The pozole rocked my world
The best authentic tacos and pozole in Puerto Escondido. The food comes out immediately and tastes like it was made with love. We were so impressed, we came back 3 times for dinner during our 7 day trip. An absolute must for visitors!

The best pozole in puerto 🤤
The food tastes like your grandma spent all day making it for you. We tried the chicken pozole first with an order of different tacos. We had to try the pork pozole after experiencing the chicken. The Pozole’s have a clean flavour, but well seasoned on their own. The flavours evolve so much after adding the other condiments like lime, dried mint/cilantro, and chillies. HIGHLY recommend. The tacos were humble but DAMN good flavours — our favourite was the beef. They come with just meat, so up to you how you dress it with the condiments!

Their tacos were okay to me, but the pozole… best I’d ever had. I’m not exaggerating, and also I love how the chicken pozole somehow tastes very similar to a Korean or Chinese chicken soup. Amazing.

First pozole. Big bowl w a clear broth. Comes w crispy tortillas and condiments. Can have different meat/corn in the soup. Looks like they have good tacos also. Recommend it.
They only sell pozole and 3 different types of tacos as main, but maybe less is more because it’s delicious also try their delicious flan probably the best I’ve had in years.
A Mexican friend of ours said "TRY POZOLE" well we HAVE NOW!!! This place does the pozole justice, we tried the chicken pozole which was super tasty!!! The chicken was slightly stringy in texture but the broth was delightful! You can add onion Theyalso do tacos and they serve Horchata which is a MUST try.
Busy, locals mostly, charming place. Had the pozole with chicken, a nice enough portion size, my first time for pozole so nothing to compare it with but good. Service was good enough, price for the meal was ok.

My first time having pozole and I enjoyed it. Load it up with the toppings they bring, radish & lettuce, limes, jalapeño & onion and you can’t go wrong. Get a few tacos de res and you are golden.
I tried their tacos (average), but you will not pay a lot. Place is very busy , service is fine.
