No one was at the to go area And made four people wait. Then a person came in and didn't even say give me a moment or anything just came in and took off again. Same person that came back and ended up giving orders out when I asked where the person that was supposed to be here was I was told that they were working the dining area. Need to have someone in the to go area consistently.

Great overall with a few places worth improving. Nobody was at the host desk when I arrived but after a minute or two the hostess came by and I was seated. The high top I sat at hadn’t been wiped off and the others in the area were in a similar state. That said though when the waitress came by she quickly offered to get a rag and addressed it. Drink, appetizer and entree came out quickly and accurately and everything tasted great. Waitress was attentive and checked in for refills.

The food was as expected from BDubs, which in my book is generally good: neatly presented, cooked fully, tasty. service wasn't anything to brag about, if anything they came across as cold but I can understand that maybe they were just tired because dinner was decently busy. my only true complaint is how loud the darn music is. I understand BDubs are loud with all the sports and the music but this one was ridiculous. by the time we left the music was lowered a tiny bit but not by much. I've never had a truly terrible experience with any BDubs I've been to and this one was decent to me. also it was clean in the bathrooms and in the general restaurant

Love there wings. Alcohol drinks are to die for. My daughter's love their strawberry lemonade even though they don't have refills but they're still good. They just have to be prepared to wait a little while cuz sometimes or wait time takes about an hour to be seated but if you always keep an eye out at the bar area you're able to grab a sea whatever somebody gets up or whatever

Wings were great margarita also but my grandson never got a beer. Why well after 3 choices that were out of stock. He had water.

I really liked the jalapeño wings and the cheese and chips appetizer. It would be better if they served more cheese, since it's not enough for the amount of chips.

Drinks were cold and of a wide selection. I was able to drink all of the Guinness in the building, though. Pretzel knots were tasty with a nice beer cheese sauce and a stone ground mustard for dipping. Ordered Nashville Hot bone in Wings. Took forever to bring them, but it was Wild Card weekend so I figured they were slammed. By the times thevwings were saved the sauce had congested and the wings were cool. Looked someone forgot them in the window for about a half hour. Nashville Hot was also not even remotely hot, which having lived in Nashville for 15 years, was more than a little disappointing.

Food was great, however I do ha e to give only four starts due to the wait, my work colleagues and I called ahead to order since we were on lunch, the women said it would only be a 10 minute wait for food ended up being over 20 minutes, making us late to go back to work. The service was okay. They had a big party so I can understand the kitchen being a bit backed up. Our food did take a bit to get out. I didn't get any flats with my wings, but they did offer to give me some flats. I really appreciate that gesture and they where super nice. The problem started when we came home..... As my wife was suffering from severe diarrhea, I was throwing up violently in the sink. Not because of the smell, but I think the food might have been a bit bad. Take out needs some attention. Every time I take out, it takes them like 20 min just to see someone come through. I think the only reason they come is to drop off the food into the heating ovens. I’m kinda tempting to look for my own food and grab my own ranch and condiments lol

First time at this location and while waiting we read the reviews and were concerned. Our server started great and quickly changed to MIA!! We ordered wings with lemon pepper sauce and server returned advising they were out of lemon pepper sauce and also didn’t have adult drink our daughter ordered. Our sever brought waters and said they were out of straws. Our daughter ordered All American Hamburger with bacon and side of wedges. She was brought French fries and not brought wedges until after we finished eating! We asked for strawberry margarita and were told was $9.00, though app showed was $5.00 with no time limits. We were out of water and asked 2 times for refills and still waited awhile. Our server had went on break and other sever/Jade took over and she was rude!! Before we received wedges and waters Jade asked if ready for check without asking if wanted anything else!! We had coupon for $4.00 off 2 bird dogs and Jade said was to-go only and confirmed with Manager. We showed Jade the coupon and she said she’ll have Manager come as she’s confused too. The Manager came, we showed her coupon and after examining it she agreed to honor it! We waited for Jade to return to pay and she didn’t-we caught other server attention and they got out original server off his break to collect payment. We enjoyed the food and the original was friendly, apologized and offered us a free soda

Man. For starters you've to wait a long time to get a table even tho they weren't busy. Then the food did take forever too. And look at the salad I ordered looks like it's a few days over the serve by Date. And also really poor service.

