Llegando a Ubaté vimos un aviso de participantes del Burger Master y no nos podíamos ir sin probar, pedimos las dos hamburguesas participantes y estuvieron deliciosas, entran en nuestro top, el jugo de frambuesa espectacular y los deditos de Mozzarella, entrada recomendada!!! Sin dudas volvería a probar las demás

I had the opportunity to visit Monte Grill in Ubaté, and it was a delightful experience. I tried the La Montuna burger, a participant in the 2025 Burger Master, and I simply loved it. It has a unique flavor, with a combination of ingredients that make it truly special. You can taste the dedication and artisanal touch in every bite. It's an excellent place for burgers. I recommend the Burger Master 2024 "La Provinciana" burger, which is a bit different from traditional burgers. But the other burgers are also good. The service is excellent, but wait times depend on the number of people.

Some of the best artisanal food I've ever had. The prices seem fair for the burgers, and the service time is average. I've been there several times, even years ago when they had an orange trailer. In my opinion, they've improved the quality, and now the burgers are bigger and the service is better than before. Highly recommended! 👍

It is a very nice place, with a good atmosphere, I recommend the hamburgers and hot dogs since they have good flavor, another positive point is that it is not expensive, the portions are adequate and they sell them in combo, however, in my case, since I am a fan of salchipapas, I consider that they should have more options and other combinations. I tried the papa loka and it was not an impressive combination for me. Otherwise, I recommend the place to eat a good hamburger or hot dog.

It wasn't what I expected. It's a burger with two pieces of meat and fried topping. Personally, it's too fatty. It needs some vegetables to balance out all that fat. Also, there were no sauces to add to it. It's very simple.

Experiencia completamente decepcionante y, sinceramente, inaceptable. Desde el inicio, la atención fue deficiente: el personal mostró desinterés, poca disposición y una actitud que deja mucho que desear frente al cliente. El tiempo de espera fue excesivo y totalmente fuera de lo razonable. Lo peor es que, después de tanta demora, la comida llegó fría, en condiciones que no corresponden ni siquiera a un estándar básico de calidad. Es evidente la falta de control y compromiso con el servicio que ofrecen. Para agravar la situación, al momento de pagar se presentaron errores en la cuenta, con cobros incorrectos que tuvieron que ser reclamados. A pesar de esto, la reacción del personal fue indiferente, sin intención real de solucionar ni de asumir responsabilidad por lo ocurrido. Es preocupante ver cómo un lugar puede fallar en aspectos tan fundamentales: atención, calidad y transparencia. No es solo una mala experiencia puntual, sino una muestra clara de falta de respeto hacia el cliente. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo. Hay muchas mejores opciones donde sí valoran a las personas y brindan un servicio acorde a lo que uno espera y paga. Quedo atento a cualquier tipo de respuesta, feliz noche.

Terrible attention from the cashier, the order was placed by phone at 8:20 and entered as order number 92, with a waiting time of 40 minutes. When we arrived to pick it up it was not there, they were already in order 97 and our order never arrived in the kitchen for preparation. Thanks to the guys at the grill who, upon understanding the situation and seeing our discomfort, prepared it in a short time, while the cashier continued chatting with her friends without worrying about the situation. A company is a gear and everyone must work in coordination. At the end of the order it is received 120 minutes later, without receiving at least an apology or explanation from the administration.
