Excellent Service and Delicious Food ! I recently visited the East Cypress Burger King and was pleasantly surprised, from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile from the staff. The service was top-notch, and they went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was exceptional. The food was  delicious, and plenty of parking spaces available. It was such a relief to have convenient parking right in front of the restaurant. This made my visit stress-free, as I didn't have to worry about my car. Additionally, the interior of the restaurant had plenty of room and was super clean. The calm and inviting atmosphere created the perfect ambiance for enjoying a meal. While the drive-thru placement could use some improvement, as it is a bit inconvenient to wait for traffic to safely merge, this minor inconvenience didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. In fact, it gave me the opportunity to interact with the sweet lady at the drive-thru window, who was incredibly kind and made sure my order was accurate and delivered with a smile. Overall, I highly recommend East Cypress Burger King for its exceptional service, well-prepared and delicious food, ample parking space, and inviting atmosphere. It's the perfect place to satisfy your cravings!

Went there yesterday and got my usual whopper junior, no lettuce and onion with cheese. Sometimes I add bacon, sometimes I don't. I like to shake things up a bit, what can I say. I was let down when I got to my food after a 4 minute drive back to work. The cheese was BARELY melted, and it was all around just cold. I couldn't even finish it. Well I went through the drive thru today and was served by somebody whose name I didn't catch. He had red (orange?) hair and facial hair to match. I don't like complaining and making anybody's day any more difficult than it might be. He apologized and told me "we will do better this time, and I apologize about yesterday". I was granted a piping hot Whopper Jr, because of yesterday I avoided cheese, but if this one had cheese on it I can assure you it would be melted. Thank you guys for the great burger. I'll be back.

Best. Fries. Anywhere. These fries are even superior to the Redding BK. Burgers are fine, I really go for fries and shakes. Also the app has good deals and free stuff.

There are three locations in Redding one in a gas station one across from McDonald's in Redding and one on the old side of Redding . use Google to find the streets. No matter which location to go to you generally got a decent weight but the Foods fresh . so it's definitely worth it . I've never noticed any hygiene problems and the restaurants are clean. so this is a big plus to go here versus some of the other fast food places.

The foundation soda machine is great so many different flavors you can have with your regular favorite soda! (Strawberry, orange, cherry, raspberry) Kids love the play area!

With Burger King's new mail coupons the best deal in town$5 feeds two people. COUPONS. COUPONS. One of the only fast food places in town with an inside jungle gym.

The help was great the young man who assisted us with lout order was so polite and helpful. It was clean. Hambergers I would have liked a little more warmer.

Clean restaurant and good food. Nice to have a play area for the kids if needed. Cool local art on the walls is fun to enjoy while you eat. The parking lot is a little difficult to get into depending on the direction you are coming from so plan accordingly.

Pretty quick on the service, food could be warmer, but still tasted good. Friendly service as well, but going thru the drive thru could be better because it only allows you to turn right because of the location.

There is a sweet girl that works in the drive thru. She greets my duck by name Everytime she sees him. The offers, rewards and codes on the wi-fi does give me a problem here. A few times I have paid full price for the amazing impossible burger that states animal free. Which just for this cruelty-free burger I commend BK for creating. Many times while eating this burger I have to reassure myself it is not a poor cow. Please, save a cow and try the burger. If you create your login on BK.com you get the whole meal for $7.00. At times it's less than that or buy one get one free. I also request no straws or lids to try to be more proactive with caring for the world! Oh, and if you do pay full price, save your receipt and add the receipt number online at BK.com. It adds up quickly for free meals, snacks, sweets, sodas/coffee.

I've been here about a dozen times so far, always using the drive through. The food quality is what you can expect at Burger King. As far as I can recall, they never messed up my orders, which is quite rare at fast food places. So, extra points for that. They are not cheap when it comes to the sauces and they ask you what you need. This place is always slow, so if you are in a hurry, you better skip it. Not sure if they are short of staff or other issues, but if points to need improvement of management. As an extra, it seems they have a good heart for the homeless and needy. They knew a homeless guy walking by by his name and they were organizing to buy a t-shirt and a new belt for him. I loved that.

They always have tons of deals going on hand the service is really fast. I've never had an issue with this restaurant.

Burger King while never my choice, ever, and that includes all fast food was on ok because the person working the window had a pleasant voice & dmiled. The drive thru was slow as usual and the food is meh and bleh Google asked for it, so there it is.

