Picking up an order for door dash and the employees here are very sweet and friendly. They are personable and make every customer smile. Really awesome spot and they are working fast :) you can tell they work hard!

I was a walk in order. Staff was friendly and helpful. My order was quickly prepared while I waited. Took maybe 20 minutes total for 2 medium pizzas. Granted there was no line at the time I was there.

Thanks for the great experience I was helped by Chardonnay she was really patient with me even though they were really busy pizza came out perfect haven’t had papa John’s in awhile and will definitely come back

We have pizza night almost every Tuesday and this is our place! They always treat us well and the food is on time... and amazing, can't ask for anything more than that!

This place is one of the most excellent Papa John branches with a cool customer service and made a great job on preparing, cooking pizza, and make it ready on time. It is very delicious and tasty. I had a family emergency and had to send some pizzas to my mom's house from long distance and manager Brian was happy to help!! No hassle no problems.... and when they delivered the pizza they even refused a tip due to my mom's circumstance!!!! To me ...this is proof that good people are still out there!!! Thanks again guys!! You saved my mom!!! 😉😉😉

I ordered from here 3 times for delivery, so far there pizza is bomb! And they did a curbside pickup exception for me during this pandemic! Great service too! Thanks Papa John's staff! 🍕😋🤗

Yummy pizza served with great service, friendly and helpful staff. Wish they had more deals and coupons, tends to be pricey in my opinion.

I like Papa John's pizza. I like the garlic sauce that comes with the pizzas. I like to order online. Like some other pizza websites, it shows you your order status,ie pizza is being prepared, in the oven, on the way, etc. I have never had a problem with the Quartz Hill Papa John's.

It’s part of a gas station but the pizza was hot. The toppings were sparse and the cheese was a little more on the lite side.

Delivery normally takes longer than its supposed to, but the pizza is always hot and prepared well. The delivery people are always nice.

Great deals here. Good food and very clean restaurant, which I always pay attention to. Good place to go if you are in a hurry..

I haven't sampled their product, but their customer service is top notch.

The best thing in the world is getting a couple with your dinner and leave it out on the counter till morning than microwave it for breakfast. A few slices only need about 20 seconds to be warm soft and amazing. Try this you will not be disappointed.

All workers bed behaviour

Did not pay attention to APP. Reps didnt know they had an order until i got there and told them they had an order. I had to wait for them to make the pizza. If going to do APPs need to assign a rep to watch app orders and process them.

Horrible service. They eat while they work. Too busy om the phone to come to the register. Quick yo cancel orderd already made so they can eat it.

If I lived closer to town, I would have definitely brought it back! The dough was uncooked and gummy with no flavor. First time at this location, I usually go to the one at 20th West Ave K or on my way home the one on Second Canyon in Valencia. Now I have to cook it and pray it doesn't suck. Unfortunately I'm on propane and don't plan on refilling cause I am moving out of state.....auuuaghhhh dinner sucks officially.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this Papa John’s was so frustrating I felt compelled to speak up. From the moment I walked in, I was completely ignored. I stood at the counter for several minutes—at least 10—while multiple employees walked by, looked directly at me, and said absolutely nothing. No “Hi,” no “We’ll be with you in a moment,” nothing. Just silence and avoidance. I tried making eye contact and even said “Hello?” a few times, but it was like I was invisible. One employee glanced at me, then turned away and kept working without acknowledging me at all. Eventually, I had to ask if someone could help me, and even then, the response was dismissive, like I was inconveniencing them. No apology for the wait, no explanation. Just bad attitude. I wasn’t being rude or impatient—I just wanted to pick up my order and go. The vibe in the store was chaotic, disorganized, and completely indifferent to customer service. It honestly felt like they didn’t care whether I was there or not. This kind of service is unacceptable. If you’re too busy to help customers, at least say something. A simple “Hey, we’ll be right with you” goes a long way. But to act like a customer doesn’t exist? That’s beyond unprofessional. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’d advise others to think twice before wasting their time here.

How are you guys going to push my order back over a hour and a half without a phone call, I showed up expecting to get my food and you guys are rude what happened to professionalism? If your workers can’t work and be in a good mood they shouldn’t work there.

Service was horrible. They forgot to deliver my pizza! I call them to see what had happened and Aubry their shift manager got all emotional and hung up on me. I call back and her thug co worker picks up the phone and tells me too bad we forgot come pick it up. Then challenges me to a fight and starts to threaten me. This is Quartz Hill, this guy Marcel needs to go work in East Palmdale or better yet be fired from this great franchise.

The last 2 times I ordered from this store the pizza tasted like card board. I'm not sure what happened. It used to be very good.
