Open 24 hours a day. For that late night easy fix. Prices are high, but, the El Diablo burger is awesome!

The manager that was working on 19 Feb 2021 @ around 1200 with the name that started with a y . Was running that store like a boss . Both her and her staff brought their A game and we're on point. The hustle was amazing and even during the chaos the food was correct and fresh. Also her customer service was truly varsity. They were perhaps the busiest I have ever seen a fast food restaurant and yet they kept cranking great job
They seem to be progressing better, my husband and I order protein style because unfortunately for us seliacs can't eat anything w/gluten 😢, but they've gotten little better in wrapping it in lettuce pretty fairly measured around. Not so much lettuce that we have to take some off or so less hardly wrapped (like in Wendy's we don't go there just because for that reason)but Carl's Jr did well ready to eat. Whoever there deals w/the grill, i give them props👍🤗👏👏 Next time I go I'll take photos&post of that awesome work I'm talking about!!
This Carl’s Jr was awesome me and my sibilings tried using ebt snap and she said it declined but instead of us leaving she gave us coupons for a free meal the staff names were ninetthe and Valerie 10/10 recommend very nice service..
Went for breakfast this morning got me the steak and egg burrito and I loved it steak was tasty eggs were fresh and the tortilla was soft and warm service was good and people there are very friendly, definitely coming back to this location thank you 😊

Just finished an amazing lunch after a stressful day. My boyfriend and I were greeted by a welcoming staff and Valerie the assistant manager made sure we had everything we needed. Best famous star and western bacon cheeseburger, so hot and fresh. Thanks!
Fast response from drive thru and easy ordering process. Got my order quickly and was accurate. Food was hot and good. Expectations were fully met and appreciated especially since the clown down the street always messes up my order.

So I decided to give this Carls another try after I’d been there before and found it not up to par. Went back yesterday and found it was under new management by a young wonderful lady named Ninetthe. I have to say she’s turned this place and atmosphere of this Carl's completely around. Her staff was prompt and courteous. The speed of service was great. And her greeting and making sure all was going smooth convinced me that I will be returning to this Carls for my lunch hour. Will recommend and will return.
I always come here and I like the staff that works here they are all really nice and food is good. Today when I came ninetthe and her team helped me and I have no complaints. All nice staff and food is always great 😊 thanks for the great customer service that’s why I come back. Ninetthe is so sweet I love seeing her when I come!
Ordered my favorite SuperStar with no mayo and no cheese. They made it to-order/fresh and it was very good. I don't know why I don't eat at Carl's Jr. More often.
Bring back the personal touch! I just went through the drive thru with your automated system and it told me there were 2 for 6 fish sandwiches.. I rather have a fish sandwich from carl's over the golden arches any day! I get to the window and I'm told that the special isn't offered at that location. Nanette came to the window and said I'm sorry that special is only offered on the app. Before she could get any further I was threatening to call corporate to honor the automated special.. yes I was being extra and I was hangry..... Nanette was super patient with me and offered to help me with the app to retrieve the special. It still didn't work but I was willing to pay full price at this point because her and the team showed me kindness regardless and it made me change my attitude as well. She did help me and gave me the discount. I WILL be back because it's people like Nanette that know how to be professional and kind. She gave superior service. Thank you for putting a smile on my face after having a bad day...
Stepping into Carl's Jr. felt like entering burger heaven, and Marcel at the front cashier was like the guardian angel of fast food. I ordered the Famous Star with Cheese, and it was so good, I could swear I heard a choir of angels singing with every bite. The burger was juicy enough to make me wonder if it had been marinated in joy. Marcel was super friendly and made sure my fries were hot and crispy – perfect for my impromptu drum solo on the table. The milkshake was so thick, I think I might have pulled a muscle trying to sip it, but it was totally worth it. If you're looking for a place where the food is legendary and the service is heavenly, Carl's Jr. with Marcel at the helm is the place to be!
