Wonderful atmosphere. Good food. Friendly staff and plenty of them for fast service. Very clean. Indoor [mostly soundproof (I don't know how they do it)] play place for kids. Reasonably priced food. Crafts for kids on Tuesday nights. Can't get much better.

Chick-fil-a is always a quick reliable go to. I was happy this one opened up in Redding. I’ve been here around 10 times. About 70% of the time there’s an issue with my order. It always gets fixed quick and respectfully of course. But I will go back because I see that this place has been growing and making improvements since they opened.

It's a fast food chicken place, what is there to really say. Always a good choice for a busy person trying to get their chicken fix.

Great service, but the chicken strips were too dark on the outside and too dry on the inside...

Not sure what the problem was but 20mn wait from time I left the drive thru window to when they finally got my food. I really am disappointed In this as it wasn't busy in any way.

I have heard great things about Chick-fil-A's fried chicken sandwich and I finally had a chance to try it on my drive along I-5 since this Chick-fil-A is conveniently located off highway. I wasn't impressed by the sandwich to say the least, the fried chicken tasted dry and the price isn't competitive either. Plenty of seats outside.

The last 3 times in a row we have ordered here they have forgotten something from our order (drive thru). Two times previously, when my wife went, they forgot her Mac N Cheese. This last time I went, and I made sure they had her Mac N Cheese, but they forgot the sauce I specifically ordered. Also, this time I ordered with the app to try to save time. They don't have to take my order or payment in the drive thru line. Seems efficient. Well, they had me pull to the overflow parking and wait while I watched people 2 cars behind me, who ordered upon arrival, get their food first.

I love having a side of chicken with my salt. The grease and inescapable after taste leaves you asking for less. The "food" was ready very quickly though. And all the employees encountered were very kind

A week ago I found a long piece of hair in my deluxe meal yes it was in my sandwich. I called they were supposed to replace my full meal and didn't just gave me a sandwich today on Dec 15th. It was a long piece of hair that just kept coming out of my sandwich which was disgusting. I have short hair and was wearing a knit hat so it wasn't mine. I let my dog eat the meal because I just couldn't stomach it even the fries. I live across town so my time was wasted and will never ever eat at Chick-fil-a again.

I called and checked the balance of a gift card before I went to the restaurant. They wouldn't accept it and the guy taking orders wouldn't go get a superior. I waited in a line for 20 min for them to tell me they won't accept a card they already told me had $10.

This used to be the good chic fil a unyil they changed everything! When there is 3 cars ahead of you and your still waiting 20 mins for one 4pc combo for them to ask you to pull over to the side and wait another ten minutes while everyone else is still getting food and leaving. I will never come back here and i will refer everyone else to go the other chic fil a across town

It was gross! 🤢 I ordered the chicken strips, and those alone cost $8 for 3 strips. I need to know there were only 4 people in the dining area, I still had to wait 15 minutes to get my food, which by the way was horrible. The chicken strips were dry and tough to chew, my dog didn't even want them. So no, I won't be going back.
