Ordered 5 pot pies, which required a 15 to 20 minute wait, however the customer service was excellent so I didn't mind the wait.

Stop by after a long long day of work an hour and a half before the closing time 3 out of the four items I wanted they didn't have honestly I just think they didn't want to prepare him that close to closing time I will however give credit they compensated with some extra tenders. But aside from not having the items I wanted overall service was good

I just tried the spicy wings and wedges meal. The wings were just like they use to br before they stopped serving them. Spicy and crispy. But the wedges they served me were old and greasy. They should have been put in the trash. And they were nothing like the picture. They were flat with nothing to them.

It was hot inside. I love the chicken here it's so good. But there was only two women holding it down. If you want KFC its faster to go through the drive thru and take it home.

Slow then had the nerve to not want to give you your drink cup til your leaving. Also with the parking lot been so small and made awkward why do the employees park on the side taking up the closer spots rather then way out back. Picture is where I parked, saw an employee walk to car and restaurant was lobby was empty so all cars belong to workers

Went through the drive thru today and ordered a bucket meal. Was told to drive around to the other side and wait for our order. We sat there for 5-10 minutes. The girl that brought it to us was not very friendly. After making us wait they still gave us old chicken. To expensive to get old chicken. Very disappointed.☹️

I decided to go to KFC today the customer service was horrible. I went a couple weeks ago and the food was so fresh and hot. I told family about it and they decided to start back going. I ordered the hot wing meal and they say they were cooking it fresh and hot and there was not hot nor fresh. Total different staff. I guest I’ll stop going to that one again.

I pre-ordered, it said it would be ready at 7:21 pm. I arrived at 7:31 pm and waited over 30 minutes because they hadn't prepared my order. When I asked for it again, the lady who served me forgot to order my order, and I had to wait even longer. There was absolutely no one in the room. Why are they taking so long? You're supposed to pick it up when you order, but apparently those employees still don't understand that. This happened today, August 31, 2025

Ordered online. They gave me a pick up time. Pulled to the drive thru window and was told to pull out front and they would deliver it to my car. After 25 minutes I went inside to inquire about the wait time and was told it would be another 5 minutes wait for the filets for my sandwiches. They’re so slow. It’s pathetic. The kicker was an employee walking to his table to eat a meal Chicken Express. You can’t make this ish up!

They had the dining room closed. They said they had a flood and all actuality They didn’t wanna have to keep cleaning it or deal with people on the inside of the restaurant. The floor was dry as a bone food sucked and so did the service. Cared more about standing outside and smoking a cigarette, then doing her job

Beware of the "hair". Usually its hit or miss with this location. Sometimes I get my order exactly as requested, other times I receive the wrong sides or the chicken is tastes old. Now it seems I'll need to check my order for hair...that is, IF I go back to this location

The manager is extremely rude and they need to update what time they open on google. Because while on the door, it says 10:30 Google says 10. So while trying to pick up my DoorDash order that was supposed to be ready at 10:21 I could not. And when I tried to call to ask what time my order was going to be ready, the manager hung up in my face. Do better or hire new management.

I came to this location on Sunday, December 28, 2025 around 2:30 PM. I came through the drive-through and Danielle took my order. My card declined a few times and I called Chase Bank to make sure there was nothing wrong with my card. The Chase representative assured me that there was nothing wrong with my card. I asked Danielle to just cancel the drive-through order and see if she could ring it on one of the front cash registers. She told me that she could not cancel the order and they’re not allowed to do that or ring it on the front register because there will be two orders. . I didn’t understand that because if you cancel one that gets rid of that one. I told her that I was coming on the inside so that she could try to ring it up at the front because this should be a simple fix and sometimes certain cards don’t go through on certain cash registers, but she was acting as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I came on the inside and the card went right through. She should have done that in the first place because that was an inconvenience to me to have to drive back around park my car and come inside. This issue needs to be addressed by upper management and if she is a manager, then that’s ridiculous because as a manager, you’re supposed to go above and beyond with Customer Service. I will not be visiting this location anymore because of the terrible experience and if I could give “0” stars I would.

At around 7:15 pm on 1/13/2026 I ordered the $15 meal for 2 which is 3 breasts and 2 wings. When I got home with my order I found 1 chicken breast, 2 thighs, 1 leg and 1 wing. We do not eat dark meat so this was very upsetting to only receive 2 pieces of chicken that we could eat. We didn’t receive the 2 biscuits which are included. I also paid $1 for 5 honey mustard sauces which I did not receive. This was a waste of money and upsetting because not only did we not have a meal for dinner but when I tried to call KFC to let them know about the order being wrong and to see about getting the situation corrected no one would answer.

I literally give KFC a chance once a year because it has lost the quality I grew up experiencing. We had it over the weekend and we were missing a chicken tender, one was much blacker than the other, the macaroni was out of this world disgusting it immediately got thrown in the trash. The whole meal was so terrible I had to call customer service.

Horrible customer service. I got here at 9:35 & waited about 10 minutes & I pulled up to the window & the lady was already cleaning up & had her cooking machines turned off. It wasn’t even time to close when clearly they have their hours on the speaker at 10:30. & the lady is VERYYY slow. This is the second time I come here and she takes her sweet time. The se one time she messed up my whole order & was missing food as well.

I had just got off of work.DecidedIt was a saturday afternoon at two o'clock figured I would get a fresh kfc.Sandwich, it is disgusting. Like it has been sitting for days a hocky puck It is hard the fries are disgusting.They are hard.I tried calling back and the phone just rang and rang and rang and nobody answered and the lady at the drive through was very rude.I'm just disgusted, will not go there ever again yuck...

Literally just left there as I’m typing this every single time I come there and the lady manager with the gold teeth is there my order is wrong no matter how many times I say it somehow on gods green earth the order is still wrong I’m usually not even the type to do this but Jesus it’s no way this keeps happening and it’s always the same person at that unbelievable 🤦🏾‍♂️

Was told at 9 that there is only limited food available and a long hold to consult with staff if food was being cooked I assume due to an hr before closing. This place sucks after 5. I wrk late shift so I was getting food late but my god !!! n I rather deal with ppl who actually wrk n have purpose for a job. I don’t recommend. This location to anyone nearby

Ordered spicy chicken sandwich and 12 pc nuggets & got a 2 mini tender sandwich drown in buffalo sauce & a 11.5 cut up 2 pc tender in place of the real nuggets. So I would not go here the employees don't want to spend more time to cook what you pay for it was dead I was the only customer!!!

Tried to give this location a try again and the service failed once again. Had an online order and arrived 20 minutes after the time i was told to pick and still had to wait another 30 minutes. The employees move with no sense of urgency at all. The whole point of ordering online is so the food will be ready when i arrive.
