Thank you for considering this opinion. I bought again and noticed the change in the product. I appreciate that you take your commitment to the customer very seriously. They're great again. 😋👌 (BEFORE) RAW. Nothing like when they first started. They had good flavor, were well-coated, and best of all, they were cooked thoroughly. We used to buy there a lot, until this year, 2022.

While the sauces for the chicken are tasty, I was disappointed because I ordered half a plain chicken with a separate sauce (Hawaiian). They replied that they couldn't add the sauce separately because the chicken must be coated in it. In any case, I told the person that even if they charged me extra, I wanted a little sauce on the side. However, they told me that the sauce or flavoring is charged separately, but the chicken must be coated in it. They asked me if they really take stock of the sauce they used or take inventory at their end-of-day cut. I don't think it would hurt to put a little sauce in a bag. I was willing to pay the extra, however, I suppose due to company policy, it's not possible since unless the chicken is coated, there's no separate flavor. It makes me sad because of course there must be days when those sauces stay and spoil, and they prefer that to giving it to customers who are willing to pay for it? Anyway, today I'm sad and craving my chicken with extra Hawaiian sauce. Too bad.

Los chavos "hacen que trabajan en la computadora para no despachar", de momento los 2 están despachado un solo pollo, ¿le pregunte me pueden atender? , como te ven te tratan (llegó una chica con mini short y una blusa escotada "el chico le dijo en un momento te atiendo"), yo pantalón y playera normal. No pensé encontrar un servicio tan pésimo y discriminatorio en el cual es la primera vez que voy.
