Bien, pero la última vez que fui pedí por kilo y note que era poco al pesarlo en una tienda eran 700 gramos, triste decepción

A great cochinita recipe. Feel free to suggest any music you like. The onions are delicious, and you can also order a torta.

Excellent flavor and service, the salsa was delicious. Excellent price. The cochinita pibil wasn't salty, and everything was nice and hot and ready to eat.

It's one of the few places in Puebla where you can eat cochinita pibil with a flavor similar to what they make in the south of the country. It's not a very big place, it's simple, but the wait time is short. The price is reasonable. You can eat in or order takeout, and they also offer Uber Eats.

If you're looking for a place with good prices, cleanliness, and excellent food quality, you've found it. Taco Maya is the perfect place to enjoy delicious cochinita pibil. They have tacos, tortas, panuchos, water, soft drinks, desserts, and more. They also have promotional packages that will not only delight your taste buds but also save you money. And the service from the staff is top-notch.

Muy rico recomendado los panuchos son deliciosos solo que la salsa no pica sería más deliciosa si pícara y fuera más especita pero visiten come uno muy rico.

Honestly, it's hard to find a good cochinita pibil place in Puebla. But this place isn't a bad recommendation. We found it out of pure curiosity; this restaurant is small and simple, but they have good service, great flavor, and good prices. So it was a good experience. If you're craving cochinita tacos, this is the place to satisfy your craving. They're juicy and delicious.

Good tacos, great flavor and good value. 100% Yucatecan, recommended.

The cochinita pibil they sell is delicious, the orders or combos are a little pricey, it's better to order a taco or a torta. Good service, the waiter is very helpful, the only bad thing is hearing the owner's grunts. He should consider letting go of his bad temper, as it's annoying to customers. He should treat his staff better. Recommended.

We get food to go. If you like cochinita pibil, it's a good place to buy it!

I ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats and found the food packaging to be very sloppy. The torta was burnt; it must have been heated on a griddle and burned, which is why the disposable plate it came on was consumed. The tacos, besides being very small, came with a very hard tortilla, so it looked like it was from yesterday. These aspects have nothing to do with the delivery service app.

La carne insípida, la tortilla fría y la torta fea.

The truth is, this place, and especially the cochinita, used to be a delight when my father ran it. Nowadays, it's gone down quite a bit. The cochinita no longer tastes like "COCHINITA." The onions are now diced, whereas before they were strips or sliced and prepared. You pay for 1 kilo, 3/4, or half, and they give you less cochinita, since everything else is broth [it's fine if 50 or 100 grams of broth is available, but not 200, 300, or even 400 grams if you order a kilo]. If I pay for a kilo, it's a kilo, not 600 grams, because that's why they charge you per kilo. I won't be going back. I'm disappointed. And if I add to that, they add pieces of skin or fat so they can tell you it's a kilo, which it isn't. Last time they gave me 3/4, and I get home, weigh it, and find 2 skins and a cup of broth. From 750g down to 450g. Anyway.

The service was terrible; the person serving had a horrible attitude, and they didn't have anything to offer. Save yourself the frustration. That said, the food isn't bad, and it's not expensive. But for what you get, it's not worth it.

I hesitated a lot before commenting, but I decided to because I hope my feedback will contribute to improvements and prevent someone else from being disappointed. The prices are no longer the same as those shown in the image here. Here, the tacos are $11, but at the restaurant they're $16 (they have another picture, but it's illegible). This isn't entirely pleasant, even though it's only a $5 difference. I think they should update the prices because $16 for a cochinita taco isn't expensive as long as it's good. Regarding their attitude, I must say they were never rude, but the girl, while friendly, seemed a little lost, and the man's attitude was a bit indifferent. Some might interpret this as bad service, others not; that's a matter of personal interpretation. The onion is chopped, not pickled, and if you want it pickled, they charge extra (this is the first place I've seen this with Cocinita). I've eaten cochinita pibil in many places, including in the south, and honestly, the one at this place is seriously lacking in seasoning. I saw comments saying it was very good, but most of them are from three years ago or more. I imagine something happened that caused the quality to drop, because right now it tastes like boiled meat without salt, and that's it. Logically, I didn't order anything else, because if the taco tasted like that, the rest is history. The sodas seemed expensive to me; they're 20 pesos for 355 ml. I hope my review is helpful to someone.

Terrible experience, I went because I remembered them from my student days, but today a man served me and sold me three tacos, saying he was improvising some panuchos, haha, and he charged me as such, he wasn't going to argue over $8, but I'll never go back and I won't even mention that establishment again. What a rip-off, of course, since I didn't order anything else.

The service is average, the flavor isn't good (and I'm from the south), and the horchata water tastes weird. Honestly, the quality has declined. They don't bring the food to your table; you have to stop to get it.

Last week I went and my panuchos didn't get their onions, they didn't have any water either, and the guy's service is bad, he's not the same as the gentleman's. The onions they put on the table no longer have the same flavor. It's a shame they're letting the cochinita business fall like this because it used to be the best.

The service the guy provides is awful. He says that due to lack of demand, he no longer has products in packages, but he does sell them individually. They don't make horchata anymore, and this is the fourth time I've come and they still don't have it. The service the man provides is better because, in order not to lose the customer, he gives you something extra. The guy doesn't care about the business.

The truth is the cochinita itself is very good, but everything else detracts from the flavor, like the poor hygiene when preparing the tacos, panuchos, burritos, etc. Honestly, put more effort into that, the portions are very poor, the burrito you prepare is not a burrito, do not deceive people and I say if you are going to send to buy the tortas at the moment they order them, tell your assistant not to scratch his ankles in front of the customers, what's up with that and after that he will bring you your dishes, really pay attention