So my fast food Friday habit is started anew. Let's bring the attention to the fastest service I think I ever had at a drive thru. Plus fresh fries, YUM! 2 big perks offered here, but a few low points. Not to take any thing away from them, but drive thru access is a bit difficult to enter and the price was a bit high for 1 person. Worth the craving of onion ring's on a charbroiled burger. Thank God I only have this craving on a Friday.
I had an amazing experience at the Carl's Jr. drive-thru, all thanks to Marcel! I decided to try the Western Bacon Cheeseburger this time, and it was so good it made me want to write a love song about it. The combination of crispy bacon, onion rings, and BBQ sauce was out of this world – I mean, I almost proposed to it. Marcel was super friendly and made sure my order was spot on, like he had a sixth sense for my hunger. The curly fries were so perfectly seasoned and crispy, I think they might have been sprinkled with magic. Marcel's exceptional service made the visit even better. I'll definitely be back for more – maybe next time with a ring for that burger!
A worker at Carl's Jr. named Marcel gave me all the sauces I asked for, and I mean ALL the sauces. It was like he had the secret sauce stash and wasn't afraid to share. I half expected him to pull out a treasure map to the hidden sauce vault. Marcel's sauce game is on point – he made sure my meal was a flavor explosion! Thanks to him, my fries had a VIP pass to the sauce party. Marcel, you're the sauce boss!
First feedback on Fastfood place. Seldom do l eat burgers and l have never had a Carls Jr. burger before, but this western bacon burger was really juicy and delicious. Super friendly service.

The male manger here is extremely respectful and nice , food was excellent and fast, the young female that took my order today reminded me that not everyone is nice and not to trust everyone with your food I’m glad the males that work here fixed the problem and dealt with me accordingly

Good to see this place back up and running, as soon as I saw the now open sign I rushed in for some lunch and it looks really nice inside and outside! I've been coming to this Carl's Jr for most of life and in rarely had a bad experience that couldn't be resolved by asking for assistance. The food again was on point, those burgers always hit the spot!
Carl's is our go to now for their non meat burgers. The staff at this location are very nice. I would give 5 stars but like many places the don't let fries or rings to fully drain thus oily.
I had stopped going to Carl's Jr awhile back when I sat inside one day that I wanted to, and paid over $3.50 for a very dry burger. I went back a few days ago, and they let me order at the window when I didn't hear the intercom: $4.34 for their Classic Çalifornia Cheeseburger, plenty good this time for a filling lunch.
Well I went to this location after what was the worst experience at Coco's across the street from Carl's Jr. Anyway the food was fresh and hot. The people working were friendly. For everyone that goes to any Carl's Jr knows I'm not lying about this, Carl's Jr fries normally suck but the fries here were fresh, hot and delicious.
Ok be warned about the new service at the drive through… it’s a computer… if it’s not a complicated order, it’s fine… we stopped and had to go in to order… the staff inside was way better than talking to a non-human!
This was from the drive thru off the main highway Tennessee exit/ Colton ave. I'm happy with the speed and quality yet I would suggest heating the meat for the hamburger a little more. Try the waffle cut fries their great.
Very clean and comfortable, feel safe. Awesome employees especially the young man at the counter who served us. Only comment to his surprise were cold. But I'm sure if we cared they just switched it.
Friendly staff, although sometimes not the brightest. I always order the same thing and yet somehow it always comes out different in one way or another- no croutons, no cheese, no dressing, etc. The cleanliness of the restaurant -inside and out- is something I appreciate. Overall a nice place to eat though.
The food was lukewarm at best. However, I understand that stuff happens. The person in the drive thru ahead of me must have either had an issue or ordered at the window. Either way, we were waiting for a while before she pulled off.

Easy in and out. Crew are always great, and friendly. Only once did they miss an item on our order. It was quickly fixed, with an apology. Great job. Bathrooms are clean, and well maintained. Dinning area is also very clean. Great job, keep it up. I recently turned vegetarian, for health reasons, and was pleased to hear there was a vegetarian option. I love the Beyond Famous Star. Enjoy
The double Famous Star is better than it looks like on the photo IF you get xtra sauce and lettuce! Great service, some paper and stuff visible under the work tables. The best fastfood burgers so far. Thank you.
