Ulisses is the guy you want serving your table. Also the manager Ms. Velazquez shes the best. If you’re looking for good asian cuisine and a great atmosphere this is it. I highly recommend the Salmon Tataki. Hands down!

When you stay at Excellence Rivera Cancun you must reserve a dinner for hibachi at Spice!! We had an amazing time, the show was very entertaining, and the food was delicious. Highly recommended requesting Benjamin and Adrian as your chef and waiter.

The Asian restaurant Spice was amazing, our server attentive and nice, the food tasted amazing and the service was top notch, the restaurant manager Adrian was especially awesome he checked in with us through out our experience and even offered to make us reservations for another night! We celebrated a friend’s birthday and were in the hibachi room. Being in a private room made it feel so special as well as the top notch service. Chef put on a great show and had us all laughing. Probably some of the best hibachi we ever had. The fried rice was perfect.

We had the best time at Spice! We did hibachi with Gerardo and he was amazing! He had a great sense of humor, his laugh was infectious and the meal was spectacular right down to the mini cheesecake for dessert. Highly recommend!!

Lovely meal last night in Spice. Rodolfo greeted us with the warmest of welcomes. Melecio and Lois took great care of us throughout the meal. Melecio helped us with the ordering, choosing the most fabulous selection of sushi, every bite was a joy and he even added an extra dish or two to our main choses perfect choices. All in all another great night!

The place is really nice and the staff is outstanding. We tried the Korean bbq one night and the hibachi a couple nights later. The food was very good and if you are lucky you will get Oscar for your hibachi chef. Can’t say enough great things about him. Very very entertaining!

BEST FOOD AT THE RESORT HANDS DOWN. Ruben was our server and he was extremely attentive and kind. We will definitely be back. Every dish exceeded our expectations and we were drooling over the dessert. Only thing that wasn’t the best was the ramen. Can’t wait to come back!

We went to Spice and had such good food we went back a second time before we left the Excellence. Ruben was our server both times. He took great care of us and had remembered us from the visit before. You have to try Spice if you're on the resort. You'll have a bit of a wait for dinner since it's popular so I'd recommend budgeting 2 hours for dinner.

He suggested a sampler of sushi to start, which was delicious and perfect for our group of 7. The pad Thai was very very good as well as the steak skewers and well really everything we had. Food was decent here. We enjoyed the nigiri and tuna taki. Service was okay. They seemed a bit overwhelmed when we were dining. Sweet and sour chicken that was brought to us did not seem like it was the correct dish.
