I want to share how impressed we are with the new manager at this location. His leadership has completely turned things around. The service is now efficient, effective, and top notch , a huge improvement from our experience earlier this year. Back in March, the way the restaurant was being run had us avoiding this location entirely. In fact, we even went to the nearby McDonald’s instead, despite preferring Whataburger, simply because the customer service here was so poor. Thanks to the new manager’s leadership, we will gladly return to this location and look forward to continuing to dine here. They deserve recognition for doing such an outstanding job. (I’m assuming there is a new manager due to how much this location has turned around.) The manager on duty at 9:00am Sunday, Sept. 14th is an asset to your company) In addition, the man cleaning the outside of the establishment deserves recognition as well. We saw him back in March as well as today and both times he was so very kind, friendly, and working hard. He always greets customers and opens doors for them. He is an absolute gem!

We are here on September 9,2025. We arrived during lunch time and the restaurant was very busy. We found the restaurant clean inside and out including the restrooms. Easy to order and food was served fresh shortly afterwards. Only draw back was the burgers were a tad dry. Burgers needed a little mayo or sauce. All employees were very nice and working hard.

Stopped here as we were traveling for the holidays and the service was awesome!! We were able to get breakfast and lunch items and the fries were freshly out with just the right amount of saltiness. Linda, the lady who waits on the tables for refills and such was such a joy to be around!!

You can never go wrong with Whattaburger. I've been enjoying the new Ranchero BOB. Stopped here on our way to Houston and it was an excellent choice.

7•18•25 came in for an early breakfast and tried the breakfast bowl was very good I asked for fresh eggs and got just what I ordered thank you staff and whataburger it was delish. I will order this again next time I'm near your town.

Food is always great, service has changed in all whataburgers , I try not to use drive thru at any whataburger, usually have a long line of cars and they move very very slowly.

This was my first Whataburger I have ever been to. We stopped here on our way from South Padre Island to Gorman Falls. I had no idea how busy Whataburger was. There were so many people in there. I ordered a #4 Jalapeño Cheese Burger and it only had 2 Jalapeño slices. The cashier was not customer friendly. They can do a lot better.

I've been to a number of Whataburger locations and while this one wasn't bad I was slightly disappointed. The burger was too greasy in my opinion, I even ended up with a pool on the paper that dripped out as I ate it. I usually enjoy onion rings but while these were crispy they were a bit too oily. The service was also a little slower than I'm used to. Otherwise it was good and delivered about what you would expect at a fast food place.

I've seen turtles move faster. Been in line for over half an hour. Bunch of kids running this place and work ethics are horrible

I placed an online order and parked at the curbside. We never got our food. We had to go in to pick it up. It ended up being that they placed it on the drive thru orders, so it was ready but sat there for over 30 mins. We live about 15-20 mins from the location so we didn't end up eating our food for well over an hour of it sitting around. It's one thing if it happens once but this is not the first time something was not correct. We ended up having to go back in because they had forgotten some of our items.

I don't know when whataburger decided to precook all of it it's hamburger but this is my last time to eat a cool dry hamburger on a cold bun. Bill

Waste of time! Ordered a #10, waited 40 minutes, asked about my order and was told they didn’t have any fresh chicken and was offered to wait. Asked for a refund and left, everyone around me seemed to be undergoing the same issue. Stay away find another place that welcomes your business.
