, warm and familiar atmosphere, beautiful location
The ossobuco with polenta is so good! And the bread is fantastic! Highly recommended for the hospitality and the deliciousness!
Very good restaurant with sciatt, pizzoccheri and Valtellina specialties
We had dinner, everything was very good, very kind staff, highly recommended
Honorable mention for the restaurant. We came here on our motorcycles. All the dishes we ordered were top-notch, especially the pizzoccheri, ossobuco, and sorbet. Ample parking, reasonable waiting times, friendly staff, excellent ingredients, pleasant locations and spaces, and fair prices. Keep it up! See you soon.
Lunch at the restaurant: superb homemade tagliatelle with venison ragù, excellent homemade whole grain bread, and a fantastic local cheese to finish! Compliments to the chef and staff! I forgot about the delicious homemade cake!
Restaurant near the cross-country ski trail. I give it 5 stars because I can't give more! The cuisine and service are top-notch, truly top-notch. Recommended: polenta and braised beef, tagliatelle with venison ragù, and, of course, pizzoccheri.
We stopped for lunch during an excursion with the first snow of the season and were pleasantly surprised by the kindness, helpfulness and professionalism of the owner. Very good sciatt and pizzoccheri. Cozy environment. Recommended stop for everyone! We will definitely be happy to return! Thank you
Situated in a wonderful location, surrounded by greenery and overlooking the valley, this place is worth a visit. I didn't stay overnight, but only ate at the restaurant. The pizzoccheri were among the best I've ever had; I should point out that they use spinach. The braised meat was incredibly tender and authentic. The desserts were top-notch. All at very reasonable prices: for less than €30 per person, you can enjoy two dishes with water and coffee. Excellent value. I highly recommend it. Very friendly and helpful staff.
We escaped the summer heat and found a peaceful, cool, and welcoming oasis. A place that leaves an indelible mark on us for its friendliness, kindness, and cleanliness. We sampled various dishes on the menu, and all were five-star in both quality and presentation. Even the desserts were truly worth the indulgence. Highly recommended, and definitely an experience worth repeating in the winter, too, with the enchanting snow, thanks to the numerous cross-country ski trails.
Patty and Marco know the meaning of hospitality very well. I spent a few days "at Braciasco" and felt welcomed. Their spontaneity, combined with their professional management, allows for a relaxing and safe stay. The aromas... the flavors of the exquisite cuisine... and the smiles brought me back to my roots, in an environment surrounded by immense beauty, nature, which they respect and care for, leaving a lasting impression and a simple yet unforgettable memory in the memory of those who stay. Thank you.
Excellent restaurant! Finally, generous portions, and above all, delicious! Friendly, courteous, and fast service! The braised beef deserves special mention, with incredibly tender meat and plenty of puccia! The homemade bread is superb, and the homemade desserts are simple but delicious. The Braulio sorbet: heavenly!
Excellent restaurant serving traditional Valtellina dishes. Generous portions, perfect for recharging after a day of skiing. It's a 10-minute walk from the Bernina Ski Resort slopes. It's also very close to the cross-country ski trail. I'm not reviewing the rooms, as I didn't use the hotel service, only the restaurant.
My friend and I chose this place to spend New Year's Eve. We stayed there for two nights in total, and I must say it was the best experience in every way! 1) Location: Immersed in the tranquility of the mountains and just steps from the chairlifts leading to the ski slopes, the hotel offers an excellent solution for anyone who wants to ski without worrying about parking! 2) Menu: The restaurant offers a rich, home-style menu, generous portions, and truly exquisite quality! 3) Cost: The final price was very reasonable, making the place incredibly competitive! Finally, we can only recommend spending endless relaxing breaks here for lovers of nature, snow, and pure air.
Excellent food and service. We had some excellent chat as an appetizer, some homemade ravioli stuffed with mushrooms, and a venison steak with a particularly delicious blueberry reduction. Perfectly cooked and portioned. Very satisfied with the meal, and Patrizia was excellent at serving us.
Great and typical food, good quantities and nice service.
