basing this review only on my first experience at this location... I ordered pretzel bites and usually take them home and eat them when i get a craving so that’s what i did. without seeing them till i got home i warmed them up later on at night and saw every single one was burnt at the bottom and some on top too. Like charred black. Other locations over cook a little sometimes but this one was the worst. It’s annoying to me cuz these are so expensive for a bread item and for me it’s a special treat i don’t get often. And for it to be burnt well i just don’t wanna go to this location anymore. You would think quality is important especially in food items and if something is burnt why even sell it?? Also when i got there most of the employees were in like a huddle in the corner talking and just staring in my direction not smiling or greeting us....kinda rude but i still smiled at them. The cashier guy that helped me was polite enough though. Victoria Gardens is known to give “a better quality” shopping experience which it usually is but not when it comes to wetzels pretzels...

No one greets people when you come in. Food left on counter unattended for flies to enjoy. Cooked and uncooked food was also left unattended for extensive periods of time. I can tell no auditors or senior leaders paid attention to the store today.

Food was burnt. Service was horrible, had given us the wrong order multiple times. She said "what are wrong with these people" when they were the one who messed up. She also asked "is there anything your forgetting?" When they were the people who forgot/given us the wrong items. The the employee's incoherent And Disrespectful service made us have difficulty time at that location when I just wanted to get a bite to eat.

I love their pretzels but both Victoria gardens Shops were close at barely 815 when it shows 9pm. I'm hoping it was only because they didn't have the coverage not that the workers were just closing early.

Employees do not follow the schedule posted. I went in at 8:10pm and it clearly states they close at 9pm. Girl behind the counter had a stank face and said we’re closed and I told her oh really? Online it says 9pm and it’s not even that time yet. The employee then goes to just give me more attitude and say no we’re closed. The front floor was also filthy.

All I wanted today was a warm soft pretzel so wretzel pretzel was the place! ;) .I ordered 3 different kinds of pretzels for myself and family the one I ordered was a plain one with spicy cheese anyhow it was hard as a rock and burnt so I asked for a new one that was also hard and burnt so I told the girl working she said that's how they are and was very rude another gal asked if I would like to wait 6min for a new one I said that would be very nice and thank you as I was waiting the girl Emily who was rude in the first place was laughing giving dirty looks just being rude that when I asked for her name I wanted to just get my money back and go somewhere else honorable experience it put me in a whole other mood I'm a business owner and would never treat a client like that or anyone for that matter. There are two Emily's there a tall and short it's the short one very very Rude
