My intention was simply to find a tasty and affordable cut of meat, but I was met with even better news: high-quality cuts and a very extensive menu, dishes served with a special touch and delicious flavor. Congratulations on this concept; I will definitely return next time. 100% recommended!
I loved the service; they were very attentive and served me with a great attitude. On the other hand, their food was delicious. As someone with a big appetite, I was completely satisfied and I 100% recommend their ribs! 100/10
Excellent place, delicious food and excellent service. The entire staff was very attentive, and our waiter, Angel, was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend it.
Excellent atmosphere, service, good concept, food cooked to perfection, very attentive staff and excellent value for money, recommended
The service is very good; the waiters are attentive to your order, recommending appetizers, sauces, and drinks. The only difference is that the buffet offers limited variety; the portions are large. There are no dessert options.
It's a buffet with two prices: the basic one is 299 for men and 249 for women. If you order a higher-quality cut of meat, the price goes up and they add a better cut. The service is good; they're attentive. The food is okay, but personally, I think the BBQ portion is excessive; less would be perfect.
A pleasant and quiet place (at opening), the food is just okay, the salty "charro" beans, the pork belly plain, the ribs they offer as baby ribs are exactly like the ones they offer at BTK with a smoky touch, but they're not baby at all... Honorable mention goes to the flautas and the surf and turf skewers, the most redeemable features of the menu. It's worth mentioning that while they don't require a minimum of 10% service charge, if they block your exit and politely ask you to leave them more $$$, even if the difference from what you left is a few pesos, so that it's exactly the percentage they want, it leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth.
Great potential, but they fail at the basics. The all-you-can-eat smoked food concept is interesting, and the cantina-style setting is very pleasant. However, the execution, both in the kitchen and the service, is very poor and ultimately ruins the experience. The Good: • The ambiance and decor are very well done (Mexican cantina-style). • The thoughtful touch of a complimentary drink (beer or mezcal) upon arrival is appreciated. • Some dishes are a success: the barbacoa brisket and the choripicanha have remarkable flavor. The Bad: • Very inconsistent food: The quality is a toss-up. While some dishes are good, others are a complete disappointment. We were served a tiny rib (we ordered a second portion that never arrived), a pork belly that was burnt on one side, and flautas with completely dry meat. This is in addition to the multiple dishes that were left in the "it's almost here, I'll bring it to you right away" mood but never arrived. • Poor service: This is the worst aspect. The waiters take orders, but the dishes take more than 20 minutes to arrive, or in several cases, they simply don't arrive at all. We saw food leave the kitchen and sit on a tray, cooling before being brought to the table. Multiple orders, including the final dessert, were forgotten. Conclusion: The price-quality ratio is poor. The price of $399 per person is high for such uneven quality and service with so many flaws. The place has potential, but for now, I can't recommend it.
The food was of good quality and tasted good, but the service was poor. Everything was going well, but there were two instances where the waiter's attitude was bad. First, despite our insistence, we didn't choose his "special cuts of meat," and then when we left a 10% tip, the waiter wanted 15%, which we refused due to his hostile attitude. The rest of the waiters were very friendly; Antonio, in particular, was the one who unfortunately didn't provide good service.
We ordered the mixed grill, and the cuts of meat were terrible. Everything arrived cold, the pulled pork was disgusting, and the drinks were quite bland. I absolutely do not recommend going there or wasting your money. That's why it's always empty—it's so bad. The service is good, but it's useless if the food is awful.
It wasn't a pleasant experience. The service was slow and seemed a bit disorganized. Although the food wasn't bad, many dishes were already cold due to the slow service. In the end, they demanded a larger tip than we had already left, and it wasn't a small one. They spoke to us rudely and ended up closing the door on us. Our planned one-hour visit turned into three hours simply because of the wait times, with the excuse that they didn't have enough supplies, even though there weren't many tables occupied. The food wasn't bad, but the overall experience left much to be desired.
The wait times were between 20 and 40 minutes per dish, and while the food wasn't bad, it arrived cold and with different side dishes than what we ordered. There were several occasions when we had to repeat our orders to the waiters because too much time had passed. The service had its positive aspects, but overall it was very poor. At the end of our meal, we left less than 10% in tips because of our less-than-ideal experience, and the waiters, seeing that it was less than the recommended amount, were pressuring us to leave 10%. Overall, I don't recommend it and I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth.
Terrible!! They take ages to bring the food. It's all you can eat, yes, but it takes 20 to 30 minutes to bring you the dishes you order. They're completely disorganized between the kitchen and the waiters. They don't know which table each order is from, so they're constantly asking you if you ordered something, or trying to convince you to keep an order because they have no idea who ordered it. Very poorly organized. Also, our waiter is super distracted. I hadn't even finished ordering and was already moving on to another table 🙄 To top it off, the food arrives cold or raw!!! Everything is bad 👎
