This location is amazing! From the greeting you get walking into the restaurant, to the interaction with the order taker is the best. Cashier asked questions to ensure my order was correctly rang up. Ordered a junior burger combo, and two additional steak fingers on the side. Burger was cooked fresh, warm hamburger buns and cheese melted to perfection. Steak fingers were definitely fresh, and steaming hot!(Perfection). Fries were hot and crispy. Even down to the fountain drinks, that are amazing. Restaurant is cleaned organized and in good order. Everyone was busy doing their tasks, and taking care of guests in a timely manner. Thank you, and keep up the great work! See y’all again within a week.

The outside looks like a rundown dingy place, but it's nice inside, customer service is good, and the food is what you'd expect at any DQ. The most surprising thing for me was finding out that they now carry a dairy-free dilly bar. I haven't been able to enjoy ice cream in years, so that was a big win for me personally. It says it has a coconut base, which made me a little nervous, as I generally dislike coconut, but the flavor was so subtle that I didn't even taste the coconut. It was very good.

For food that costs 10 a piece I figured there would be a bit larger portions there's barely any fries in there.I usually enjoy coming here—the service is friendly Recently, though, I noticed the soft serve seems to melt very quickly compared to other locations. It still tastes good, but it doesn’t hold up as well. Hoping it’s just a machine adjustment issue, because I’d love to keep enjoying cones here without them dripping so fast.

I am honestly just posting this because I am a little peeved off however clarification is very important when ordering. I went through the drive through and wanted a chocolate dipped cone put into a cup because I was not eating it immediately and was going to eat it when I arrived home and did not want the cone melting so I wanted a cup to catch any of the ice cream that leaked (and so I could still have the cone). I thought this was understood and I told the drive through I wanted a dipped cone but can you guys put it in a cup for me and the person on the drive through instead asks me if I wanted a chocolate dipped cone put into a cup. I get that it does sound the same thing. However the person was condescending and made it out to seem like I did not know what I was ordering. When I said what I wanted but was not clarified and communicated with to make sure I was given what I wanted. edit: photo below in real time as to why I wanted the whole cone put into a cup

(Englesh is my 3rd language) went drive true.i oder basket#8 brother and my husband order basket #7 the lady said if we dont mind wait to the front (parking area)to get our order long story short. we wait 20-30 mins there. Still no food so my husband went inside and took our food while hes there the lady said "oh im about to bring your food to your car" Yeah what ever..... I rate this base on the service we got there

Although there were only 2-3 tables occupied, the place was a mess. Most of the empty tables were dirty. The drinks counter had spilled drinks all over, and debris lying about. And flies. Tv was off. Our second visit here. I much prefer the DQ in Emory. Not sure if I'll return here.

Found 3 long black hairs in my burger. None of the staff are wearing hairnets. Bathroom was out of soap. Food has barely any taste for as much as it is.

This used to be our "go to" DQ, but now they're taking advantage of customers because they know they're the only one in our area that's still open. They nickel and dime you now and even charged me extra for "brownie pieces" in my blizzard. What??? I suggest making the drive to Greenville or Mesquite. Businesses lose my business when they start acting like this!

Just ordered burgers and fries and brought it home . Fries tasted days old. And my bread was hard and the meat had a stench to it. Disgusting. Do better ppl.