Got the bottomless appetizer but it took sooooo long. Maybe 20-30 minutes. Then when our main course came (wings), we wanted to order a 2nd appetizer. That one took forever, too. Got ripped off buying bottomless when they take. Even drink refills took a long time. What should have been a 1 1/2 hour dinner took 2 1/2 hours.

The Buffalo Wings had too much powder left on them. Not good. They were hard. Not good. The Mango Habinaro wings were good. Maybe a bad day. Server said they were short handed ( customers don't need to know that by the way) . Also asked if they had any stouts (beer) but the server said no. After I ordered a Heineken, I see three stouts on the beer list. Also they brought my wings and no napkins (or celery or carrots). Anyway, maybe a bad day. Probably will not go back for a while.

I am not one to normally leave reviews but today I feel the need to. My fiancé and I just left the establishment after dining in for the "unlimited boneless wings and fries". We waited 50 minutes to be seated, then 10 minutes after being seated we were able to place our order. The first round of wings comes with 10 wings. Our first round of wings arrived another 50 minutes after placing our order. Because it took so long to get our order, we kindly asked our server if we can order our 2nd round so we wouldn't have to wait so long for the next round of 6 wings. She stated that her manager would not let her place the next round until we finished our first round. So after finishing our first round of wings, we were able to order our next round which took another 35 minutes to arrive. This is where we were bothered. We each got 6 wings that had hardly any sauce on them and were cold as if they had been sitting in the kitchen for some time. They were dry, had barely any sauce and were cold. On top of that, we never got more fries. We each only ate 2 wings before deciding to leave. When we asked for our check though, she was back within a minute with our check. Other than that, she hardly came to ask if we were doing okay or needed anything. Never offered us water either. I wanted water at one point but no servers came around for so long that my fiance ended up just going to the car to grab me my water bottle. Overall, I would not recommend dining in for their "unlimited boneless wings and fries" on Mondays and Wednesdays. We spent a total of 3 hours and 10 minutes at this location to only eat 12 wings. Not worth it at all and would not recommend.

Before being seated, in a booth, I noticed the guy cleaning the table just pushed the papers onto the floor.  The floors were filthy, the booths really need to be reupholstered and the table rocked badly.  My husband used the restroom, which he stated was filty as well.  Our server wasn't very personable.  Observing other servers none of them seemed particularly happy to be there.  I asked for a lemon in my water but, got a lime.   My husband got no ice in his ice tea refill.   The wings tasted ok even though some were a little overcooked.  This location seems to be poorly managed. It would be so much better if the staff, including management, were more personable and would all make more effort in keeping the restaurant clean and maintained.

We came for a weekday lunch. Got stuck there for an hour and a half. Service was snail-like. Food took 30 minutes to arrive even though there were only like 8 tables full. When our burgers and fries finally did arrive, everything was cold. The fries tasted like they were 2 hours old even though the manager promised, "They just came out of the fryer." We have a feeling the food sat on the pass for 15 minutes while the waitress was MIA. Our waitress only check on us once after we got the food. We actually had to flag her down to get our check after sitting for 15 minutes with NO STAFF in sight. I won't be going back to this establishment.

