I mean delicious! I'm sure my accent through the lady off a little but truthfully the food was amazing! And for the price and that amount of flavorful delight, I left a better tip than normally do! Felt at home, straight up comfort food.

I like the food. Customer service was not so great. Prices were reasonable but food is good on this place

Authentic food, the lunch hour menu is pretty great but I am just not a big fan of grilled meat which they tend to do a lot. Either way the food is great and the quantities are pretty large usually they provide two plates, one with the main food and a second plate of rice and beans.

I get empanadas from here often, and my husband loves their platters. But the older lady at the counter today had an attitude. I ordered 10 empanadas: 4 cheese, 3 chicken, 3 beef. She packed my order with absolutely no sauce, then only gave 2 tiny ones when I asked. Got home and realized she gave 6 beef, and no chicken 🤦‍♀️ If you want a successful business, work on your customer service!

Terrible delivery service. The food is okay but phone etiquette is the worst. Thanks for sending me the wrong item on the money and not even apologizing or replacing my food for the right one. I thought their food wasn't terrible but if you are going to mess up my order then that's where I draw the line. Learn how to take an order idiots!!!!!

I’m Ecuadorian and was hoping I would have a good experience but unfortunately didn’t. We ordered breaded chicken and it was so hard we had asked if it can be cooked more and they said it would only get harder. We asked if we can change the order because the chicken was not good and they said no because it was already used. Really?? I have NEVER experienced service where they can’t make it right. Service wasn’t great, had to ask for plates, water, and cups. Again, really?? To top it off, they add their own tip to receipt. Never plan on going back. Do not recommend.

I ordered a cake 4 days in advance. They lost the order so I waited while they made a " Rum Cake ". It literally was just sponge cake with a little rum flavor sprinkled on it. The cannoli filling was so thin you could barely see it. I get home and they had put the wrong name on the cake after I was asked specifically what I wanted written. Never again ! No comparison to the italian bakeries we are used to.
