Overall, good. I order a lot, and the service is always attentive. The price-quality ratio is consistent. You can pay by bank transfer, and I don't find the delivery service expensive. As a personal observation, some dishes are heavily seasoned and taste like mayonnaise, for example, the tuna tower, but I guess it's up to those who like it that way. The rolls are very good, and you can tell they use fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Makum, a new little spot tucked away in the plaza, is a little out of sight. I liked the effort they put into the interior design; every detail shines, making it a very pleasant place for lunch or dinner. What I'd like is for them to expand their roll menu, as most are shrimp or tuna in different presentations. Among the main courses, the Makum Chicken and Orange Chicken are delicious.

I'm leaving this review while I'm eating their delicious food. The best Japanese restaurant in Puebla, it has the perfect balance between authenticity and adaptation to our culture. Not to mention the value for money; I don't know how they make a profit with such good ingredients at such a low cost. Other, less good restaurants would charge triple the price for this quality. Excellent food and highly recommended service.

There's one dish in particular: Chili-karei, which is delicious!!! They have it with squid or chicken! Both are super good!! So good they didn't even make it into the photo! Try the sushi options they only have here! In the photo: Dynamite Power 🧨, Chinese Roll 🐲, and Dragon Fly Roll 🐉.

The staff could improve their friendliness and interaction with diners, as warmth and good service would make a significant difference on any visit. With improvements in this area, the restaurant could be an excellent place to return to.

I really liked the food but I had a bad experience at the end because the menu prices did not match the prices on the bill; according to the manager, it was because they were not updated in their system and menu.

No conocía este lugar, ayer me invitaron a ir y se me hizo agradable. Llegamos como a eso de 9:15 pm y creo que fue un error no habernos dicho que cerraban a las 10, ya que con eso se hubiera evitado lo siguiente. La comida está buena. Ya habíamos pedido y mi acompañante estaba viendo si pedía algo más. Llegó la mesera a preguntar que si se nos ofrecía algo más y solo dijimos que estábamos checando, ella en ningún momento dijo que la cocina estaba por cerrar. Seguimos platicando y simplemente llega la mesera con la cuenta diciendo que el gerente mandaba la cuenta. Una grosería total, definitivamente un grave error no haberlo manejado de la manera adecuada. Cuando pensamos que no se podía poner peor llega la que supongo era la gerente con la terminal directamente. Es una pena que una estancia que pudo haber sido muy buena sea arruinada por una falta de tacto y de educación total, algo que de podía haber prevenidos desde un inicio con un "cerramos a las 10 pm, no tienen problema?" O un "la cocina está por cerrar, gustan algo más?" Pero no, simplemente mandaron la cuenta y, por si fuera poco, luego directamente la terminal. Una descortesía total. Definitivamente falta una buena capacitación al personal para evitar este tipo de situaciones, un descuido espantoso.

Comida rica, buen servicio pero el IVA ya tiene que ir incluido en los precios de el menú, no al final de la cuenta.

Un lugar con poca salubridad, fui a consumir y me topé con un ratón saliendo de la cocina.

Terrible customer service!! I placed an order on Rappi, and they wouldn't ship it after they confirmed it! They told the delivery person they no longer offered delivery service. I called them to clarify, and they denied having my order. If they don't want to work anymore and aren't going to ship orders after 8 p.m., they'd better close earlier and avoid inconveniencing their customers!! This isn't the first time this has happened to me!! It wasn't the platform's mistake that they didn't offer delivery service, because otherwise they wouldn't have delivered the order my in-laws placed at 7 p.m. through the same app, and they wouldn't have accepted my order!

The food is good, it's just a shame about the service. It's happened to me more than once that I place an order through Rappi, the restaurant accepts and confirms it only to then not prepare it and later claim they never received the order. Terrible customer service and delivery service on these platforms.