First when we got there there was not host after 10 min we got a booth, then a server came that our server was on break so she took our order finally our original server came, asked if we needed a refill on the drink asked for 1 pepsi n 1 Dr Pepper took her more than 5 min to bring it and she brought 2 Dr peppers ok whatever no big deal then we where ready to pay asked her for a box to go n tab took her 15 min if not more then she finally came with box to go n tab took our card went to the back for about 5 min then finally came back out to where they finalize transaction took my debit card out her pocket (suspicious right?!) that’s when I spoke with manager in charge she really didn’t care just be careful with this place

I'm not sure what is going on here, but it ain't right whatever it is. For starters, I've worked at restaurants. Servers are usually given a certain section. That way they are coming into contact with the people in their section. It makes being there for somebody much more likely. Here it seemed that servers received patrons on a first come, first served basis. So your server will service the entire floor. You will have to flag down this person when you need something because they won't have another customer within 5 or more tables of you. The bar has no booths like other locations do. It's all high top seating. The times for food and drink delivery are long! Have your order ready and get everything, including two drinks all at once!

Not a very good experience there. Me and my family got there and the table was dirty and sticky. I had to ask them if I could have a rag to clean the table myself. Then my wife attempted to order an ice tea and they said they ran out. So she finally ordered a root beer and had to go to their serving station to ask for a refill.So we finally Got our food and I asked them for carrots and they said they ran out of that too. Visited with a family of five, including a baby. We had to wait over 40 minutes for a table, and after being seated, it took more than 70 minutes to receive only part of our order. Some items never arrived, even after two hours, and we eventually had to cancel them and ask for the check. The service was extremely slow, and there was little to no communication or response from the staff. Very disappointing experience.

I have never in my life had to write a negative review or ask to speak to the manager. This place has the worst service. Staff is unwilling to communicate what’s going on. Waitress Alyssa with red hair completely ignored us over and over. The other staff as well. So much time lost after waiting so long for food and no check ins, she never returned our change. We were repeatedly ignored, and in the end after asking for a manager we got our change and that’s it. I’d advise for better management and better hires.

We ordered takes out online while at the restaurant on 6/21/25 We order one 20/20 bone in and one 20/20 boneless. Wait time was 20 mins per the online order. I specifically asked the young man can he let thru know that we want fresh dropped fries. When our order was ready he went over everything in the bag and stated the fries were from a fresh drop. We live about 10 mins away so the fries won't be piping hot but moderately hot if the were from a fresh drop. That wasn't the case. Fries were luke warm at best and hard as if the were dropped in grease more than once. Now on to the bone in and boneless chicken. Both were hard and dry like they also have been sitting and dropped in grease more than once. Nothing in our order was freshly made. We definitely won't be getting food from here again. It's almost like they give the take out orders the food that has been sitting around under a heat lamp or something.

Why every time you order online they specifically give you the worlds tiniest wings?? They should be giving you what you pay for as if you were there in person. 20 traditional + 20 boneless bundle $50 plus delivery and I get this kids meal.

The service is terrible, the waiting time to put a table, take your order and bring the food is quite late, no one bothers to ask you if you need anything. It's the second time I come back and it's the same, food always causes me stomach pain.

This location has bad management. I placed a pick up order and received it 25 minutes after the original pick up time. The employees seemed short staffed and stressed. The employees can only do so much, management needs to step in and assist or have more staff come in to assist. ESPECIALLY if you have crazy deals like all you can eat or lunch specials. No need to take it out on the staff.

We arrived at this place and the service was super bad. We waited half an hour for a table and 20 minutes for them to take our order, then 40 minutes for the food to arrive. We were patient to get there because we were hungry, but the service was super bad. I counted 12 dirty tables while I was there. I left the place and those 2 tables were left dirty. Garbage service, forget about ordering via online as it's been down for over 3 years lol. And if you call, be prepared to listen to the phone keep ringing for 30 times(I gave up at this point) just close the store already. Fire the manager 100%

