You pay per weight ! It's about ~15$ for like a more than half bowl filled with several kind of soft icecream + extra white yogurt chocolate topping (it was 3,69$/100 grammes + taxes on January 2026) It's a quite lovely place ! I will definitely go back with my family, I went there with my husband to try several different flavor they're offering there and we had a good service there with the staff who worked on that day ❤️ It's a nice little discover we found while walking in the centropolis !! I don't often see icecream/sorbet store that open during winter time ! We absolutely like their varieties of choice they have available, we wish they had more flavor but we did really like the chocolate and the sorbet strawberry one the most 🍦 🍨 I have no doubt that most of the reviews are from the customers that goes there during summer time, I bet it must be more busy from what am reading (* >ω<)

Good quantity of soft ice cream for the price. They have a large selection of toppings for all tastes. It is soft ice cream but I feel it was unusually soft when I went. It might have been a setting on that machine that made it too soft but it was still good.

The frozen yogurt is tasty and nice but the place needs some serious cleaning … too bad because the location is amazing the items are nice they have many choices…

First off, the interior decor is in dire need of some TLC. The walls are littered with dents and chipped paint and there are items visibly stored by the entrance with a streamer hanging from the ceiling. It's depressing, honestly. The frozen yogurt, on the other hand, is great. That and the toppings are all priced according to total weight and not individual pricing. If there's a flavour you'd like to try, you can ask for a small cup to sample the flavours. Since Covid, they've but the toppings in little containers for you to add on top once you've sat down.

Lots of flavours to choose from, so many toppings, make it how you want. Pay by weight. Cashier was nice. Product is quite expensive but a great treat.

Really nice spot, but lost its charm the past few years. A bit expensive for me, but it tastes good and isn’t too busy so it’s a nice spot. I got an ice cream for $9 and my cousin got one for $12 so not bad.

The sorbets are amazing! The orange cream, mango, pineapple, strawberry- all delicious. Self serve. Pretty exepensive.

We always have a good experience going here to get ice cream but the chairs are always all busy and we can never sit next to the place and eat. Also, I can add that the place is really dirty and it needs some cleaning, I never stayed inside to eat because just looking at the tables makes me want to throw my ice cream in the trash and leave. But, it's really good although the machines sometimes don't work very well. Overall, I do recommend but only if your 2 to 4 people because the place is not that big.

Stopped by to get frozen yogurt but unfortunately the only dairy free options they had were sorbets. So I grabbed the vanilla orange sorbet which a little underwhelming; it tasted like a water downed orange soda with zero vanilla flavor. I honestly wish they had dairy free yogurts. The place overall was clean, everything is self serve and you pay by weight. Toppings are separated into small cups and there were plenty of options. Decent experience, owner helped explain the process to me. I Will come back if there are better vegan flavors in the future.

Quite a lot of topping options. The frozen yogurt is kind of watery after like 5 minutes of putting it in your bowl. Still good, kind of expensive (?)

I tried pistachio, chocolate and vanilla with toppings of chocolate and milk cubes, I can say that flavors are weak! Almost all tased the same! In general it was a good experience and we enjoy the cooling taste. It looks like it used to be good place and would be great to make it cleaner!

The idea is great and I like that there are many gluten free options. However, a little cup with a small portion is around 10 $ and the frozen yogurt melts quickly. Tables outside were all full, it seems to be very popular, but I was not impressed.

I try to always be fair when I leave a review and find the good in my experiences. I actually had typed up my full experience when I realized, no one cares. So I deleted it and left this...... Not good.

I had a truly terrible experience at Menchie’s in Laval. The yogurt ice cream was absolutely disgusting—sickly sweet, watery in texture, and tasted stale. The place was dirty and the toppings bar was messy and poorly maintained, and the staff showed no interest in addressing the issues. When I politely asked for a refund, they refused. It was one of the worst frozen yogurt visits I’ve ever had. I definitely won’t be returning.

Worse scam ever. It's so water diluted that I can't even call that frozen yogurt. Worse scam ever. I ate frozen yogourt in several places in my life, it’s one of my favorite kind of dessert and what they sell here has nothing to do with frozen yogourt at all. If I would have blind tasted that, never I would have guessed it was supposed to be a frozen yogourt. No common point with that classic dessert, except it’s cold. They don’t let you taste it before and their price work with the weight, so both the taste and price are kind of a gamble. 30$ for 2 barely filled cup is stealing imo. And they diluted it with so much water that it feels like you are eating almost tasteless crunched iced cube. We asked for a refund after a few bites because it was disgusting, but they refused. We asked to switch flavour with the one that were slightly less disgusting then, they refused too. Great service. /s

The ice cream is disgusting. There was too much sugar and the ice cream was melting the instant it came out the machine. And way too much overpriced. Payed 37$ for 3 cups of ice cream. Don't recommend at all.

*PAYMENT BASED ON WEIGHT* Firstly, the cups are all the same size, so even if you want less or a smaller portion, the weight of the cup is charged. I took Nutella, Oreo and Dark chocolate, and other than the barely distinguishable colours, it was an indistinguishable taste. Also, as it was coming out of the machine, it looked like it was struggling - not like the efficient machines at DQ. I also took cookie dough toppers. I suppose for hygienic reasons, they are in little salad dressing cups. When I got to the cash, the cup with the frozen yogurt was placed on the scale. I was about to empty the little cup into the bowl and the cashier told me it had to be weighed in its cup. So, ok, I'm nit-picking, I know, but we are paying in weight, even if it is a question of cents, we are paying for plastic cups which will be discarded into the bin a minute later. The image attached to this review represents $6.00. A girl paid $27 for hers which was generously filled. Finally, the little bistro tables outside were gross, dirty, sticky. Both associates inside were talking. For the 30 mins my friend and I were there, no one ever came outside to pass a rag on the tables. Should have just gone to Dairy Queen....

They charge 3.50$ for 100 grams. What you get is not an ice cream. It's water, food coloring powder and glucose. Nothing close to something that you can call Ice cream. When it melts, you get just water. They have different flavors, but in reality all of them are the same, just different colors. Avoid this place at any cost. Waste of time and money.
