Muy delicioso veníamos sin expectativas y terminamos fascinadas 💖. El servicio al cliente desde la entrada fue excelente, las hostes muy amables y atentas, igualmente los meseros. La comida estuvo deliciosa, me pedí una “Smash burger” que estuvo deliciosa y una sangría natural, no creí que terminaría tan llena. Al final nos dieron de cortesía un sorbete de mango. Totalmente lo recomiendo para venir en grupo, en pareja o solos. No se arrepentirán 10000000/10 ✨.

La carne está espectacular, y el Servicio no se diga, muy recomendable, si te quieres dar un gusto, en especial si eres amante de la carne.

Neither of us speak Spanish well, but the staff went overboard to ensure our satisfaction even with the language difficulties. And the food is top notch to boot. We have been coming here a lot, for weekend gatherings, company client dinner and birthday celebrations. The experience is still brilliant from the reception to ordering to the quality of the food. Service is super and great atmosphere. My all time favourites are - tapa de rib eye 1kg, aquachile camarones and the truffle fries!! However the salads are not very exciting. However prices on the menu for the carne has gone up! So beaware.

Is this place worth your money? Yes. However it’s definitely a place where you go to spend money, I’d say about 800 per person, including starter, main and drinks. This is a really nice place to celebrate a special occasion, from te moment you walk in to the moment you leave, the service is amazing. We had to wait for about 30 minutes and they offered us beer, water and snacks as a courtesy, once you sit down they give you a small starter and after you eat (a ton) they give you ice cream, always trying to do something special for you. It’s expensive but worth it. I recommend making a reservation to this place and calling the numbers on the card as the one on their website is not updated.

Tenía muchos prejuicios de este lugar en cuanto a que era caro. Y, a excepción de las bebidas que sí lo son y MUCHO ( una cerveza nacional 120 pesos. Una botella de agua mineral Picolino 70 pesos), la comida estaba muy rica y la relación calidad, cantidad y precio se puede decir que correcta. Lo malo malísimo del restaurante es el volumen al que tienen la música. Es excesivo! No se puede conversar sin gritar. Muy mal para un restaurante este punto.

El servicio y el ambiente es muy bueno, la comida también súper rica, yo fui a festejar mi cumpleaños con mi familia y la verdad nos trataron muy bien, el postre siento que fue lo mejor de todo estaba delicioso, lo único que a mí en particular no me encantó fueron las papas gratinadas, porque las sentí con mucha mantequilla, y no estoy tan acostumbra a comer como con tanta “grasa” pero si tú eres una persona que te disfruta ese sabor pues si te gustaran

Sonoran new york strip, mendozan malbec were 5 stars. I would recommend the NY over the skirt steak. Too bad there wasn’t an option for sonoran rib eye. The only rib eye on the menu is import. I gave the atmosphere a 3-star because of the loud dance music. I had to yell to my wife just to have a conversation. It wasn’t comfortable due to the music. Management: please change to a low volume chill music.

Comida rica, muy atentos los meseros a la hora de servirte, pero no sé si era por la hora (era noche) mi mesero se la pasó platicando con los de la barra y al final creo que se molestó de que “solo” le dejamos el 10% de propina jajaja ni gracias nos dio, ni nos dio la despedida. Me pareció de muy mal gusto eso. De ahí en fuera, todo bien 👍🏼

I had high expectations when I arrived, as the place looked fantastic, and things got off to a promising start. I ordered the Ojo de Ribeye, and the chips and beans were excellent—crisp and flavorful. When the main course arrived, the presentation was nothing short of impressive. The dish looked elegant, with asparagus and cream on the side. However, the taste didn’t live up to the visuals. Both the cream and asparagus were overly salty, and despite requesting my steak medium rare, it arrived overcooked. I took my first bite, hoping for redemption, but the disappointment only deepened. Even after slicing into the middle, it was still far from what I expected. It was a letdown after such a strong start. Sadly, despite the stellar presentation, the meal didn’t deliver. On to the next spot!

He ido a Sonora Grill durante años y siempre me había gustado, pero esta vez fue una gran decepción, justo el día de mi cumpleaños. Nos preguntaron si festejábamos algo y comenté que era mi cumpleaños; no entiendo para qué lo preguntan si no tienen ni un pequeño detalle, ni siquiera una velita en el postre. Pedimos camarones roca y han sido los peores: más masa que camarón. El brisket, que siempre pedimos y nunca falla, esta vez estaba seco y sin sabor. El servicio también dejó mucho que desear: el mesero poco amable, nada atento a la mesa y sin interés. Aun así dejamos el 10% propina de $2500, que honestamente no se merecía; ni gracias dijo y todavía hizo caras. Una experiencia muy decepcionante para una fecha especial. Espero que mejoren.

Pésimo el servicio, tardaban horas en tomar la orden y traer los alimentos El mesero nunca se acercó a decir si todos estaba bien o si nos hacía falta algo más. Ningún capitán se acercó para dar seguimiento, el apoyo que se pidió a los ayudantes de mesero, nunca nos hizo caso, ni pidió la orden al mesero, nunca se acercaron a decir si ya nos retiraban los platos sucios. Les recomendó no venir hasta que cambien eso, es una lástima que la comida sea tan rica, pero que el servicio sea un asco, también para lo que pagas cero vale la pena. Otro tema súper importante, los baños estaban asquerosos, sucios, el papel higiénico se estaba desbordando de los botes, papeles sucios en el piso, baños sin lavar, oliendo horrible, de verdad era un asco entrar ahí. Vayan a otros restaurantes de carne, no vale la pena pagar tanto para un servicio tan incompetente.

BEWARE: Great Food, but Watch Your Belongings The food was excellent, but I am writing this review to warn other patrons. Be extremely careful with your valuables. We had a single AirPod stolen directly from our table by a staff member. The AirPod was on our table, and it disappeared the exact moment our plates were cleared. The 'Find My' app showed its last location was the table, and then it was immediately disabled, making it untraceable. This wasn't an accident. While the meal was good, we cannot recommend a place where we felt our property was unsafe.

We had a reservation for New Year’s Eve experience through open table. We arrived 10mins before just for the staff to let us know that our reservation couldn’t be honored as they were not accepting reservations through open table today and they cancelled at that time. Such a waste of time and bad service. If they planned to not accept reservations through open table they should have removed them from the app/service and cancel ahead of time so we could make a reservation somewhere else or don’t waste our time going there.
