My most favorite coffee in the entire world, whenever I’m out of town, I get homesick missing their coffee. Nothing compares to their service. I’ve been a regular for 4 years and they remember my name and my base order. The owner and her daughters, and everyone associated with them are the kindest people and have made my day hundreds of times over. I’m over the moon about black rose. A die hard fan if you will.
I live in Redding but sometimes substitute at Foothill. I pop over during my planning period for a quick pick-me-up. Great coffee. And it's locally owned, so I want to support that anyway.
Black Rose has thee best coffee drinks hands down! So, thankful they are on my driving route to work. However, I will go out of my way to get their coffee rather than drinking the other 2 big brand coffee chains here in the Redding area. ❤️
Our absolute favorite coffee in town! We buy their beans to use in our espresso maker at home, but it's always a treat to swing by and grab a quick coffee from them. The girls are AMAZING who work there. Efficient, hard workers who also spend a minute to ask how you are doing.

I Love to support local small businesses, and especially when the menu is as great as theirs, the coffee and drinks are undeniably the best in Shasta county
There are so many different options of drinks and they are all delicious. These girls work very hard and serve the best drinks in town. I keep coming back because Ashley is amazing.
Overall, the coffee was so good that I forgot to take a picture of it. I’m not a hugeeee peanut butter fan, but jeez, the ecstasy drink was amazing. Other coffee places generally have too harsh of a coffee flavor in their blended drinks, or the flavor is far far farrr too sweet to really enjoy. The worst is when they “blend” the drink up, when in reality all of the flavor and sugar is sitting at the bottom of the drink in a lump of caramel. I mean it when I say this drink I got was a 10/10 on every aspect. The coffee flavor is strong at first, and then you taste the peanut butter and sweetness with no bitter coffee after-taste. This drink was so delicious it had me scraping the peanut butter off the sides with my straw and slurping up every last bit of that taste. I will no longer be going to Starbucks, Kaleidoscope, or Dutch Bros. Seriously, never again as long as I have access to this coffee place. Whatever you guys do to make that coffee, keep doing it cause me and my boyfriend love it. My one complaint is that the lady I asked which drink was most popular kept only saying caramel, and the other kinda seemed irritated to explain anything else other than what was written on the menu itself. I was left searching that menu pretty confused. Basically, I’m glad I didn’t pick caramel, go for ecstasy.
I love this Coffee! And the girls who work at Black Rose Coffee are all amazing and joyful. Thank you all for making my mornings most days.

Love this place! The coffee is great - never burnt or overly sweet which makes them 100x better than other options in town. The employees are wonderful, and it’s locally owned by a really sweet family. I drive across town to come to black rose whenever I’m in the mood for an excellent drink
Went 2x this week visiting from Alabama love this coffee drive thru. Went out of way to come back and buy coffee beans to try to have you in my coffee cup.
Get the blended Ecstasy. It's white chocolate peanut butter heaven and they can even make it sugar free. They have a large selection of sugar free flavors, the service is fast and friendly without being obnoxious. When you get a standard hot mocha the espresso is strong ❤️
Black Rose Coffee is a locally owned business that is a treasure to our community. They are so friendly and good at what they do! The coffee is amazing and organic. They are always supporting members of this community and can always be counted on to actually personally care about the people they serve. And they have a punch card!
Great place, average price to DutchBros. Great seasonal drinks! If you like the shark attack at DutchBros then you'll love the Nightmare before Christmas here!
The owner and staff are amazing here! The coffee is excellent quality and they have so many food options from protein boxes to bagels and even keto treats! It’s a family owned business that uses quality, organic coffee. Doesn’t get much better than that. 5/5 would recommend
I have always had a great experience ordering from here. It's locally owned and has delicious coffee! One time I even forgot my credit card 🙈 and they let pay them back later. Great quality and great customer service.

The Black Rose serves some of the best organic coffee and tea drinks in the state. As if that wasn't enough...i just saw in the local news they are offering local fire victims at least part of their menu FREE. This is a little family owned and run company. Easy to get to. Off Hwy 44. North on Airport Blvd.

