What a great beach restaurant inside Vidanta World. The service is truly impeccable. The attention from the staff is outstanding. The Vidanta greeting touches your heart. The culture of this resort is admirable. The attitude of all the employees is truly positive. The solution to everything is at hand. The speed with which any detail is resolved.

Outdoor restaurant on the Vidanta complex. Ordered the seared tuna, and too my surprise it was exceptional - some of the better cooked and seasoned tuna that I've eaten. Kudos to the kitchen for preparing such a high quality dish out at one of the outside/pool side restaurants.

A good option for eating at Vidanta. The oysters are quite good, the food isn't bad, but it's not excellent either. To be honest, the food at Vidanta isn't usually great, but Balché is one of the best options for eating here. I ordered the tuna in arriera sauce, and it was good. The service was also good.
