There’s just something about Red Robin that screams nostalgia. I mean, onion rings stacked into a tower? Iconic. Fries that are actually seasoned? Groundbreaking. And don’t even get me started on the sweet potato fries—mouthwatering doesn’t even cover it. Honestly, this is the place you hit up when the craving for crispy fries and a burger takes over. Oh, and the campfire sauce (or whatever it's called)? It’s basically liquid gold. Pictured is the very delicious scorpion burger. Don't worry, it's not THAT spicy. You can handle the heat.

Came into Red Robin for the first time just expecting to grab a burger eat and leave. Well I did that, but it was made to be a pleasant experience. Wait didn't take long, I sat down ordered what I wanted right away and my server was quick to respond. I got my drink and food relatively quick and it was very enjoyable. When I was running low on my drink and was going to request a refill, my server came out with another without me asking. They were on top of things. I came with low expectations since all I wanted was a bite, but I was surprised. I think I'll be stopping at place more often in the future if this is the amazing experience I get just to grab a quick bite.

My boyfriend and I have made Red Robin our go-to date spot, and every single visit has been nothing short of amazing. It’s become a place we genuinely look forward to—where we not only enjoy the food but also consistently receive incredible service that keeps us coming back. The atmosphere is always welcoming, the staff is attentive, and there’s a genuine warmth in the way we’re treated every time we walk through the doors. But during our most recent visit, something truly special happened. The manager, Sal, went above and beyond to give us the most memorable dining experience we’ve ever had, not just at Red Robin, but at any restaurant we’ve ever been to. From the moment we were seated, Sal made us feel like VIPs. He was not only incredibly kind and professional, but he made sure every detail of our experience was perfect. It felt like he genuinely cared about making our night special, and he succeeded in every possible way. If I could give this place more than five stars, I absolutely would. The level of care, service, and hospitality we received was unforgettable, and it made our night feel extra meaningful. On top of that, the food (as always) was phenomenal. Red Robin continues to exceed our expectations every single time, but this last visit truly raised the bar. Thank you, Sal, and the entire team, for making our night so wonderful. We’ll absolutely be back again and again!

First Timer Alert! ⚠️ Happy Easter, friends! My son and I decided to switch things up and try Red Robin for the first time—and wow, what a treat! We went with the Mad Love Burger and gave the bottomless broccoli Parmesan a shot. Total flavor bomb! A huge shoutout to Garrett and Ingrid (Manager) for their warm welcome and awesome recommendations. The service, food, and overall vibe? Simply outstanding. I recently celebrated my son's birthday at Red Robin, and while I regretfully forgot our server's name, their impact on my son's special day was remarkable. Their exceptional service truly made our experience memorable. The delicious food added to the joy, with the delightful bottomless sides that Red Robin is known for. My son, feeling a bit shy, declined the birthday cake and singing. However, the server's thoughtful gesture of gifting him a caricature turned the day around. My son adored the caricature, and it brought an unexpected and heartwarming touch to his celebration. Overall, the combination of incredible food and the outstanding service made this birthday celebration at Red Robin an unforgettable experience for both my son and me. 맛있는 버거, 끝없는 사이드 메뉴! 사랑할 수 밖에 없는 이 곳!

It seems like their burger has gotten smaller from what I recalled and it wasn't a sesame seed bun. I got fries with mine, but they weren't very hot. I was a little disappointed for the price. I was excited about going because I hadn't been in a while, but their competitor has a better burger and better deal....unfortunately.

Service was Awsome! Cheezy jokes, refills kept coming. Made fresh coffee and was extremely pleasant to every table! The restaurant had a fun atmosphere, loved the 8track art😍 but felt dirty/ like open a window🙃

This is my red robins is really nice and clean always. The employees make it feel like if its home. The food is really good nothing bad to say. So overall a good experience.

Came here after a day of shopping at Ontario Mills. Met up with my cousin and his family. There was plenty of parking that is shared with other restaurants. When we arrived the place was bustling and we had to wait about 10 to 20 minutes for a table. The family always enjoys coming to a Red Robin's and this one was pretty good. The server brought three platter of fries with dip for the table to share. It was great to munch on something while waiting for our mains. I ordered the Gourmet Cheesburger with coleslaw and my wife had the Sauteed 'Shroom with yam fries and we shared. My son had his usual mac n cheese and my daughter had a smaller size burger with caesar salad. The food was really good and the family enjoyed multiple orders of sides (unlimited sides included). Service was a bit slow and we had to flag our server a few times to get things. Atmosphere is quite loud with lots of families but we were still able to have a conversation. We love Red Robins and will be back whether it's location or others.

