I recently returned to the restaurant after being invited back from a prior bad experience ,and I'm so glad I did. From start to finish, my experience this time was absolutely wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my family and I felt welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank-you to Candy and Camille, who truly made our visit exceptional. Camille was attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect. Candy, the manager, checked in several times to ensure we were enjoying ourselves and receiving the best service possible. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care turned our visit into such a memorable experience. The food was just as amazing as before-fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We left happy, full, and excited to come back again soon. Thank you to the entire team for turning things around and reminding us why great service makes all the differen
Reservation is the key. Very nice place to dine. I had a party of twelve and everything was excellent.. the birthday person even got a special treat.
If you are ever at the Crabtree Mall this place is a must try. Great food and excellent service. You’ll enjoy the entire experience. $$
Had a great lunch today, my first time in P.F. Chang, Cheyanne made our lunch and experience extra special!! Will definitely come back.
Tracy was superb. She has fun with her job and was lovely to engage with! Tracy really knows how to speak with people and make you feel like you have known her for years!. All the food was great as usual. Love the lettuce wraps of course, but the honey chicken was divine. The chicken was so tender and crispy! Lo mein with Shrimp was tasty and fresh.
Excellent Food! Excellent Service! Atmosphere can be a little crowded at times which may cause you to have to wait for a table to become empty but once you get one, it's all smiles ;-) The plates they serve are hefty. Share any dish with your loved one. My favorite is the PF Chang Spicy Chicken & Dan Dan noodles. You won't see the Dan Dan noodles on the menu anymore but they will still make them for you. Delicious every time! My family & I absolutely enjoyed it!
P.F. Chang's is always a good time. Our waitress was so chill and polite. It was a bustling Saturday and thank goodness we had reservations because it was crowded. But it makes sense because the food was great. We had the new Mongolian beef and it was so good, I got my usual noodles and the fried rice was great as usual. I was surprised at how much food was eaten, and will definitely be back soon.
Before our trip out of town we had lunch at PF Chang’s in Crabtree Valley Mall. Beautiful place but tremendously busy at lunch. We were more thirsty than hungry so the lunch specials sounded great. My wife had the chicken lettuce wraps and I had the steamed shrimp dumplings. Both were delicious. The drink special was the pink lotus cosmo. The bartender was our server and did an excellent job considering how busy they were. The menu was filled with many delicious items but because of not being very hungry we chose to eat light. Beautiful atmosphere and look forward to going back with a more hearty appetite. We highly recommend you trying this place.
Had THE best service tonight from our waitress, Toya! Her efficiency and dedication to making this a completely customer service driven experience was amazing. I’d recommend requesting her as your waitress if you go! Our food was a 10/10 too!
We chose to venture out while on our honeymoon. We ended up at PF Chang. Coral was our amazing waitress. She was very warm and friendly. She offered great selections from the menu. The food was amazing and the restaurant was clean. We had a saki tasting and ended up purchasing a full bottle of our favorite choice. At the end of our dining experience Coral surprised us with a wedding gift from her and the manager. She absolutely the best. Don’t hesitate to dine here and I hope you’re lucky enough to get one of Coral’s tables.
We celebrated a birthday and this was the perfect place to go. We had a late reservation after the mall closed so we didn't have to deal with the traffic. The food was very flavorful and the plating was aesthetically pleasing. Our waitress was kind and attentive which made this celebration even more pleasant.
Me and my boyfriend visited here for the first time for my birthday.. Our server Audrey was AWESOME! She thoroughly explained the menu to us and made our first experience here great. The food was good we ordered the beef & broccoli and orange chicken with lo mein noodles it was all amazing!! We got the great chocolate cake for dessert it was HUGE, but was also very good. The other staff were all very friendly and we enjoyed everything about our first experience here.
Bryan and Josh are the rock stars and glue to keep i bar atmosphere wonderful. I come to PF anywhere from 3 to 4 times a week and the consistency of having faces that I recognize and understand what I want is priceless. Bryan and Josh are amazing always being there whether I’m having a great day or bad day. Thank you for always being there to keep my sanity no matter what I’m going through with work or personal love them both.❤️
Stopped in from a road trip. Camille was such a delight. Very attentive to my needs. Food was great. Ill be sure to ask for Camille tthe next time I'm in town.
