Besides Los Parián, the best tripitas in all of San Luis Potosí, and although there's a lot of demand, the organization they manage makes the wait not so long. Highly recommended for tripitas 😄😃
The place is a bit small for the number of people who usually go there, but it's worth it; the food is excellent and the service and time are perfect. The takeaway service takes a medium amount of time, so there's no problem for the number of people who usually wait.

A simple place with a seating area, almost directly across from the security booth in the Las Piedras neighborhood. Their specialty is delicious giant burritos. I recommend the marinated steak ones. They also make half of one steak and half of another. One burrito (if you finish it all) will satisfy your appetite.

They're okay, but the meat in the burritos used to be better seasoned and better prepared, chopped into small pieces. Now it's chopped into larger pieces and full of fat; they don't taste the same anymore. I preferred them before.

At least use photos of your own business. You're using pictures of the tacos from the food truck across the street, and the guy from the truck is even in them! 🤣🤣🤣 The tacos from the food truck are really good 😋
