Good food good options, the fried fish is good, the pizza not so much, the steaks are superb. The only other fault is that they ran out of cuts and shrimp but overall great prices very attentive staff

Basic Texas style all-you-can-eat buffet. Good variety. Typical industrial heat&serve menu. Complete salad bar. Adequate dessert bar. Dysfunctional soft-serve bar.

The price is alright for the food they serve yet the waiters are a little rude and is not as clean as it should be.

You don't go to somewhere like Sirloin Stockade to eat and enjoy the food, you go because you're hungry, have poor impulse control and don't have the energy to think of somewhere better to go. The food is not good, especially for the price - which isn't cheap - there's the occasional highlight but for the most part the place doesn't even pretend to be a restaurant, it's just about shoveling trays of chicken out under heat lamps. The staff are great though, always very attentive, probably because they're so poorly paid and need the tips.

First of all the you have to pay before you eat, and just so you k ow steaks and/or shrimp are not part of the menu. The cashier was of little help informing me of what was included in the Buffet. All in all the food is below average the waiters are barely there to help. You are better off going to Pampas.