Addison is the best waiter ever!! We WILL return soon because of the exceptional service and the most delicious meal. Our favorite restaurant now.❤️😁
The food is always amazing here and Camille is the best server , always ask for her. Smile on her face and makes sure our order is perfect.
Great experience. Food was great! Best server we have interacted with in a while, Camille was friendly, helpful, and prompt with everything we asked for.
Very busy Valentines night but our service and food was still excellent! Although even with a reservation we waited about 35 minutes. Jamia was very nice!
I’m not a chain restaurant kind of person, but I was staying across the street for work so I stopped in. I have to say… This is the best PF Changs I’ve e been to. They started right with half priced bottles of wine. I tried the pork belly bao bun from the holiday menu and it was by far the best thing I’ve eaten at any PF Changs. The server Corel was awesome and the other bar tender that joined her later was equally amazing with people. Attentive and engaging. I’ll be back next time work brings me here and now they have me considering visiting one where I live.
Me and my wife enjoy this place whenever we are in town and also when we travel to other cities. However, this location is one of the best we have been to. The service is always great and the food is hot and flavorful. If it's also great for family get together because everyone can usually find something to for their tastes.
Toya was our waitress and she did a phenomenal job! She was extremely considerate, warm, welcoming and truly enhanced our experience!! My husband's Birthday is 13 Feb, the day before Valentines Day, so when we came in to PF Changs we were Celebrating his Bday & Vday. Her hospitality, down to earth cheerful personality, made our celebration one to remember!! Toya thank you for being you and showing love through your service, especially on a busy day like ValentinesDay! This was our 1st visit to PF Changs and because of Toyas Amazing service and the delicious food, we'll certainly be back!
Addison was wonderful, very attentive and made us both feel at ease. He recommended the midnight gallop drink which was amazing!!!!! Food was great too and came fast to the table. I'd recommend asking for Addison when dining at P.F.Chengs. I know I'll be asking for him for now on. Thank you soooo much for the wonderful experience!
My recent experience at Pf’s was awesome. I don’t leave reviews often but I was impressed. Shout out to Camille; she went above and beyond as a server. The food was perfect and she took such good care of us. Highly recommend!
Darius at P.F. Chang’s delivered an exceptional dining experience! We had our daughter, Sloane, with us and he was so kind and patient, which we truly appreciated. From the moment we were seated, he was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly personable. He made great recommendations, kept everything perfectly timed, and made sure we had a wonderful experience. His positive energy and professionalism really stood out. Outstanding service—thank you, Darius!
Addison made my meal amazing. I came in with my partner to grab some food real quick after a stressful day and our server made me forget about any stress at all. He helped me pick the best meal, I never know what I want lol, and he made sure we were taken care of. I am so glad we met and can’t wait to visit again! Ask for Addison! You won’t be disappointed.
Down in Raleigh from RI for my son's wedding. Always enjoyed PF Changs in our travels. This was no exception. Food was very good. Hot n sour is best around. Firecracker shrimp excellent, Teriyaki chicken excellent. Kudos to our server Kriscia. Attentive and had answers to all our questions. She was a pleasure to have as our waitress. PF Changs never disappoints. .
The food was great as always, and I truly appreciated the level of service we received. The restaurant was extremely busy with the holiday season kicking off, and the waiting line was fairly long, but thankfully we had a reservation. Even with wait times running around 30–45 minutes, it felt normal for this location and the time of day. I’m grateful to have been able to enjoy a meal here with my daughters. The staff handled the rush well, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything we ordered was delicious. I just wanted to leave a positive review to recognize the team for their hard work during such a busy season. Highly recommend.
Our visit started out a little rough once I mentioned having a food allergy. The initial waitress was not educated on the difference between wheat and gluten. The manager came by and got things resolved after a conversation about my needs. Next thing we know, we had a new waiter, Walter. Walter was great. I know it was a challenging situation that he was put into, but he was professional and respectful and did his absolute best to repair a rough start. I wanted to mention him because management needs to acknowledge him and promote him. He has the skills that no job or education can teach. In the end, we agreed that we'd go back to this restaurant at some point. The food was good, decent portions, and came out hot.
The food and ambiance were absolutely incredible! The highlight of our evening, though, was undoubtedly the exceptional service from our wonderful waitress, Camille. She truly made the night unforgettable!