We went around 10pm and I ordered chicken stripe. They were fresh and juicy which is a nice change for fast food chicken.
The service is fine but they didn't have any ranch dressing or shakes because a delivery didn't arrive. Came close to leaving and going to a different place to eat.
If I order online and you know you don't have what I ordered why do I have to get all the way to the resturant before you tell me you don't have it? Why not call me and tell me before I get there and can decide if I want the refund or the order instead if wasting time driving down there and than asking do I want a refund just a waste of time at that point
Good food, wish I could afford it. I recommend coming here with a coupon. Even old expired coupons are accepted. So save the good ones!!! Absolutely recommend the Jalapeno Burger, Western Bacon, and the Diablo burger if they ever bring it back. Good quality food, great taste and larger burgers then most competition. If the prices were lower I'd definitely come here more often.
It's Carl's... so you expect food to be decent. The service, not so much. Be sure to check your orders as they are known for "downsizing" what the combos include. For example, $5 boxes are advertised with 20oz drinks and they give 16oz. This is a common occurrence and even employees admit to it being common practice. I have been here scores of times so this is not a one-time instance.
Came through at 5am. I ordered a breakfast burger by itself and the AI voice added several items to the tab which I didn't want. Lucky for me the young lady working inside was very pleasant and was able to get it straight very efficiently.
Food is good at this location but night shift is SLOW!!!! 🐌. Consistenly. I even ordered on the app to try and save time but I have now been in the drive thru line 20 minutes with probably another 10 to go before I get my food. Beware. Come with time to spare.
employees were great, they did everything they could and got me what i ordered. my issue is that i got the breakfast burrito and thing thing was TINY with a sliver of bacon. Not worth it for me, next time i'mma hit a local busines instead. the hash *rounds* were decent.
It was okay I got the western bacon cheeseburger, that was a decent hamburger the 2 for 5 wasn't worth it. Hamburgers were really small. But my western bacon cheeseburger was awesome the place was clean there wasn't hardly anyone there while we were there so can't really judge the atmosphere too well. The lady who took the order seem like she had a little bit of an attitude I don't know if that had anything to do with my friends questions but either way we're customers we have questions we have questions the server shouldn't give any sign of frustration.
I don't eat humburges very often. But last Sunday I was craving one. I decided to get a combo from this place. Big mistake. The service was good but the cook burned the meat. It was to dry. I won't go there again.
I ordered a chicken sandwich which mind you was 8.00. Definitely not worth it. On the list of top chicken sandwiches, this is like not even on the list. Do not get a chicken sandwich from here. Maybe the grilled is better. Stick to the 6 dollar burgers. Or just a burger in general. Lesson learned. Sorry Carl's. You r not on the list of top chicken sandwiches for sure. I shoulda went across the street to burger King for a chicken sandwich. update - still the same. Prices are high and food is just ok.
Staff was friendly and the food came out quick, but everything I ordered tasted like it had been sitting out for days. I threw away my meal and left. I usually love Carl's Jr, so it was especially disappointing.
My favorite thing to get at Carl’s is a spicy chicken sandwich and onion rings. I was craving it yesterday evening and went to this location for the first time. Pretty disappointed. The spicy chicken sandwich was alright. I wish they had shredded lettuce. The onion rings were over cooked and I only ate two. Maybe I’ll give them a chance again in the future but definitely not anytime soon.
Food looked good. But was very unhappy when i got to my destination and i didn't have any syrup for my French toast. They need yoi pay attention to what they are serving. If you order breakfast why should i ask for syrup. I though general common sense meant French toast comes with syrup. Guess not. After driving 2 hours from San Diego to go to an event down the street, that ruined my breakfast.
