Me gusta mucho el servicio y la disposición de los colaboradores, cuando llego y a pesar de que no es la hora de apertura, y como el local esta abierto si te atienden sin problema. Solo 1 día una señorita si me hizo regresar hasta 20 minutos después por que su sistema no lenpermite cobrar hasta que se apertura la tienda. No se que tan cierto séa. A lo mejor es nuevo. De ahí en fuera todo es muy bueno y magnífico. Son super deliciosas.

Krispy Kreme branch located inside the Plaza Dorada shopping center in Puebla de Zaragoza. It's on the ground floor, right in front of the escalators that lead to the food court. The place is small and has a couple of tables and chairs inside for dining in, although most orders are for takeout. The staff was very friendly, even though they had just opened and there were hardly any people there when I visited. Good.

The only bad thing is that they take too long to make the drinks and they charge you 11 pesos to change to lactose-free and that is not listed on their menu and you have to ask what the extra charge was for because the ticket is not itemized.

Excellent flavor as always in their products, and good attention from their staff, however disappointed with their payment service (bank terminal) fix that, my credit card did not go through and it was not my bank's service, chip or network failures but specifically in their terminal, and it creates the inconvenience of having to leave my order while I withdraw money.

If you go early then you hace a variety of donuts to choose from. You go later in the afternoon and they have some that just are weird. Hygiene wise, during covid, they never wear gloves and some don't know how to wear a face mask properly. Prices are super high but I guess it's worth it, somehow in some ways. I would say sometimes.

Of all the branches, I think this one is the "least good." Every time I go, they have something they can't handle, and the people working there are kind of rude... one time their terminal didn't work, and the girl asked me if I wanted to pay in cash because she wouldn't be able to serve it... this last time I went to get a drink, and they told me there weren't any cold ones, only hot ones, and so on... oh, well...

I finally got to try them, and never ever again! The most expensive and horrible donut of my life. A sugar bomb, like something you'd get from diabetes type 3. It tasted like nothing but sugar, dry bread, and even stale and hard. It wasn't fresh. Pretentious and inedible donuts. I'll never buy them again. The donut from the corner store was heaven in comparison 😧.

They never accept card payments. The two women who serve are always mocking, saying "you know what people are doing." Terrible service. By the way, the promos for the 12th sell out quickly. The offer is never available.

This girl is very rude. First, we arrived at 9:00 and she was on her phone, and they hadn't even gone to get the donuts yet. Then I came back at 9:20 and she told us it would take another 30 minutes, even though they already had the donuts but hadn't put them out. And now, at 9:55, she was just mopping and got angry because we came. She's incredibly rude and doesn't know how to serve customers; she doesn't say hello or thank you, and she acts like she's doing you a favor.