Food is OK, lines move slowly, car line very slow. Asked for extra catchup, got none. Shaff seem nice, polite, but seem to be running a buggy program. This place needs work.

It was good on 2 trips bad on 3rd trip out of nuggets out of regular burgers out of 2-3 items and manager would not do common thing to let us get our meal ......discount for the inconvenience of being told we must buy higher priced burgers and food items. We were hungry, I was moving , its was 99 degrees out we were hot and wanted drinks ........nope !!! My son works for Burger King and spoke to the manager who just said no he isnt giving nothing to comp the problem of not having good if he does for me he will have to do for everyone. I used the drive thru and ordered 2 for $6 crispy chicken sandwiches. I got 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. I had never had one because i figured they would be too spicy for me. It almost was but i wish i would have gotten what i ordered. They weren't marked so i dont know if i was just given the wrong ones because the tag said the right one.

We took the grandkids...the three stars is for the play equipment. Totally unsanitary. The kids loved it but I kept thinking how would I rescue one if needed help. Could I climb in those tubes and climb to the top? On my way touching all that dirty plexy glass that has never been wiped down...the equipment needs an update.

The only place in town that has a indoor playground for tots. Took my 3 yr old here for birthday lunch. Dirty, bathrooms gross, vagrants in and out. And employees were nice but very unorganized.

Food could have v e been warmer and dinning room could be warmer. Not a fan of the help myself style.

I always have to check my order because they usually get it wrong. Like just now my egg normous burrito, supposed to have a lot of eggs and bacon, my egg was the size of the sausage and no bacon.

When I went in to this Burger King, I expected the nuggets to be fresh tasting like they were in Hanford CA's Burger King, but they were far from it. When I asked for the nuggets I got them within 5 sec. of paying. I know they want quick service but seriously! They tasted like they had been sitting there for 20 min or more. They were warm, but not fresh at all.

It doesn't make sense that a double whopper meal in redding is $17.80, when in Sacramento it's still $11.28

after ordering, my toddler needed the restroom, which is code protected. I stood at the counter with a toddler desperately needing to pee for at least a full 5 minutes before a single person even acknowledged our existence, it's a miracle we made it in time.

Let me start off by saying that I haven’t been to Burger King in quite some time. I was never a big fan of their food, but I must say that the food has improved a great deal. They also have the best coupons of any place I’ve seen (the main reason we went.) When we walked in, there was no one in line. There were about 3 people that had already ordered. We were standing in line, and no one acknowledged that we were there or came to take our order. There was a lady right behind the counter who I have no idea how she couldn’t have seen us, and she didn’t seem to care we were waiting. Finally, someone from the very back came to take our order. After ordering, we were waiting for our food and I could overhear them asking where our chicken fries went. Turns out, someone put them in the wrong bag and gave it to someone in the drive thru. We finally got our food and went home to eat. Hopefully someone out there enjoyed some complimentary chicken fries. Not something I would ever order again.

Went through the drive-thru on June 4th and my order was incomplete. I drove back to get my missing items, and one of the employees was extremely rude to me, and acted like I was an inconvenience to her.

The bathroom is broken and not fixed as since the last time I was there. The female manager was cussing so loud that I could hear it in the lobby. They ended up getting our order wrong again. We will never be back there.

Worst experience ever. Waited 30+ minutes in drive thru, clerk didn't even apologize, then get home and find order is wrong...never going back...

If staff spent as much time wiping down tables and cleaning the bathroom as they do sitting around playing with their cell phones the place would be reasonably clean

I'm so done with this place. I come here once every few weeks, I don't mind waiting for the slow service. The last time I was here they burnt the hell out of my nuggets, and tonight they forgot part of my order. I finally hat that realization that I should stop coming here, not because I don't like the menu or the deals, but because I consistently don't get what I pay for.

I hadn't had Burger King before, so thought I'd give it a try and oh boy was it awful. The staff were nice and the restaurant was clean, but what we ate barely passes as food. Do not recommend.

Manager rudely told me and my Family that we could not sit at the Handicap table becsuse it was a safety violation because tables had chairs on them near by. I told him that I have a bad back and a reason for sitting there. He told me that if I didn't move to the bar stools (closer to chairs on tables oddly enough), if I did not he said he would call the police on us. Yes, he escalated it that quickly. I started to speak again and he ran off and brought a cordless phone back and called the police in front of us, claiming that we were screaming and damaging property which was a blatant lie. I recorder nearly all of this altercation and have considered sharing it with a few social media news outlets.