I was so happy to have received a gift card from my cousin for my birthday. I would normally not walk into a chain restaurant but I was excited to give them a try since it’s been a min. Our server Kayla was awesome and gave us rad service! We were 7 mins out before happy hour closed and got to putting in our beer orders right away. Ordered the Crispy Chicken Sando- sweet potato fries and a Haystack Tavern burger – Steak fries. I like the fact that they bring you a small batch of fries to snack on while waiting for your order but my pet peeve is room temp fries. My sweet potato fries were lukewarm and limp but my partners steak fries were hot and crispy. I’m glad I was able to share them with her. The team members were also soo great in terms of bringing extra fries and they were especially hot. They do get super busy, and with the great service I can see why a lot of people enjoy coming here.

A well placed Red Robin with its great menu and well made burgers and wraps and the bottomless sides. The service in this location was lacking though the food was well prepared and beautifully presented.

Red Robin is a decent place. Food is consistent. Good family atmosphere. A place you can go to after work or an event and get some food to fill you up. They have the sports channels going and the food and drinks flowing. They have some good garlic fries. They have a variety of burgers. Interesting burgers. I see why they have unlimited fries, they fill you up quick.

I don't understand why this place has 4.5 stars, it defies logic. Even though they have the word "Gourmet" in their name I wasn't expecting much. Though for the price I expected a little bit more, it cost $15.79 for my Mad Love burger. It was a very meh burger for the price. I ordered it medium with pink per the server, but was way too thin to be able to realistically make it that way. Also the burger meat tasted bland like they don't season the patty. The top things off I got charged an additional $2.99 because my children played with the tablets on the table for 5 minutes. I was not aware of this fee, because if I was I definitely would not have let them use it. They need clearer signage that there is a fee to touch the tablets. The only saving grace of my meal today was the server who was very sweet and helpful and of course the french fries. Before tonight I hadn't been to Red. Robin and probably 10 to 15 years, it will probably be that long before I come back. Honestly, I only came today because my kids school had a fundraiser.

My food was terrible. I've eaten the same burger for years. Although, it's been about 2 years since I've indulged. The quality has diminished substantially. My burger was brought to me with a cold bun...refrigerator cold and hard. I sent it back for a warm bun. However, even with that...the food was tasteless, and down right nasty. I was so disgusted. I won't even start on the fries. The service was ok, but twice appetizers were served without plates for a party of four. Why, do I have to ask for plates? In all of my 30 plus years of enjoying eating at this restaurant, I have never ever experienced anything like this. I will never return...never. I'm not one to write reviews, but what I experienced today was tragic. I want everyone to know that these burgers are reduced to anything that you can by in a drive thru. The quality is gone!

Honestly going in I had high hopes but the food was alright. Barely gave us fries on our meals and we had ordered 3 meals and there were barely any fries that came with the meal. The service was confusing. We had 6 different waiters come to our table and it just felt unnecessary. 1-2 waiters is good enough. I had also asked for sauce and never got it and when I asked again, (it was a different waiter). The waiter seemed snarky. Honestly most of the employees did a little. I’m not sure if it was because it was a Friday night but I mean the food wasn’t as bad as the service though but now I know to just go to Denny’s next time. Where their meals are actually full and give you a lot of fries

My family and I frequent Red Robin but it's time for a change. I'm late writing this review but a couple of weeks ago I came here and ordered as I normally do. Two kids veggie burgers, wife does her thing, I normally go with the shroom with a veggie patty. I didn't order a bun, but lettuce wrapped instead. The food came out and I asked as a precaution, is it veggie? He said yea along with the kids impossible patties. Now excuse me for being ignorant to how Beef taste anymore, but even after the first bite, something was off. I'm 16 years pescatarian so after the second bite I just cut it in half and asked again is this veggie. It was not. Now without making a huge fuss, i got it remade and ate, and tipped. But what happened to good ol customer service? I'll take that off the bill for you, or here's a dessert on us. Nothing, and today at the Redlands location, I bit into something that chipped my molar. See my review for that location. The fam is going to have to get used to Eureka Burger.