While recently out of town I stopped for a quick bite to eat at this establishment and even tho it was like any other PFC I’ve been to, the one thing that stuck out the most was Camille. I watched her jump into action to assist coworker while handling her own responsibilities. Even tho she wasn’t my waitress she didn’t hesitate to stop to assist me while my server was out of reach. If for no other reason other than to bump into Camille I’ll be back.
I had the best server I’ve ever had in there! Can’t remember his name, I lost my receipt! Afro, gigantic glasses. He’s so sweet, he kept my baby calm so that my family could eat. We now call him “cheeks” thanks to him! lol he was welcoming, helpful, recommended a nice cosmo drink, green beans appetizer & the beef & broccoli & Kung Pow chicken! The butter cake was an amazing recommendation as well! Excellent service. My family & I will be back & we’ll be asking for him! “Cheeks” has a new friend!
Awesome! It was my son in laws birthday and we had Rimma as our server. She is the best of the best and made us all feel like part of her family. We were there on 12/26/25 for dinner and it was packed. With 6 in our party Rimma also had 4 other tables. She was running straight out keeping all her tables happy. Taking orders filling drinks and still taking the time to have fun with her customers. Rimma is a server that takes a lot of pride in her work. Thanks Rimma for a awesome time we will come back to see you soon.
Amanda did a fantastic job - so attentive and personable! She was training someone and we have to believe she is a great trainer and an example of that PF Chang's looks for in an employee. Thank you for making this a great evening!
Our server the very friendly Camille was great. She anticipated what we needed and we never had to look for her. Food was great service was outstanding. Definitely will be back.
Toya was amazing tonight! Her friendly attitude is much appreciated. You can tell she goes the extra mile for her customers. You are the type of person who makes customers happy when they leave. She was on top of refills food and everything! Thank you ❤️
10/10!!! Camille is the best server they have. Period. She is so charismatic and truly has a passion for what she’s doing. You can tell she truly cares about her job. The beef and broccoli with shrimp added is fire !!!!
Such a big restaurant, half empty still we could not get our choice of seats, 'cause the waitress said booth are leaking water from air-conditioning. I am not sure that was an excuse or really it was happening. Food was still ok but very oily. Not bad is my comment but not great as well.
It’s been years since I’ve dined at P.F. Chang’s and my latest visit has me wanting more! For starters my bf and I ordered the BBQ Spare Ribs that were so good I forgot to get a picture lol. I would certainly order those again. My main was the Crispy Honey Chicken with Lo Mein noodles. I liked my meal but I would try something different next time. The Sesame Beef that my bf ordered was even better, especially paired with the Fried Rice side. I will be ordering the latter on my next visit here. We dined on a Sunday night, an hour or so before closing, so it was not busy at all. Our service was good but would’ve been great if our waitress hadn’t forgotten the bowl of soup I ordered but it was fine because I was so full after eating our app and entree and they did sincerely apologize so all is well. I do look forward to eating here again soon and since I am not from the area it makes for a special treat. I highly recommend this P.F. Chang’s location.
Always a great place for large delicious servings of Asian food. Our table was celebrating two birthdays and had a wonderful time. Our waitress was rather inattentive, but we made it through to the end......happy and full. To-Go bags in tow.
We needed to go to the mall, so we decided to go to P.F. Chang. None of us had been there in years. Our waitress, Cheyenne, was fabulous. Answered all our questions, was patient, and took excellent care of us. Of course, we got the lettuce wraps, crab ragoons, and pork egg rolls. We love the mustard with the rolls, raggons were full of crab and lettuce wraps good as usual. I got the Kung Pao chicken with brown rice. Good flavor with lots of sauce. We were very pleased with our food and leftovers the next day.
Stopped by P.F. Chang’s expecting a standout dining experience, but honestly… it was mid. First off, the presentation had me hyped — crispy rice noodles, a pile of lettuce, and a mix of diced chicken with dark sauce. It looked decent enough for a lettuce wrap starter, but the flavor? Meh. The chicken was ok, the texture felt rubbery in parts, and the sauce was bland at best. Nothing balanced, just heavy soy and mystery oil. The lettuce was fresh, but let’s be real — that’s the bare minimum. The restaurant itself is definitely trying hard to impress with its vibe — dramatic wall art of a warrior woman, moody lighting, and a modern bar scene. But once the food hits the table, it’s like all that ambiance is trying to distract you from what’s really going on: overpriced, under-seasoned fusion food. Not horrible, but far from memorable. For the price point, I expected way better. If you’re just here for aesthetics or a casual night out, fine. But if you’re craving legit flavor or authentic Asian cuisine, there are better options. Would I come back? Maybe. It wasn’t terrible.