The service was absolutely terrible. I waited over an hour just to get my food. The waiter just walked by and completely ignored us. There wasn’t even a checkup. The food was also disappointing. Placed order for delivery of 20 Traditional bone in and 20 Boneless and they all came boneless and then tried to call phone just rings hours say open until 1am so disappointed in the lack of managing a simple order from the manager, cook, down to the person who bagged it up and did not check. I’ve been to many Bdubs, Pasadena is the best ! So many good memories , but man the only Rancho location on Saturday nights is horrible. I love bdubs but this location is so unpleasant , I brought my friends to put them on to the bdubs experience and was just straight up embarrassed. Bar sucked, servers seemed so complicated and unhappy or unwilling to serve. I hate to say it but I live 3 mins away and I’m not coming back. We have been waiting for almost an hour for our food. It took them 20 minutes just to take our order, and we are still waiting. They are clearly short-staffed, which reflects poorly on the management. They need to have more people working. Waiting an hour for wings is absolutely unacceptable

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We were seated right away, no wait, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. After we ordered, the server brought our drinks but didn’t bother to give us any straws. We sat there for over an hour waiting for our food… nothing. No updates, no apology, just ignored. We didn’t even order a lot, just 10 wings and 2 burgers. After an hour and 10 minutes of sitting there hungry, we paid for our drinks, and left. Absolutely unacceptable service. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Which is not bad if you think about it, but when I placed an order for 10 wings for me and my family members it took 35 minutes to get my order. Worst part is the food was cold. The person who works there at some point forgot if we got our order or not. We placed an order for the second time it took them approximately 40 minutes! For 6 wings and fries. Once we left the restaurant it was 6:00pm. The atmosphere was the only good part.

COUNT YOUR WINGS , they will give you 20 wings and saying it’s 30 try to scam customer , when we ask the server to count , they keep saying it’s 24. Wow , we waited 2 hours here and that’s what we get ? And the server has a bad bad attitude with a face when we say its the wrong count. Just don’t come to this place, go to other restaurants instead.

Just a all around bad experience. The wait time just to be seated was enough to make me want to get up and walk out . This has to be the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever visited. They are extremely understaffed, service is slow, and customers are left waiting over 20 minutes without any assistance. This is the third time I’ve had a bad experience here, and it’s been a nightmare every visit. I will definitely be contacting corporate or speaking with customer affairs.

This place has horrible service. I had to use paper from the restroom and wipes from home as napkins because my table was never brought napkins (keep in mind there napkins are white). Also I canceled a drink which was a mojito and It ended up being just sprite with alcohol and just asked for a cup of water and still got charged for a mojito. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The service just gets worse each time we visit. Definitely the last. We came during lunch time, around 12:30ish. It took them over 30 minutes to get our drinks out. No clean utensils available. Our order was not delivered how we asked due to no onion rings available. The wings were cold and dry. Seriously, this place cannot get more ridiculous. Currently at the location and it took 30 minutes for our appetizers and 30 minutes for our drinks. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. NO ONE HAS A SENSE OF URGENCY AT THIS PLACE!!!!! Management needs to seriously SERIOUSLY look into this place. I dont know how they haven't with the reviews that they've gotten. Honestly wont be coming to this location at all anymore. Say what you want they dont need my money, but I warn all visitors to avoid this location. Terrible, unwelcomed, and definitely this location does not care about customer service

I feel very offended that they never acknowledge us having six waiters just talking, not even one came in and offered us a drink or what we what want it to eat after 20 minutes being seated

We don’t eat Buffalo Wild Wings but my sister used to work there & says it’s the best however, our experience was not the best. Here’s what happened: my pay to pickup order said it’d be ready @ 7:20 but I did not get my order until 8:07. We live less than 5 miles away which is not a far drive so we were upset that when we got home, every single item was ice cold and old. We were missing a large cheese curds as well. My sister says we should give you another try because my situation was a fluke. Is this because we didn’t dine in? Please help. Thank you.

How you can mess up chicken wings and sports is really unbelievable. The fall off of BWW needs to be studied. Just do yourself a favor and do not go. There are 7-10 places you can get wings, beer, and sports within 10min of this place - for the love of god just go to one of those other places.