I usually never write reviews but I’m so disappointed tonight. The service was not good and the food was horrible. Very unhappy and will not be returning. Slow staff. Hair in food refused a refund or a remake. Drinks carbonation off. Dirty store not clean tables. No carpet to wipe feet off when raining the only reason they got a star was.because of the play area for the kids

My wife & I were ready to order at the counter, then the lady who had already placed her order b4 us asked, can you make one of the coffee's decaf? So the pudgy hispanic? lady goes thru the process of out with the old, in with the decaf, and then sets up a tray, checks the receipt & starts to fill order, totally ignoring us. Not open at the time they state on here. It says the business hours were updated by the business three days ago. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. They never stay open anywhere near as late as what they list.

After a long drive, I thought it'd be nice to stop at an establishment where my kids could eat and play in the play area. On (2/26/18) we show up and we were told the play area closed at 7pm. We were "granted" a bit of time to play but then we were kicked out and sent to main dining area. We were just passing through but I feel that it is unfortunate for the locals. A mother from the area who we sat nearby was deeply disappointed as well because her boys wanted to play. She also shared with me that it is the only fast food restaurant with an indoor playground. I just don't see the point of having a great indoor playground if you're going to limit access because the employee that has to clean it gets off at 8pm. It just seems odd to me. The main dining doesn't close until 10pm. You'd have a lot more happy returning customers if you'd just keep the play area open until at least 8pm or same time as main area.

Tried to order 2 burgers, ketchup only. After explaining three times I didn't want bacon. Just bun, patty, ketchup I received my burgers which have pickles. It's not a hard order, this is the third time they've messed up this very basic order.

Awful. Twice this week I had to wait 20 minutes just to get a burger and fries. No special order either. Just a burger and fries. TWICE this happened. And they always run out of cookies. Staff is rude, especially in the drive up window. If you are in a hurry and want Burger King, do not go to this one!

Sunday Morning about 9:45 wife went in with simple order of two sandwiches and spuds w/coffee. She was only person to place order at counter. Store not busy plenty of staff. Over ten minutes to get order. Not recommended!!!

Well I can't say I hate this place. The food is usually good to very good, but the service is very inconsistent. It is either excellent or it is very sub par. Just depends on who you get; taking your order. They need to get everyone on the same page as far as customer service is concerned and on a consistent basis. Their food is what takes me back there, in spite of their inconsistent service.

Literally had 30-40 mins until they closed and they just shut the lights off and decided not to work anymore just close it down and when I came to the window I seen this little blond kid with his arm in a sling just hiding the front counterand when he seen me he wouldn't even come tell .e that they were closed.....what a joke

I order 40 nuggets and every single one of them tasted like burnt and chared. I am upset with the quality and the time it took for them to bag my food and serve it, i sat for almost 5 mins looking at my food under the hot lamp waiting to be bagged. Will not be back.

Worst customer service. My husband went through the drive through and the lady was rude. He order us 3 chicken sandwiches and she put spicy sauce on them there were not suppose to have spicy sauce.

Ordered a brisket whopper, got whopper with no brisket. Onion rings were horrible, old and hard. Service sucked. Wanted it to go, gave it to me on a tray. Got a little miffed when I told them it was to go. Will not be going back.

Literally just called to figure out closing times because on door dash and the app it says 12:00 pm for pick up but I have gone multiple times and I’m told rudely they close earlier, so tonight I tried to call early to get the closing time, and the person was very rude and hung up on me while telling me 12:00pm this is extremely frustrating because I get off at ablater time and this is a rural area so if this is open I will absolutely use it but I have gone multiple times before closing when it says pick up is available AND ITS NOT idk what the disconnect is but the employee I spoke with was extremely rude and if it’s gonna be this hard to work with the company I’m gonna stop going and tell everyone I know about my experience, I’m hoping I get a response but absolutely not planning on it with the experience I have had

Very rude young staff specifically the bleach blonde boy. Horrible customer service. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes for two things. They tried to make me pay 3 times then the slow rude kid basically yelled at me and shut the window because he couldn’t do good job properly. Management won’t answer the phone. 20 minutes of waiting and bs service to get cold food. Absolutely horrible since the remodel. Don’t waste your time.