Used to have great food and service. They skimp on the sauce even when I ask for extra sauce. There are no condiments anywhere. My food was brought to me, but I didn't know that was the last time I'd see any employees for a long while. I waited for several minutes and gave up on having ketchup with my fries. 🍟 several dirty tables and no one cleaning them. Trash cans full and messy with a high pile of trays.
I don’t come here frequently, maybe 1-2 times a month for breakfast. There is 1) always an extended wait, often between 10-20 minutes; 2) I have never received the correct drink the first time and when I tell the cashier the drink is wrong, I’m met with unprofessional and unnecessary attitude; and 3) the staff always seems flustered and annoyed. Honestly, the food is fine but the service is making this a last ditch option for me, if at all.
Ordered a 3pc tender and ghost burger, requested additional ghost sauce on the side. Crew member that took the order and tendered was fine and scripted perfectly. Shift lead that was centering pulled me up in spite of no one behind me. When food was given from the shift lead, no napkins or sauce in bag. Went in and requested ghost sauce and napkins - was told that the ghost sauce now costs additional by shift lead. Asked for just ranch then - shift lead said it would still cost. Told him that I received no sauces for the tenders to which he said it would cost if I asked for extra (>2) - I just wanted a single sauce for my tenders and never asked for more. 3 piece, while fresh, was pulled too soon from the fryer by about 45 seconds due to it being slightly raw in the thickest part. Burger was fine. General Manager, please make up your mind on what the lead should do on sauces or special requests on sauces. Don't take it out on the customer. Ghost burger single - $8.50 3 pc tender - $7
Ordered 3 different sandwiches, with every one of them the bread was not fresh (not stale, but had stared to firm up). Half my Jalapeno poppers didn't have any jalapeno...? It did not make for a good experience the first time there - and considering how much the food cost I was very disappointed ☹️.
We don't really eat fast food much and hadn't had A Famous Star with Cheese in many years. I can remember when they were good sized, juicy charbroiled patties with shredded lettuce and special sauce. Today we were given a large bun filled with lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mayo, pickles and a miniature sized dry burger patty that you couldn't even taste. It was like eating a lettuce sandwich. It's sad... good things don't seem to last. Needless to say we were very disappointed.
I was there at 6:30pm and the dining room was closed. It's frustrating but there is a labor shortage so I get it. However, it forced me to go through the drive thru which I hate. Why? I was smart enough to look in my bag to make sure I had what I ordered before driving away but I wasn't smart enough to inspect the food. Their Santa Fe chicken sandwich was delicious as always but the waffle fries were so overcooked they could be used as weapons. In addition, what is it with using tap to pay at the drive thru and they in no way hold it out to make it easy to use? And I'm not talking about them stretching outside the window. I'm talking about extended their arm just a bit. It seems small but this is the third time the person barely held it out the window while staring above the car into space. After asking to see the screen twice to put in my pin I had to reach way out, grab the device and pulled it down to see. No worries, I didn't hurt anyone. I told her what I was doing. She allowed me but did nothing to make it any easier. I guess she finds watching traffic interesting. I'll go back to Carl's because most fast food chains have done away with grilled chicken sandwiches, but I'll skip this location.
Not food related--->Just didn’t want to order anything as the first experience of atmosphere. Bad vibes. Not knowing which door I could enter in from. The side where I parked had a door, but was an exit from inside only, had no sign of this feom the outisde and had a handle, so once I found the main entrance staff were chit chatting. The music was so loud in the lobby, speaker was shot and I had to turn my ear to hear the cashier tell me the door code for the restroom. The floors everywhere were a dry sticky like they used too much soap. If I were on a road trip and chose this place to treat stop to eat, I’d check it out before. I gladly ate in my car to have peace and quiet. Otherwise inside is decorated pretty modern and would be inviting with some slight clean floor & volume of music modifications. Don’t try to enter from door in my pic, go to the left of it and there’s the main entrance.