I always love the atmosphere of PF Chang's, and the decor is phenomenal. But the food was not great. Service was decent, though our waters went unnoticed fairly often. Ordered as a group should at places like this, with three main entrees to share, rice, and a small kids meal. And my husband really wanted some sushi for himself. We ordered Mongolian beef (which was PERFECT), sweet and sour chicken (which was pretty bland), orange chicken (which tasted almost like a cleaner), and the kids fried rice (which was actually quite good). Our youngest child got a Sprite which was missing all its syrup. We got white rice with all the meals, but it was quite dry. My husband said his Dynamite sushi was not spicy at all, as implied by the name and given in the description. Also, the ladies bathroom was a mess. So while I usually love PF Chang's, this recent visit was decidedly bad. The only real highlight was the Mongolian Beef, which was crispy, but not chewy, and full of flavor. Plus those green onions that came with it were delicious.
Seating was rough, got skipped and put at a table where people 6’-5 cannot see at. The bus person was tremendous and helped us get another table pretty quick. Device was good, food was good as well. The wait how ever made this a sub par visit. Ever with it being a Friday (really was not busy) night it should not take 1 hr to get your main course and another 40 to get a dessert to go!!
The food was great, but we had a reservation and when we arrived they said they were full. The whole point of a reservation is to have a table available at a specific time. We waited half an hour standing. Our waitress was cool though so you can have 3 stars for her, but I would have given 5 stars of service had the reservation been honored. and another for the food. I really recommend the peach boba breeze if you are looking for a nice drink.
We used to love PF Chang’s for their food, service and atmosphere. Food at this locations was mid; the service was atrocious :) the hostess appeared to be on a personal call and made us wait for several uncomfortable minutes before she hung up the call (12/8/2025). After hanging up she picked up two menus and without any words led us to our table. Cold 😕! No silverware 😳. The server was actually pretty sweet. We got hit tea (was just warm), soup (almost cold), pork egg rolls (ok), broccoli chicken (ok) and king pao chicken (terrible - over fried)! I guess PF Chang’s no longer wants my business!
We ordered carry out Sweet and Sour chicken and Sesame chicken with spring rolls. The chicken was cut into crumbs then breaded then fried. They never used to cut the chicken this small, which ensured the food was tasty. Poor blandness and crumbs tonight. Clearly not worth the $50 spent.
The restaurant appeared to be nice, until I was seated to my dining table. It was so sticky, even they said it was sticky! I asked for a table none was available for me. Fine I used their napkin as a table cloth. I ordered the beef and broccoli, which tasted more like orange chicken! The food was not the greatest either. My waitress was great! This Will be my last dining here! and Throw out that nasty sticky table!
Ordered takeout: sesame chicken and sweet and sour chicken, with an order of spring rolls. Chicken looked like crumbs and was very crunchy in both orders. The sesame chicken sauce was not good at all. The taste was not authentic and the spring rolls were greasy. I'm not sure what's going on, but that was not the experience we were use to and definitely not worth the money we paid.
You’d think I ordered a side of green onions with a kids portion of fried rice. Ridiculous. Charging $31 for this meal, $4 of which was an upgrade for fried rice, and 6 pieces of meat, is literally comical. Edit: I contacted them via email, like the suggested in the reply - and still have yet to hear back from them. Ridiculous
Went for Lunch today at the Crabtree location less than disappointed. We have visited this location many times and were generally pleased and even bought gift cards over the holidays for family. Today was a different day. It started good until our food came out cold, I mean like almost refrigerator cold, when we let our server know she seemed and treated us like it was our fault. No apology, just asked us if we wanted a new order..huh??? We told her please and she cleared what was brought and soon later more food came out. Food not as good as we remembered before the Mongolian trio shrimp so over cooked they were crunchy. The veggies were ok. We also had the spicy chicken which was again ok but not great. What made our minds up of having second thoughts about returning was after the whole cold food issue, no visit by a manager and we kept having to track down our server to get a box or the bill. No apologies or customer service etiquette. I guess leadership does make a difference and sometimes not in a good way.
