We ate there, Wed Nov 6th and I witnessed one of your employees help an elderly gentleman out to his ride! This man had dementia and was left to get back to the car his daughter brought him in! His daughter left him alone and your employee went out of her way to help him. Myself and another patron were visibly shaken from the lack of respect his daughter gave, but your employee with a walking cast on her leg made us feel better that this Veteran was helped! A pat on the back goes a long way.

Stopped for breakfast on long trip. Welcomed by friendly, “wise” ( gray hair) lady. She offered an alternative, and it was PERFECT! She made the BEST ‘BLT’ sandwich ever! Crispy bacon was so good! Just saying thank you to a very good employee. We made it all the way to Missouri after that!

Jacob was an awesome employee and greeted me with kindness! The food came out hot and ready and was very delicious. The atmosphere was beyond amazing there was an outside dining area and an inside dining area if you wanted to stay cool. There was also soft music playing Just for entertainment. I love the fact that each employee had a station and took care of every station no table was dirty, no tray was unclean, and the floors were very well maintained, and not to mention the menu was superb! Great job Quitman Dairy Queen! Oh yeah by the way I had crunchy tacos.

We enjoyed hot and freshly made chicken strip baskets today for lunch. Everyone was very friendly and the inside dining area was very clean. Recommend stopping by for a quick meal!

It was dairy queen, they are all pretty much the same. Staff were nice people. We stopped to use the restroom and have a place to chat for a few minutes. We all bought something, because thats what you do. The prices are too high! I dont buy from fast food anymore because of the inflated prices.

Food was made correctly, but I had to repeat at least 3 times our drink order and ice cream order after they didn't give it to us at the window. At first they tried to say we didn't order drinks, but it clearly stated on the receipt that we did. They were busy, so I'm sure that's what the problem was.

Past few months 8 cars in line full parking lot or 3 people there you order and pull up for 30 minutes b4 you get ur food

Food was good until there were several hairs in it. Could not eat after that. Won’t be back.

Quitman Dairy Queen is as bad as the sonic here in Quitman for a while now, the drive-through is super slow and they make you pull up like it’s gonna make them faster whoever ever thought of the idea of making the customer pull up pass the window and wait is an idiot if you go to any other Dairy Queen here in the area, the food is Way fresher and faster. I vote kick them out and sonic and let’s get some new stuff here in Quitman.

I have always been a huge fan of dairy Queen's tacos on Taco Tuesday. Unfortunately, I haven't been up there for a few months and although today wasn't Taco Tuesday Mom and I decided to go through the drive-thru and get some tacos and milkshakes. I don't know what happened, but it was bad news. The tacos were greasy, they barely had any product in them, and they tasted absolutely horrible. There was an older lady at the window training a younger guy and she completely humiliated him in front of us I felt bad for him although I didn't get his name. The milkshakes were not as thick as they normally were. We were looking at the prices of other items and they are ridiculously high 😕 Quitman dairy Queen what happened ❓❓

The employees here are very rude and make snide comments about kids making tiny messes kids make. The tables and chairs weren't even clean when we came in. The kids actually cleaned up most of the mess they made but missed a few things onn5he floor. The man who apparently hates his job kept mouthing under his breath and using the Lord's name in vain.

Ordered and paid for two plain kids meal. Told the guy twice. Once at the speaker the second time at the window. A very simple request. Unfortunately we found loads of ketchup, mustard and pickles on both. Plus the lid for the milk was not on all the way. Will not be going back to this DQ.