How hard is to fry a piece of frozen fish per order for a sandwich instead I got the fish you fried in the morning and sat all day on those heat lamps

As a grub hub driver we have expected pick up and drop of times we have to meet and when we have to wait 15 minutes after pick up time it effects our job performance not because of our delivery but because stores like this can not hire an efficient crew when there is 3 people and only drive through orders coming in there is no reason they could not have this order ready on time I was the only person inside their facility and it still took 15 minute wait time its sad their employees want 20 an hour but cant work efficiently

Closed their lobby 3 hours early with no sign or notice to indicate otherwise and gave us dirty looks because we were confused standing at the front door. They came to the door and snapped at us and told us to order online and pickup in the drivethru. Then when we ordered online and went through the drivethru like they wanted they threw the food together and it was a sloppy mess. Never going to this Burger King again.

This burger king is almost always slow. Even during the best times the wait is 5-10 minutes. To keep their numbers good they make you wait a long time at the counter before even taking your order, often not even acknowledging you. Staff is almost never wearing their face masks properly. Update: Attempted to eat here again. Waited 17 minutes in line with no one taking orders before someone came out and said it would still be a long wait. Asked if they would just take my order so I could sit down and they said no. Ended up leaving without ordering at the end of my lunch break.

This burger king is owned by J&A foods. I happen to work for them in a different place. I am very disappointed everything was cold even my chicken sandwich was cold. Bacon wasn't even cooked fully. My bacon cheeseburgers were missing the pickles. To make matters worse the place was pretty much empty. So their is no excuse why it was so bad.

I came in on December 30th at around 7pm, I ordered one number 1 and one number 3, which was a whopper meal and an impossible whopper meal along with a kids meal, I got all the way home and got a double whopper with jalapeños and bacon and a regular whopper meal, that is ridiculous, double check your bags before handing it to a customer...this is not what I ordered...thanks bk team...

This review is about today. Usually everything is pretty good but not today. I went through the drive thru and had to get back to work. When I bit into my whopper it was nasty. Globs of mayo, a little lettuce and a burger that is it! I scraped off some of the mayo and added 2 packs of ketchup that I got from where I work. I still couldn't taste anything but nasty warm mayo. The burger was missing all the rest of the toppings. Did they run out and decide extra mayo would suffice? My stomach is still churning. Not sure when I will ever go back.

The following review is only for the ANDERSON, Ca. Burger King. Worst Burger King I have ever been to. I live 5 minutes away but if I want Burger King I drive 15 minutes into Redding. The service here is non existent. They run out of things (condiments etc) and the manager is a complete jerk not to mention a slob for a young man. he is predisposed to work as refuse pickup or dog catcher if he ever leaves this place. Not good with public. I guess he must be related to the owner or have dirt on him. Nasty place🤢🤮. I felt sick the three times I did eat there, yes I gave it three chances and realize I gambled with my health. I don’t know how this filthy place stays in business. You can even second hand smoke for free when someone opens a door, as the employees seem to always be on a smoke break just outside and no one bothers to wash their hands afterward. I give this no thumbs up but I do give it two big middle fingers.

Terrible they are more concerned with the drive thru my food sat on warmer while she took 3 - 4 orders then she bagged food. She also asked me when i placed order what dipping flavor for chicken nuggets. Guess what kind i got NONE and cold food I went there awhile ago my order was messed up. Ordered Tacos and got Chicken Nuggets, which obviously look nothing like Tacos. And the Nuggets were subpar ground up chicken.The Burger I got was smaller than expected, the French Fries were too salty and the Onion Rings were ground up onions. Will not be ordering from here again.

Been coming here for many years for lunch. Recently there has been a new day shift manager. Food has gone terribly down hill since she took over. Last time I was in I watched her making food and with the same gloves on I witnessed her pick something off the floor and throw it away, wipe her face and nose, belly hanging on the food counter and using her belly as a rest for the buns on her shirt , and more all while making food and never changing gloves. I will not be going back till new people are working. Or at least till she is gone. Totally disgusting and disrespectful

Sometimes the food is fresh, sometimes it is not! New Management not nice when they are asked to make my order correctly twice one the same visit. Go somewhere else. They don not care about you since someone is waiting to order as soon as you move out of the way. Too bad for them. Just serve the food correctly and you won't need to remake it. Went to burger king at 8:30pm this evening there lobby was locked and there was a truck blocking the drive thru. There were people working inside and as I knocked on the door the looked at me and just went back to work. A lady sitting outside said they closed there lobby at 8 now due to being short staffed.