Only if I can post 0 stars, the young lady working at the register around 10 pm has a very nasty attitude and poor attention span. I wanted chicken strips and Western, all she charged me for was a western and a coke I told her I wanted tenders with the order as well but she starts getting hasty and blames me for ordering wrong. I never gave attitide towards her why should I be disrespected. How hard can customer service be?
Got the wrong items. The burgers were way overcooked - this has been a trend at Carl's Jr. for years. The meat is overcooked and tastes like it's been sitting for an hour or two. They make a good shake, but the rating is for the overall experience. Not coming back!
The manager swore at me using very strong and abusive language after I told her she should mind her own personal business regarding the man outside on the sidewalk selling Trump hats and flags whom she called the Redlands police dept on and made it her business to attempt to remove him. This manager who’s name I haven’t gotten at this point is a Hispanic woman covered in gangster style tattoos is unfit to interact with the public in my opinion.
Lazy night shift workers. Gave us cold food. Called and spoke with a manager to let them know. He told us to go back the next day to get what we ordered the other night. The girl at the speaker acted like we were lying, then when we got our new food it was just the one burger that was part of the meal. She didn't gives the fries like she was supposed. So don't there after 11pm. You will get some cold food with an attitude.
I walked in with a chicken club that i had ask for well done and the person in charge am assuming told me it couldn't be done if not the chicken will be burned i mention the lady requesting it worked in carls hr for over 15 years cant tell me cant be done and they made me wait over 10 mins while i had my other food getting cold just to tell me the chicken is burned and the person on the register just giving a ugly look most of this young people have no respect and don't care about the food to even try to accommodate the customers every time i go to this restaurant is always something with them not recommended need better staff and people that care not just work to make money.
Done with this place. Changed my initial review of 4 stars to one. Been coming here several times in the past month since original review. The staff and service has gotten horrible. Last three times I have walked in the staff has ignored me at the counter for up to 5 minutes. Last time I had to ask someone if they were taking orders and was laughed at, not busy at the time at all and three of the staff were playing around back by the grill. Manager has been strangely absent from the place or at least not paying attention to what is going on. I would get it if they were busy or helping other customers in the seating area but that has not been the case yet. Water always seems to be in front of the counter with a wet floor sign every time I have visited and it seems they wait for it to evaporate instead of just mopping it up. And what the hell is always dropped and ground into the concrete at the front entrance doorway, always something disgusting there with yet another wet floor sign covering it up. Too bad they are trashing a newly renovated store, food is at least still decent.
Had me waiting in the drive through for about ten minutes before taking my order just so there timer can stop. Only gave me one packet of ketchup and ranch even though they know I had a pretty big order.
I come here all the time on my lunch. This visit, they didn't get my order in after ordering. The woman at the window was confused and asked me how she can help me. I was confused and told her my order. After that she seemed very rude and it was not busy at all. No cars behind me. The food was prepared quickly which was nice but I never got my drink. (●´⌓`●)
The AI taking orders at the drive-through is VERY INEFFICIENT! It doesn't understand you, can't ask questions and then you have to wait forever for someone to take your order. Prime dinner time and only 2 people working.
The lady taking my order was rude and didn’t know their own menu. I tried to order the “new sourdough Star sandwich” and she is insisted I meant this other sandwich, then rushed me to answer what size combo and drink, so I said sure I’ll take what ever.. at the window I asked the lady about the new sandwich cause the lady taking my order seemed confused. She said “yea she is confused, so what do you want?” When I tried to confirm my order she was also irritated and pushy.. very unpleasant people working there..
Extremely poor service. No greeting just told to use self check out kiosk. When I said I prefer to order with cashier she said it will be a while. The soda machine was out of coke and the ambiance was just somber. Wint be coming back I can reassure that. It sucks bc we love Carl's Jr
This location is now using an AI to take orders at the drive thru. It is extremely slow and not at all user friendly. It made ordering take much longer than normal. I would think reducing staff would reduce costs and therefore make dinner more affordable. Sadly, corporate greed made this terrible experience more expensive than ever.