This coffee shop is the best in Redding & Actually all of North State. Staff members who were shifted St. Patrick’s day around 11:30 made the best coffee we’ve ever had !! & we frequent a lot so we want to give a special shout out 🤩(Blended Heath coffee) GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THEM ! And make sure to tip the staff. Quick service, friendly people, quality coffee & local company. 10 Stars if we could 🌟

I wasn't a coffee drinker until I was 52!! I tried the blended pistachio white... Hooked! Now I drink it hot and other seasonal coffees too. Amazing locally owned coffee shop. Highly recommend!
Seriously, the best coffee around! Baristas are always friendly. They are always super busy, but do such a wonderful job getting the line moving while remaining friendly and kind.

Absolutely best coffee in town hands down! This place is incredible and the service is wonderful! I keep telling them they need another location, because they always have a line. They do manage to get through the line pretty fast. They always have themed coffee months and they use these a great themed poster with amazing graphics to showcase their specials for that month. If you haven't tried Black Rose, you are definitely missing out! Psssst: their Chai Tea Latte tastes like Christmas in a cup.

The best local coffee company ever. I have been going here for years now and their customer service has always been incredible. We will wait in some crazy lines sometimes because it’s so worth it . Today was incredible so I had to finally leave a review, I have a toddler who is a very selective eater so I have to “sneak” protein in where I can, they were able to accommodate a caffeine free shake with protein to a bigger size to make sure she got all of the protein. I’m so so appreciative of this as it is so hard to make sure this happens and she finished the whole drink .
I ordered the caramel macchiato iced and it was so good. Great price. Friendly & fast service...even with having long lines in both the walk-up window and drive thru window. I'll be coming back for sure!!
I've never been a coffee person, but I went in with my friend for his. I tried the hot matcha, I was hooked. Now almost daily. Hot in winter then I get it on ice in summer. Great people, hard workers. Wish there was one closer to me in Anderson.
Black Rose is 5⭐️. The coffee and drinks are really good. I love the white peanut butter blended drink. They have different monthly drink specials that are themed. The staff are beyond friendly. The wait is worth it if there is a line.
I LOVE the drinks here. Always consistent no matter who makes the drink. The girls always give great selections when im not sure what I want. Always patient. If the lines get long the girls come out to the vehicles to take orders to keep the line moving. Just over all LOVE this place.

There drive thru is a bit on the slow side in my opinion. However, it is what it is when you want better coffee. The prices are also great!

It’s so hard to find a good coffee shop and one that is locally owned. I will always make a special trip out of my way to go to these shops.

Was really happy with this coffee place! I did not see a list of available flavors to add to lattes which I wish there was one, however the girl who took our order was so sweet and recommended a flavor mix of salted caramel and marshmallow. So I got those flavors in an iced latte and it was so good! I think next time I would get a 1-2 pumps less syrup so you could taste the espresso better but over all very good. Also the line went quick!
They don't have iced coffee, only cold brew but their Americanos are pretty good but too weak. They taste like they use too light of a roast for their espresso. Other than that I like this place, they have good pastries and stuff too.

Good quality bean, proper brew temperature (I can always taste scorched bean, and the difference between roast-scorch and brew-scorch), not ridiculously strong (so I got all the flavor without the acid bitterness of most places). I'll definitely stop there any time I have to slog out to extreme NE Redding. Wish they had one in Red Bluff. In the right spot, y'all could force one of our Starbuck's to close, which would be a tremendous public service. Had to change my review. Saturday (5/20/22) we pulled up to the window at 4:57pm and were told we couldn't place an order because they closed at 5pm. Even after we told the girl that we had driven up from Red Bluff AND only wanted plain hot coffee (as opposed to a blended drink that takes a little time to make), she got all smug and smiley while chanting (yes, "chanting" in a sarcastic little sing-song voice!) "maybe you should call in your order next time!". As tasty as the coffee is, I obviously can't reward this unprofessional behavior by ever going back.

Got a pumpkin latte and it tasted burnt and acidic also didn’t have any flavor.
My mom and I have been coming to this little beverage shop for years and my partner and I decided to get their breakfast burritos, big mistake. Upon biting into my burrito I had choked on a peice of flipping plastic in my burrito. I'm really disappointed that something like this would happen from this place.