Their service was terrible. First of all, I asked for water but they did not bring water untilbI asked it again even if they were not busy at all. Later, when I went out for smoking and came back, they removed my food. What a terrible service here. OMG...I will never come back again.

Do not waste your time coming here, really horrible service unless you sit at the bar, which I never do. When I walked in the door there was no one there to greet me. I stood at the front waiting to be seated for about 3-5 minutes and then I realized nobody was coming to seat us. I walked around to see if I can find someone and literally the only person I can find was the bartender, that’s sad. So I was forced to ask the bartender for some seats and some service, but that wasn’t happening because he was really busy attending everyone at the bar. Now the food was good, but it was truly, definitely not worth the time and the hassle to get seated and served. I will not be coming back here, no matter how bad I want wings. Also the desert heat just tastes like dirt, stay away from it. If you feel like wasting 2 to 3 hours of your life, then this is the right place for you.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. I ordered two drinks which totaled $20 and paid with a $100 bill. The bartender gave me only $60 in change. When I brought it up, it felt like they were trying to brush it off as a mistake—but to me, it seemed intentional. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and really undermines trust. Whether it was a deliberate attempt to pocket the extra $20 or just carelessness, it’s not something I expect from a national chain. I won’t be coming back, and I recommend others double-check their change if they do decide to visit

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It took almost 20 minutes to not only get seated (which is fine, understood, and very reasonable), but just to get our drink orders in was another 30 minutes. (Drinks were horrible. Ordered a Vodka Lemonade - Tasted like watered down vodka) When the server, Stephanie, did finally come to the table she was unbelievably rude. First impressions are everything. She also didn’t go in the order of how people were seated. People who came in after us were helped first/before us. When we finally got our food, the wings were okay. Barely coated in any sauce and the nachos were very soggy. The only nice person in this place was the host we encountered during the beginning of our visit, shoutout to Tom because you were great and your service/attitude was greatly appreciated. Whoever is running this place needs to do some MAJOR reconstructing within their staff and it’s very evident after reading the other reviews about this place. Never coming again. After talking to the manager, David, my party and I didn’t feel like anything was truly resolved, but that’s fine - to each their own. The owner of this place should honestly be very embarrassed. 3 hours spent from start to finish.

Went to this location at 1:15 , there was no wait to get a table. 3 of us all ordered wings, and it took over an hour and a half to get them. 1 of the members in our party ordered a red bull, our waitress Bridget took 15 minutes to bring it to the table. Mind you this wasn’t a busy day at all, my water was empty, I asked 2 times if I could please get a refill and nothing. She never came back with a water. Our wings finally showed up. I kid you not, they were cold down to the bone and the sauce on top was stiff from sitting wherever they were. When the wings were dropped off, I believe by the manager, she kind of just slide them on the table and almost dropped the whole tray on my lap, I had to catch it because she was being so careless. I’ve never wrote a review to any food establishment ever but I cannot explain how bad this service was. We then asked for blue cheese, and never got it. We all only ate maybe 2 or 3 wings and the fries because we were starving , asked for the check and asked if there was any type of compensation for such a bad experience and cold un appetizing wings. The manager told brigette that the best thing she could do was charge for a 6 peace wing which was only $2 less then the original price of the wings. The whole experience was a joke. I should have known when I watched 2 other tables walk out, but I’m not a complainer . I know it gets busy and most likely understaffed but it’s the way our waitress and the manager of this establishment acted. The manager couldn’t even be a manager and come address the situation themselves, they had the waitress do it. Just stay away from this location guys. Sorry for the rant , I am just in shock that I received this service today

Do not come here, long wait times for food! Pick up or dine in is very terrible. Expect to wait 30 minutes plus from estimated pick up time. This has always been the case for the past 5 years at least. I don’t expect anything to change.

Service was horrible. Asked for a refill 2x. Took 20 minutes to get food and the place was not busy. Cold greasy stale fries. Wait staff told us the fries just came out of the fries, but got us new fries which were much better. Hamburger was great.

