Came here late hours and the service was great! Fast and easy.. there was no error with my order which was nice because at the later hours of the day, orders can get messed up quite easily. Fast and friendly service. Thanks!

Place is clean . They look like they were short staff not sure?. The drive thru was pack and dine in area had some customers. A cashier name Brian a young boy did a good job . This young man had so much patience . Very nice and good customer service. The manager a lady was good too. Definitely would keep going here.

I am just an avid fan of jack in the box. Consistently quick and kind services from all chain associates. Their fries have improved compared to a year or two ago. Don't forget their sauces! I can't ever have enough of their honey mustard sauce with the spicy chicken sandwich. Appreciate all the hard working people who worked continuously thru the tough pandemic times and short handed labor!

We had to wait for a while for someone to come take our order they all were working the drive thru but at least 2 employees did say they would be right with us, at least they didn't ignore us (that was great) food was good & hot to ... They just need more employees smh.

There's this guy taking orders at the drive thru, right. And it seems to me like he don't like taking orders from others but hey that's your job buddy. If you don't like what you do for work why not try something else? Maybe there's no vision and too much pressure with problems I don't know. The thing is that he needs to do his job right or don't do iit at all. Ordered 2 tacos, 3pc stuffed jalapeno and value fries. Jalapeños were dry and obviously not cooked recently and fries were cold. I had to park and go back in by the time I realized fries were cold. There was no remorse or apology just handed me fries after they cooked a fresh batch. This was a Wednesday afternoon around 1pm. Not that busy, only two other cars in drive thru. One of the poppers didn’t even have a jalapeno in it! Also my order came to $9.10 I gave the cashier $20.10 and she handed me back a $10 bill and some change. I had to tell her the correct change. I haven’t eaten at this location in probably over a year. I won’t be going back

I've gone to this location twice, the first no issues, the second the employee didn't know the difference between a combo meal and to order things separately, the girl who took my order seemed confused and told me they don't add tacos to a combo... I just ordered a sandwich and 2 tacos, NOT the combo... I would recommend Jack in the Box properly train all employees who have contact with the public, when an employee is confused like this? It's just bad customer service...🤔🤔🙂

Worst customer service from a person named "Luis"?, was she was so unbelievably rude, took her time, rolled her eyes and even gave her coworkers attitude, as well as being pissed off and rudely staring me down as i went to check my order because she messed it up? worse customer service ever, dissappointed

One of my worst experiences ordering from a restaurants app. I already paid for the food so my grandmother wen't for me to pick it up. She comes back telling me that you cannot just give the name anymore that now you also need to have the phone with you. So I go with my phone and I ask them to remake my order. They give it to me and I'm on my marry way. Get home open the bags and I'm missing half of my order. I immediately call the number on google maps it goes to fax machine. I find another number online it also rings then goes to a fax machine. The only way I can notify Jack in the Box that my order was incomplete and that I was extremely unsatisfied with the service was thru the app on how my experience had been. It was awful.

I usually come here through the drive thru but if you’re thinking about getting uber eats through here DO NOT. They will not look at your order at all and completely mess it up. I ordered a # 10 combo with curly fries and cheese and forgot the ONLY things I requested. I understand being overwhelmed at work but this is just not caring about customer service at all. If you come in person or through the drive thru it’s all right but DO NOT order through Uber Eats. Whoever was working here on July 4th 2 AM 2023 needs their head checked.

If you want service, do not come here because you won't get any! Went inside to order breakfast, was at the counter for about 5 minutes with no service whatsoever! Not even a "we'll be with you in a moment"! There was nobody else inside waiting to be served, so no, it was not busy inside! Yes, I know 5 minutes does not sound long, but look at a clock for 5 minutes and do absolutely nothing! It' more than enough time to do something! No, the drive through was not very busy either! There were about 3 to 4 cars in drive through.

Horrible food! I have a mobile order for a munchie meal and JACK'S SPICY CHICKEN, 11/14/2021, at 9:34 pm. They gave me a meal with everything burnt. The fries and chicken patties are full of the smoke of overcooked. I can't taste anything. The chicken patty was completely blackened outside and inedible. This is the last time I order food here. What a waste of money!

I didn't get straws and missed food in my order as well. It's happened before but I never post negative reviews on first visits, second chances! But, this was more than twice this place messes up my order. I definitely will drive to the one on Citrus next time.

Tacos were soooo cold that they were hard to chew on. I order jalapeños and cold as usual, it seems that they were sitting there for over an hour made it extras (or forgot to pass em out on previous order like they always do) and waited there for their next victim. You better think twice about your health when considering eating from this place. My food came with MUD (yes MUD!) in it unfortunately I found out when I was eating it. It just means that they don't pay attention to the cleaning of their ingredients or they just don't give a F about what they are selling to the public.

This jacks was dirty as hell ,they took for ever with my order ,there was a big cockerouch crawling in the floor labby ,and what do you expect the the cook is surrounded by a bunch of food that has fell to the ground slow service after aeeing the pile of old fries & currly fries sitting for who knows how long ,just look pics NEVER LIE NEVER WILL I GO TO THIS JACKS EVER !!!!!!!