Placed an order for chocolate cake on the app to not have to wait. Went through drive through to not have to get out of the care with disability. The drive through was so concerned about their window time that they kept telling people to pull around. The whole front of the store, including the handicap scoop on the curb, was blocked by waiting cars. They completely forget about me. After waiting 10 minutes i had to go inside. There, the employee told md she just started her shift. Then she proceeds to whine to her coworkers how i came in "yelling" at her because no one told her a mobile order was waiting.
Just ate here. I asked for an el Diablo "big angus" they gave me a single instead. I asked them to change it and I paid the difference of 3 dollars which was fine. Only for them to give me a single again! I told the worker "pedro" and he said the big Angus comes with a single and that it was made right. On the menu the picture literally has a picture with "2" patties! And Google says it comes with "2" patties as well!! I just walked away and decided to write a review. They can keep the 3 dollars that I basically gave away. 🤦♂️🤦♂️ not the first time they messed up my order and its always at this location 😒 he then proceeded to take off his name tag because he knew he was gaslight me🤣
Valerie refused to do 2 separate orders in drive thru because "they only have 2 people working" at 630 pm on a Friday night. Also had an attitude about it. But yet fast food workers deserve 20 dollars an hour.
Four medium combo meals cost us $60 dollars! They messed up on two of them. Ordered a plain cheeseburger, and they gave it to us with no cheese. Ordered a famous star with no cheese and they put cheese. Also, it's really not a lot of food for what you're paying. You're better off making burgers at home, which we usually do anyway.

Drive thru is a waste of time. Girl told me to hold on 1 minute. Next thing u know I'm there for the last 10min of my lunch break and she still hasn't taken my order. All I wanted was fries and a drink. Waste of my time. Last time I visit this location, not even cause it's conveniently placed will I return.
I ordered some breakfast and the food was already made the cook was putting the eggs cheese and biscuits together and was reheating them in the microwave I thought it was make the food when it is ordered not it already made and sitting there waiting to be ordered you need some new workers that care about people not just in it for the money
Drive thru guy was rude. No line wasn't busy so no excuse to get our order wrong. Ordered a Steak burrito got a bacon burrito. Steak doesn't even sound like bacon. Use to really like this Carl's. Just goes to show always check your order.
Bad experience. It was. About 8 pm Sunday night. Waited in drive thru line for about 25 minutes. We got the food, got on the road, and realized the burgers were definitely not fresh. The bread was soggy, and all of the lettuce was welted. Disgusting. $40.75 for 2 old combos. Carl's Jr. never again .
I hate giving out bad reviews, but this place is honestly repulsive, to say the least. I won't even bother mentioning all the order accuracy issues but today we got a burger that you could literally knock someone out with. This thing was hard as a rock, both the bread and the patty. Absolutely disgusting. We will not be returning here. Your business charges a premium versus other chains and for what? Where are the standards? Who is the manager that isn't doing their job competently?
Unable to give me a fresh hot burger. I think they pre-cooked them and almost warm piece of low cost cheese on it. Bad odor in the restaurant with anything but enthusiastic personal. Toilet was not clean enough to sit down .
Well, I’ve reported this location to the USDA. They discriminate against people who work for their food. They have a sign posted on both their drive thru window and the speaker box about what appears to be free food for EBT card holders. The USDA clearly states you can not treat them any differently. That goes both ways. I’ve also sent a complaint to corporate about this matter too.
Was told to park on the side for my order only to be forgot about it was supposed to be ready at 8:15 but it wasn’t also had to remind them I was still waiting around 8:30 once I noticed 2 people who ordered after me got there food first and on top of that they forgot my order of fries 🍟 I would not recommend this location or Carls anymore whoever is working on Fridays around 8:00 October 17, 2025 need to do better my pregnant wife was disappointed as well they forgot our side and tried to make it up with a side of dessert but if they just for the order right on top of the forgetful service this would have been a okay decision to come here never again and will encourage my family to stay away from this location. Sorry but it’s the truth
