I found the food quality here is much better than other CFA branches. For instance, fried chickens are juicer and crispier; fries are crispier and warmer. I’ve visited branches on 380 and in Plano Cityline. Gate of Prosper branch is definitely the best one among all. Perhaps there are some better branches, I would love to try them out.

Excellent Chick Fil A so far! Brand new location and built for capacity. Really like the new line formation down the middle. Check them out. 2025 March. Thank you, Prosper Blooms, for flowers on the tables. An elderly family member with dementia noticed them right away and commented how they are prettier than other places. 😉

The taste of the sandwich was great and with right temperature. There is ample parking outside and clean restroom. The drive thru and parking area is little bit confusing however clearly directed. The restaurant is clean and service is prompt. The staff is courteous and provides one of the best service in the area. Loved this local chick-fil-a fast food restaurant.

Chick-fil-A Chick-fil-A always impresses with their service. Decided to eat inside this time and was in the line less than 5 minutes. Got my food less than 5 minutes later, hot and fresh and always with a smile. My pleasure to serve you 🙏😇❤️ They don't be skimpy on the sauce either.

Came by here earlier today and online pick up through drive through. Went through the drive thru and he asked me if i wanted to change it asked for no pickles and ranch. The employee gave me two chick-fil-a sauces did not want this, but overall was great.

I stop in at this Chick-fil-A all of the time via the drive-thru, but today decided to stop in to eat inside since I had some time to kill. Chick-fil-A for the most part has a pretty consistent look across the stores. I have found that each location has a slightly different spin on some of the small tweaks. Red accent color, rustic woods. This location was very much in line with the others. The bathroom was well laid out, had red Penny tiles behind the mirrors, small silver metallic tiles as backsplash in the order area. Tall wainscoting with a darker wood stain. The customer service here is always top notch. Very friendly staff who go out of the way to be accommodating. I ordered chicken nuggets and the waffle fries, delicious as always. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. I did notice a motion activated trash receptacle that didn't really work all that great. There are several things that Chick-fil-A does well which is customer service and good food. I certainly might not agree with the owners political views and philanthropy dollar recipients, I know there are a lot of people who refuse to go to Chick-fil-A for those reasons, I try to see the broader picture in this instance. Besides, it's great chicken.

Staff is friendly, service is great. Quality of the food is awful. $6 for this. If you're going to pickup your order, you should check the quality before you leave.

If you order the spicy southwest salad, be sure you tell them you want the spicy COLD STRIPS on it, I opened mine and it had a HOT STEAMY grilled breast that not only warmed my entire salad, it made the lettuce soggy. Do better.

Drive thru worker is extremely incompetent. I told her my name was Shannon and she put my order under Janae. Very annoying. How can you get something so simple wrong.

Went to this location for lunch today and spent my points to get a chicken sandwich only to get a bread sandwich. QA should’ve caught this thing and not let it leave the building into the customer’s hands. I wouldn’t consider this a sandwich. It’s just bread inside of bread. Drier than a Popeye’s chicken biscuit.

Had a horrible experience just a few minutes ago. While ordering in the drive-thru line we were told that there was some kind of competition between co-workers and that if we wanted a gallon of lemonade, it would be free and she would win. I made sure to ask her if it was free and she said yes. So we got one! Got home and happened to check the receipt which we usually don’t and I was charged $12.25. Called them and they never apologized and said you have to bring it back. Pathetic! It’s costing me another trip just to get my money back. Never fall for their free stuff! It’s a scam!!!

I ordered a half gallon of sunjoy not knowing there were different kinds. I was wanting the cherry berry sunjoy. I could not see the menu nor did the person taking my order ask which sunjoy drink I was wanting. When they gave me the drink, I asked if they can change it to cherry berry. Instead of saying no or giving me the correct drink they added to the drink which made it very disgusting. I would have just taken the tea if they couldn’t fix my order. Terrible service!!

This chick fil a is good most of the time and the staff is great. However, I received the flattest piece of chicken I’ve ever had eating at any chick fil a. There’s virtually no meat and literally none in the middle. Mistakes happen but this isn’t sufficient for a customer paying $10 for a meal.