Came in to eat . wasn’t busy at all , sat down right away , but waited 15 minutes to get a Drink ! I’m so sorry but that’s not ok . Valerie girl , it’s ok to ask for help . Food was fresh and delicious no complaints there . But that’s ac was pumping! It was so cold in there ! It ended up make our wings cold ! I truly feel like after the remodel they did years ago their service / maintenance have went down hill . The one in San Bernardino is so much better! Don’t bother coming here . They make u feel like an inconvenience for them . Take your hard earned money elsewhere.

This location closes at 2 am. Me and my friends showed up at 11:30pm on Wednesday. There was no host to acknowledge us or seat us so we waited around 5 mins, and just decided to go sit at the bar area. There was maybe 3-4 groups of people seated, but it was not busy at all, almost empty establishment. We wait around another 10 mins for someone to come take our drink order. There are waiters and staff that look at us, but never come to our table. In fact they seemed more interested in talking to the people who were already seated, not as in they are taking their orders or anything, just plain casual conversation. We left, I don't understand how this is even remotely okay. If the location closes at 12 I would've understood why, but to not even acknowledge us, the bare minimum is very disappointing.

Horrible experience. Waiter ANDRE was very inattentive and made us uncomfortable by making a comment regarding “ICE.” Took 20 minutes just for our table to be approached and take our order for drinks, DRINKS. After that he never came back to check on our table, give a status update on our food, our apologize for the wait. But he sure did go around to all the other tables to make sure they were good and gave them their drinks and food, even to tables who had arrived AFTER us. I let the manager know of this horrible experience and poor service and she was no better. She just “apologized” and offered our drinks to go as a solution. We went for FOOD not drinks. BAD ALL AROUND. DO NOY RECOMMEND.

I went to this restaurant to meet my brother. The establishment as soon as I walked in the door was dirty. I went to the bathroom and it was dirty and gross! I never ate there and left. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. This establishment needs structure and someone to clean it up. I can't even imagine how dirty it is behind the walls where they cook food for everyone. I rate this place a 0!

Has to be the worst service that I've experienced in a long while. Have to wait forever to talk to a server. Have to wait forever to get the food. Ordered a couple of bottles of rub and they gave me 2 tiny containers. I asked if these were what you got for $5. The server said they don't set the prices. I had to follow up and say so this a bottle? They then went back and actually got me my bottles. Will not be coming back here any time soon, likely ever.

Dude never again, we got here at 8pm and they said a 10-15 minute wait, which it was just about. We sit down and they come to ask what drinks we would like after 5 minutes no big deal. We order our soda and food right away. I ask before I order how the free appetizer works from the app and the waitress says she will take my phone number at the end and ask which appetizer I want, I asked for onion rings and she put it in. 30 minutes go by, no check in at our table, our drinks needed refills 15 minutes ago. After 45 minutes she comes by and says the food is taking a little bit longer because they are back up, I totally get it, it’s fine. She asks if she can refill our drinks and we do. After that no check in for about 30 more minutes until the food came, we got sat at the table about an hour and 15 minutes ago at that point. Our order was wrong but honestly it wasn’t that off just they gave me a burger with no tomato and tater tots when I ordered a burger with everything on it and fries. Whatever. I don’t care i’m hungry. The food is so cold which I expected it to be fresh since it took so long. Only ate a few bites and figured i’ll just take it home and heat it up whatever I kinda just wanted to leave already. Again no check in, and hard to get her attention for boxes. We get boxes and the check and the onion rings were full price so I asked if she could put my number in and she takes my phone number and says “oh it didn’t go through, I guess it’s a side” So i’m just looking at her with a smile on my face trying to hold it in and she goes “i hope that’s okay” but like with no real care in her voice. Whatever. I just paid and left. Just never again I guess I learned my lesson.

