We stopped in on a road trip and ordered some drinks and treats, and accidentally ordered several wrong items. Totally our fault but the employees were super nice and remade everything for us with a smile. I really appreciate the kindness!

There’s an abundance of outdoor seating, much of it sunny but with shade provided right over the tables—great for relaxing without overheating. During our spring visit, the landscaping really elevated the experience: plenty of flowers blooming and a scenic, open view that made it feel less like a chain coffee shop and more like a pleasant rest stop. Service was friendly and relaxed, and the place wasn’t busy when we went, making it a convenient stop if you're passing through or want a low-key break. We had a mango refresher, which hit the spot in the sunshine. Inside, the décor was standard for Starbucks but felt fresh, clean, and well-kept. If you're looking for a chill place to grab a drink with easy parking and room to stretch out, this location is absolutely worth a stop.

Very friendly staff. We messed up with my son's order and he was sad to see he got wrong coffee. The person who attended to our order at store was very courteous to replace it. Freshly brewed coffee was very good and so was the matcha.
Passed by here yesterday. This is the first time I ordered at this Starbucks location in Redding, California. I ordered a Large Hot and Blended Caramel Frappucino. I used a gift card to pay. The service was pretty good.
Great place to take a turn-off from the highway. Good staff, clean washrooms, and a big parking lot. Loved this strawberry acai lemonade.
Overall they are consistently good and that's why I continue to go there.
Service was awesome
I went inside to buy a crafted coffee drink and had to wait about 20 minutes because they prioritize the drive through customers. My barista actually told me that. The baristas are nice and it's not their fault that the sticker machine prioritizes drive-thru customers. Starbucks definitely made a mistake by switching drip coffee to a Keurig style coffee. It is way too strong.
Very good latte, but i bought a tumbler to put my drink in and they forgot so I used a disposable cup anyway. Overall good experience, though!
This location is located right off the highway and plenty of parking. The staff are professional and friendly. The bathrooms are clean. Coffee was hot and delicious. Love the big table. Ten out of ten recommend stopping at this location.
Good staff, best chai tea latte
Super annoying I buy coffee every morning but when I come through in the afternoon they won't give me an ice water unless I buy something. The coffee is $8...... corporate should do better.
My drinks were good. But the service. So the 2 ladies (Sissy and Talia (I think were their names) were KILLING IT! But the other 4 employees weren't helping at all. I believe 1 was a manager which is very disappointing to see. She was very judgy to me, but seemed friendly with others. Just not a great environment when your getting to get a good drink, quickly. This review isn't great for this place. But kudos to Sissy and Talia!! You 2 are ROCKSTARS holding this place down, good job ladies!
Have been a regular Starbucks customer, and each store has its unique character. This one, although folks are usually nice. There is one young lady who has an attitude that could use correction. Additionally, I don't dig getting shaken down for 35% min tip with each cup of coffee if I use a card other than a Starbucks card.
Don’t waste your time. I waited 30 minutes for two sandwiches to be warmed up. Corporate clearly prioritizes drive-thru orders, which backs up everything else. The store was understaffed, and the wait time was totally unreasonable compared to any other coffee shop. Honestly, I could’ve gone to the Subway next door for coffee and food faster.
I go to Starbucks all the time and love them but this one location can never get my drink right no matter how many times I go there and how many different ways I ask they always get it wrong!! I've never had this problem had any other location, do not go to this one!!
