The workers are friendly and kind. I didn't have to wait long for my order and I enjoyed the quality of the food. They also accept multiple coupons which is nice.

The food was great the service was superb. The atmosphere was chill. The lady manager seems to really know what she's doing I saw her all over the place helping out her staff great job and a very knowledgeable manager will definitely be back

You guys have some great customer service. The staff here on the night of my visit really made me feel comfortable ordering. There is fast food establishments outhere where you just feel like your not given enough time to order. A positive tone of voice goes a long way.

Quality is consistent, service could use more enthusiasm workers seem unhappy to work there for the price hike I would think they are better compensated I don't expect chick fil a or in n out level of enthusiasm but something about being next to a gas station with shady characters hanging around really doesn't help with more people wanting to eat inside but overall I give the restaurant a 3.8. For a late night option it's one of the better choices around.I can say at least they don't get your order wrong unlike McDonald's and jack in the box. Sorry not sorry. 👌

Located in a forgotten corner of the shopping plaza, near The Home Depot. Plenty of parking and inside seating available. Service and food were OK. Restrooms could be cleaner. Love their guacamole bacon burger 🤤

I had a really bad experience at this Carl’s Jr. The staff gave attitude from the moment we ordered, didn’t bother to listen to what we were asking for, and still got the order wrong. The food itself was horrible—cold, poorly made, and clearly rushed. What made it worse was the unprofessional behavior afterward. While we were still there, employees were talking about me in Spanish not knowing I speak Spanish, which is extremely disrespectful and inappropriate in any workplace. No customer should feel mocked or talked about because staff are frustrated or don’t want to do their job. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and this location failed badly on both. I won’t be coming back, and management seriously needs to address staff attitude and professionalism. My order was placed at 9:50am on 1/12/2026

I placed a mobile order at this location at 1 AM. Now, even though they say they’re open 24 hours, when I arrived to pick up my order the drive-through was blocked and closed and there was no way for me to receive my order which I already paid for through the app! When I came the next morning to try to receive my order, I was told that contrary to my claims that their drive-through was open (it was not! ) and there was no way to prove I didn’t receive my order! I asked to speak to a manager the manager refused to talk to me, but instead she decided to hide behind her employees (And unless she was hiding from the truth I don’t know what she was hiding from or why!) In my opinion they are not only liars, but they have proved themselves to be extremely petty! They could’ve easily have resolved this, but instead they chose to display how poor they are in regards to customer service!

When it happened once a few months ago, I thought I might be imagining it, but it just happened again, a random charge for 10$ flat. No order is exactly 10$. These people are stealing your information and charging your cards for money. Do not eat here.

There’s a little boy that works there and has a big writing tattooed on his neck, HE IS RUDE!!! All he did was flirt with the girl that works in there, doesn’t pay attention, has a smart mouth. When taking my order over the speaker all he was doing was laughing and talking low, I couldn’t understand what he was saying. And then when paying, I was watching him swipe my card like 3 times and he just stood there talking with the young girl that works in there, and he was playing around tapping on the counter making tapping beats, just fooling around, and then when I asked him for my card back (since now it’s been like 5 minutes).. he said “well the receipt just printed out it’s not like I was gonna steal it” and then handed me back my card and slammed the window. But now I am now reading all the other reviews and I’m going to cancel that card bc looks like something shady is going on there with the card swiping. DONT EAT AT THIS CARLS JR!!

There has been a sign posted. No fountain drink available, unless you get it by busy cashier taking care of drive thru or the walking line. So you wait in line again. If you are on your lunch break, you're better off asking for water. And no refills.