I have never came to this Buffalo Wild Wings and had a good experience. It always takes forever for them to take your order, the food always takes so long and never comes out warm it’s always cold. It doesn’t matter what’s day or time you come, you will always get bad service.

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We waited 30 minutes just to have our drinks ordered, and then another 10 minutes for the waiter to take our order. After that, we waited almost an hour to receive our food, only to find that it was wrong. We had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be remade, and when it finally came out, it looked disgusting. We had to send it back and leave because it was ridiculous. The wait time was ridiculous, and the customer service was horrible. The waitress with green hair who brought out the food had a terrible attitude. I would give this restaurant zero stars if possible.

Every time we eat here the service is absolutely terrible. There is never anyone at the hostess stand so we wait up to like 20 minutes just to be greeted. Then once we get seated we wait forever to get greeted and even then they say they will be right with you then leave and clean tables and have conversation with co workers not attending us at all. Once we finally get our order in it takes forever for our food to come out then it comes out cold and dried up. The servers don’t check on you or refill water or anything. By far the worst service. They need to do better.

We were there for the game 4 of the Dodgers/ Brewers. The food took 90 minutes and was at best and 2 out of 10. The nachos were criminal! Had to search for chips with cheese on them and about a teaspoon of sour cream. Ridiculous! The table next to us got thier food 30 minutes before us BUT they didn't get 2 of the 6 items ordered! This is Victoria Gardens! I wondered why it wasn't packed . Now I realize why. BWW do better! We will be finding a different place to watch the World Series! Matt the server was excellent! Too bad he has no kitchen support! And I have to add! The men's room was disgusting and that is an understatement!

I had a really bad experience my food took forever to come out, and when it finally did, it was cold and dry. The service was just as disappointing — our waiter completely ignored us, never checked on our table, and didn’t even ask if we wanted refills, he would attend other tables but would skip us. Waited 30 minutes to be attended at the open bar sitting. I asked a waiter passing by does she know who will attend us , she said I will in a bit and walked away. I was never attended. I understand it’s not the servers fault , the managers need to better at having a staffed up team especially during Dodgers Post season. Expect it to be busy .. do better.

It was a disaster, waited so long for food and it wasn’t even busy. Over 40 minutes. The food was so nasty. Omg we get the same thing every time and they gone and messed it up. Theres No way I had to ask someone to clean my table, and ask again to take my order, after been there for minutes.. Server (girl with red hair) were just walking around, she was looking at me but never coming close to my table. To avoid taking my order... very rude servers and you wait a lot for your food. Bad service. I won't spend my money here.

Absolute worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. I’ve been to a lot of Buffalo Wild Wings before and I’ve never been disappointed. This was the place I chose for my Father’s Day dinner with my wife and kids and our food came out cold, my wife is pregnant and order a non alcoholic beer and that came out warm the server asked “would you want ice with this?” What’s wild is that out of everything on my plate of wings the best part of it was the celery and carrots… I ordered 15 wings and ate 6, my wife ordered 6 wings and only ate 1. I also ordered a burger that I will be taking home and assuming at this point I will probably be disappointed. The thing my daughter enjoyed the most was the salt and pepper. ABSOLUTELY WORST $123.83 spent in our lives.

My Bf and I were excited to go here for the first time in years, never again. It is not the same as it once was. We were told to find a clean table which was difficult as you can see from the photos below. The entire time we were surrounded by trash and half eaten food not a single employee attempted to clean up. They weren’t short staffed either, plenty of workers just walking around. The Parmesan garlic wings were atrocious, and the fried pickles were doughy, barely fried. The carrots were just old crusty baby carrots and the celery had brown haze around it. The only decent wing was the original hot and even then it was dry af. Unfortunately we spent $80 for terrible service and worse food. And no, I do not want to go to a separate website and leave a review for you to go over with your team, this place is out of pocket and no amount of reviews will help you. Fire everybody and renovate. Absolutely the worst.
