No one makes a Sub like Aiden. He is attentive and able to keep up with a fast pace environment. Clean area when he is on staff. No responses of "out of this", "out of that". I'll go back. Better than your average gas station sub shop.

Surprised at some of the low reviews because we have always had good service and the food was good as well. I think it might depend on the particular staff you get at the time. Overall, it looks to me like they keep the counter areas cleaner and the food fresher than some of the other Subways I've been to, like the other one in Prosper on 380 which is not as good. Staff has always been courteous.

This location is inside a very busy 7-11 gas station and always has a line. The reason is that there is usually only 1 person working here at any one time. I'm not criticizing the staff they do have, but understand that when you come here, you will spend 15-25 minutes in line to get a sandwich. They only have one speed here----SLOW. If you're patient and have 15-25 minutes, you can get a sandwich/order filled and be on your way. But, you will always have to wait. There is NEVER a chance you will stop here and find noone in line, it ALWAYS has people waiting. Trust me, don't stop here if you're in a hurry...not possible to get anything in under 5 minutes.

Twice. Twice now. Twice I’ve ordered the same sub. Twice do they screw it up. Turkey with wheat, Cold Cut with Italian. Twice they put the wrong bread on the wrong sub. How do you mess this up? Do you not read what the receipt says? I’m going to stop doing mobile orders if the people hired are people that can’t simply read.

I received my wrap like this . Not cut and just shoved in a ball . (Exclude the bite marks, I was starving) When they were making my food it seemed they didn't know what they were doing .. I think this proves it... Please please please train your employees better. I don't want to pay for a meal like this . I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Place made me and my wife sick. Something is wrong with their meat. It literally tasted like what you imagine a gas station would taste like. It somehow absorbed the smell of the gas station. We both felt sick after and my wife threw up twice. Avoid at all costs.

They were serving cucumbers slices with mold on them. Told the lady and she said it was okay. I didn’t want to be rude and cancel my order so I threw them out when I got out side.

This is by far the shitest subway I ever been to I already said I'd never go back to this location but like an idiot I went back and wasted my money I have pictures and a video that I'll be posting to social media I'll be sure to tag this location

Closes at 8 - we walk in at 7:51. Tell us they are closed. I say. What time do you close ? The guy says 7:45 and has a smirk. I literally said no. You close at 8. He then said well we can’t use toaster it’s off. HORRIBLE customer service. Awful.

I was going to get me a subway sandwich but I guess standards are non existent at this location, guy behind the counter looked so dirty and with long hair that hasn’t even been brushed or washed for months. :(

I was refused service due to the workout clothes I was wearing. There was an old man working at the front, and he told me to leave because of the shirt I was wearing. This location is right next to a gym, so there is plenty of people who go to this subway location right from the gym to get food. I also have been here multiple times to buy food wearing my gym clothes without any issues.

Consistently poor service. They cover the meat so you can’t even see how much they’re putting on your sandwich. Regularly skim on the meat. Rarely greet you but just look you in the eye to say what do you want?