When trying to order food was ignored explicitly from several employees basically handling drive thru mainly and stood at register for about 15 min still no one took my order when I asked finally said we'll i am busy and can not take your order that I should go over and the public kiosk and after standing all that I did not want to use kiosk because already waited 15+ min . I then got little rude said couple things but who wouldn't and I have never been treated that rude in many years from younger punk burger King employees they need to look at there staff and remind customers are important weather inside or drive thru should be treated with amount of service especially when some one takes the time to come inside and they basically just ignore that person man never will i eat there again . Hope corporate does some thing to change this service . I ordered a whopper Jr. and cheesy tots. The tots they gave me were ice cold & disgusting. When my friend brought them back to the counter he was told that those cheesy tots were all they had. What does that mean? Like somebody can't do their job and order appropriately, or that's all that was cooked? If that's all that was cooked then why couldn't they cook more? We just did not have a good experience here tonight. Also our whopper jr's were dry as a bone. "If" they had ANY ketchup or mayonnaise on them we sure couldn't taste it. We were just thankful we also ordered a drink or we would have choked to death.

Nasty. If you're going to vape on the clock, do it outside. Fast food is already overpriced, it doesn't need to smell like watermelon battery acid too. Thinking about getting food? Go somewhere else, trust me.

They have terrible drive-thru service. They serve other cars even if you arrive first, and leave you waiting for about 10 minutes just to take your order. I’m not coming back to this place

If you have a duly the drive through is extremely narrow. I ordered the brisket whopper by itself. For nearly $9 You get a sugar sandwich with one tiny piece of brisket. I think these employees believe if they rip off customers they might get a raise.

They forget everything and mess every order up. This place is ridiculous. Called to tell em and the lady had attitude and didnt care especially while ordering food.

Came to grab a quick bite. When trying to order food was ignored explicitly from several employees basically handling drive thru mainly and stood at register for about 15 min still no one took my order when I asked finally said we'll i am busy and can not take your order that I should go over and the public kiosk and after standing all that I did not want to use kiosk because already waited 15+ min . I then got little rude said couple things but who wouldn't and I have never been treated that rude in many years from younger punk burger King employees they need to look at there staff and remind customers are important weather inside or drive thru should be treated with amount of service especially when some one takes the time to come inside and they basically just ignore that person man never will i eat there again . Hope corporate does some thing to change this service . Sometimes the food is fresh, sometimes it is not! New Management not nice when they are asked to make my order correctly twice one the same visit. Go somewhere else. They don not care about you since someone is waiting to order as soon as you move out of the way. Too bad for them. Just serve the food correctly and you won't need to remake it. I see other places can do it all the time. Update: September 2022, still not worth paying $22 an hour for fast food workers of this caliber, fir that wage they should have degrees.

Went to burger king at 8:30pm this evening there lobby was locked and there was a truck blocking the drive thru. There were people working inside and as I knocked on the door the looked at me and just went back to work. A lady sitting outside said they closed there lobby at 8 now due to being short staffed.

Been coming here for many years for lunch. Recently there has been a new day shift manager. Food has gone terribly down hill since she took over. Last time I was in I watched her making food and with the same gloves on I witnessed her pick something off the floor and throw it away, wipe her face and nose, belly hanging on the food counter and using her belly as a rest for the buns on her shirt , and more all while making food and never changing gloves. I will not be going back till new people are working. Or at least till she is gone. Totally disgusting and disrespectful

Literally just called to figure out closing times because on door dash and the app it says 12:00 pm for pick up but I have gone multiple times and I’m told rudely they close earlier, so tonight I tried to call early to get the closing time, and the person was very rude and hung up on me while telling me 12:00pm this is extremely frustrating because I get off at ablater time and this is a rural area so if this is open I will absolutely use it but I have gone multiple times before closing when it says pick up is available AND ITS NOT idk what the disconnect is but the employee I spoke with was extremely rude and if it’s gonna be this hard to work with the company I’m gonna stop going and tell everyone I know about my experience, I’m hoping I get a response but absolutely not planning on it with the experience I have had

Ordered a brisket whopper, got whopper with no brisket. Onion rings were horrible, old and hard. Service sucked. Wanted it to go, gave it to me on a tray. Got a little miffed when I told them it was to go. Will not be going back.
