The people here were SOO nice and helpful! The burritos are literally the best thing ever, so so good. I got the caramel blondie and a fuel and they were both amazing. The store is also so calm and clean, which is perfect for studying. def recommend!!!

I had the absolute BEST service from the baristas inside, and my fuel was made perfectly!! I added sugar free options and they made sure to make it exactly how I wanted it!! Will definitely be going back ALL the time!:)

We came by just after the "snow" storm blew through and it was well worth the journey! Black Rock Coffee had a wonderful vibrant menu, a chill vibe, and some surprisingly catchy tunes. Not just that, but everything we ordered was splendid! I recommend one of the Chillers for the frappuccino fans! Also a BIG shout out to Taylor! She was holding down the fort all by herself and did so in great fashion! She's a superstar!!

Most places only have 1 or 2 and they have tons! This past weekend was the first time in many years I’ve actually been able to have a peppermint mocha latte. 100/10 recommend!

My only complaint is the internet...it is sooooo slow. I did a test and it's only 6mbps for download speed. I can't get any work done there so I will have to visit other shops to have my coffee and work. Hopefully, they fix it so I can enjoy both at Black Rock!

Great experience at the soft opening today! I stopped by twice, once before work for a shaken espresso and spicy burrito (both highly recommend), and again after work to enjoy the atmosphere inside. The music was great, Tony and the baristas were so kind, and they suggested a tea I loved. Excited to make Black Rock Coffee my new go-to spot!

Loved it here! The inside is very cosy! Came in and got a drink on their soft opening! The sweet baristas told me they open Thursday for free drinks and Friday is BoGo drinks!! I will definitely be back!! So excited for a new coffee spot!!

I’m excited to have a black rock coffee on 380. The service is fantastic. The coffee is OK. But I’m not happy with the price of a cold brew coffee with sugar-free vanilla. No cream. It’s nearly 7 dollars. It is not prepared fresh obviously. Then, the tip menu comes up when you’re paying for a nearly 7 dollar coffee that they poured out of a picture and put ice into. I’m sorry, but no. If coffee shops can charge seven dollars for a medium cold brew, they can play their people a regular wage. I am happy to support businesses, especially coffee shops that are not Starbucks. However, you must do better. Also, I paid for a four dollar blueberry muffin. (that’s where I got my sugar) it was package sloppily. It obviously have been frozen, which is OK, but if you’re going to charge a customer four dollars for a muffin, at least make sure that it is presented appropriately. Again, the people that work in Black rock or fantastic. I would prefer to give the food a 2.5 star instead of two, but that is not possible.

I was about 15 minutes early - nobody was in line in drive thru or in the restaurant so I asked if they wanted to see my order to start early and they told me no... That they'd just have to let the ice melt and have it sit on the counter until it came across their computer. I have the receipt, showing this address and all the orders but they had to prove I ordered it. Still waiting, in an empty restaurant. Granted, they may have many orders that have come across but were just cleaning counters when I came in. Kinda frustrating customer service.... Hopefully the drinks are as yummy as they have been the last two times!!

I really wanted the coffee to be good and even took a few more sips just to prove myself wrong but as I took a sip you could smell the expired milk in the coffee. I even asked for oat milk in my coffee and instead got regular milk. I would not recommend this location if this is the standard. Bacon wrap is good.

Like literally no flavor. And my husband coffee did not look like a plain cold brew. He’s lactose so hopefully it doesn’t have any milk in it, because we have things to do today. I really had high hopes for this location.😔

The barista is super nice! Management needs to get her some help, currently sitting inside, been waiting for maybe around 20 minutes for 2 drinks. If you want your drink in a reasonable time, go through the drive thru!! Won’t come to this location again, not because the drinks aren’t good (I actually don’t know this yet, but i’m assuming they will be good) but because I don’t wanna give this poor girl more work

My breakfast burrito was undercooked and my friend's $5 coffee was worse than Starbucks. Although he asked for a fresh brew, the 2nd pour was just as bad. Another over-inflated coffee shop.
