Fatburger Redondo Beach Reviews
This is my favorite Fat Burger around! It really is the Best Fat Burger! I am never ever disappointed with Fat Burger! I think Fat Burger is the best place to ever get a burger. All the places I have been, you would think i would have a spot that might be equal or close to but seriously not even the biggest competitor can hang with Fat Burger.
This place is always delicious. The food is good, customer service is on point. If I had to make a complaint it would be that their parking lot sucks [it's a corner lot and the spaces are placed a little weirdly] and their bathroom was dirty. But. We love this place!
Some of the best burgers in town. Right up there with Habit Burger. Sometimes they have great music too.
Probably one of the best ,if not the best fast food burger I've ever had .Service was great they didn't do anything to ruin the experience. Simple but effective menu and staff .
Food is always fresh And delicious. Service is 5 star for a fast good burger joint. Good music and very clean tables etc... Shakes are great and the sweet potatoe fried are cooked perfectly. You must experience it.
My favorite weekly splurge. I get the veggie Impossible with double patties and sweet potato fries. Hits the spot. They take phone orders which is convenient, not sure if the website allows Impossible orders now, but it didn't as of a couple months ago. They always have my food ready within 20 minutes, usually within 15. The employees have a sense of urgency and you can tell they are hustling. Great place all around, well done guys.
All I can say is get the chili cheese fries with extra onions. Mmmmm a meal in itself, but they have excellent milk shakes and burgers too. Good quality food for a diner. I have never had a bad experience there. You have to wait while they cook your burgers but definitely worth it.
Still has one of the best burgers you can get anywhere. This location is my favorite because I get my order to go, and right down the way on Palos Verdes Drive are the cliffs that overlook the ocean. No better place to sit and eat and enjoy a beautiful coastal sunset with a perfect burger in your hand.
Very greasy, with large beefy patties. Old school style burger. Not my favorite execution of this style of burger, but great customization options. Trying again 15 years later. Tastes the same as I remember from back then.
If you eat here you will get fat. 😂
Always a classic and fan favorite for Southern California so if you are from out of town make sure you swing by here before you go to In-N-Out
Relatively quick attention. We sat outside and one of the workers came out and gave us our food. The meal was pretty good, very tasty burger. Would recommend the skinny fries.
I went there with a couple friends. My one girlfriend ordered the impossible burger and she loved it. My buddys first time there said it was better than in n out. He ordered the Turkey burger, like a 1/4 lb burger. I was very pleased with my 1lb. xxl cheeseburger. Added bacon to it with grilled onions. Absolutely delicious. And this wasn't my 1st time here, it never disappoints. Oh shakes are bomb as well.
Great and tasty burgers. It's great that they finally renovated the place. Pro-tip, wait until the grill has been running for a few hours before getting a burger. The griddle will be seasoned for the day by then and the burgers will taste better.
Best fast food burger I found in CA so far, this spot is a lovely location to sit outside and watch the world go by too
I’ve been to many fat burgers in my life. This location in Redondo was by far the best customer service I’ve ever gotten. There was a new employee cashier and the staff was really making it easy for her. They were also closing yet made sure the fried were well done exactly how I like them. And friendly. I’m coming back here just because of that again soon.
If I could give it 5 1/2 stars 🌟 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 🌟, I would. Cajun chicken sandwich is delicious! Onion rings with barbecue sauce are the best! Service is impeccable and very friendly. They check in on you! I enjoy coming here.
The burgers are well worth the price. Shakes are awesome and flavourful. Fries are crisp and salty. These are not cheap burgers, but they are definitely worth it. Some of the most seasoned beef I've ever had from a burger joint.
The Burger and fries were so good 😋 the cook Gabriel and cashier Telma were really nice and friendly! Definitely coming again, 10/10 recommend! 🍔🍟
Probably one of my favorite burger places out there. the fries are top notch. good stuff. Bunch of cool drinks. Obviously pink lemonade is superior. The burgers are quite large, but they do pack a punch. Very good burgers. Very good fries. A nice selection in drinks. Whats not to love?
This place is one of the OG Fatburger joints. One of the originals before Fatburger blew up. I've been coming here ever since I was a kid and have been coming here ever since. Service here is friendly n awesome! The store also has gone through a remodeling, not like what it was 30 years ago before Fatburger became corporate. Order yourself a double medium fat n some fat fries to go with it. Shakes here are bomb! Made with real carnation ice cream and milk and not with the fake stuff other diners use. If u don't come for the burgers come for the shakes.... They r totally awesome! I promise!
I paid $20 for a combo, but the XL was huge. I felt like I got value compared to other burger joint. I will actually have to downside my burger next time.
So good! Massive burger. Hard to stomach the price, but it's huge. They wrap it super tight so if you get chili on it like I did, nothing falls out and it's absolutely delicious.
Delicious and consistent. That's reason to go to fatburger in general. But this location stands out to me because of the staff. I always enjoy going in there and talking to them. I can't think of another fast food place I'd ever say that about.
Great location very clean and fresh staff is amazing, happy and helpful
Burger was made to order. Fresh juicy and hot. Fat French fries hot out of the fryer. Best fast food I've had since I arrived in California.
We went to fat burger around 2:00pm as a special meal for my boyfriend’s birthday. It was a great meal, Chelsea, the woman at the counter was positive, helpful, and so sweet from the beginning. When I told her it was a birthday meal she went above and beyond to make our experience extra special. Chelsea and the cooks did great and I will be returning frequently! The burgers, fries, cookies, and drinks were all 10/10. Thank you!
It's been 20-plus years. I had a fat burger it was like I was a kid again. The crew was nice. I have to say Redondo has come along way.
I absolutely love this place. I've been coming here since highschool. You can't go wrong with the fresh shakes, fat fries and even the "original" garden burger. They smash the beef patty onto the grill so it's crispy. If you pour the fat fries onto a tray, they stay hot and crunchy. They're a great stop right next to Riviera Village. It's worth the wait time and they're always open late at night. The staff has always been friendly through all these years.
One of the better burger joints around. Plenty of size options to choose from (1/3 lb - 1.5lb). Even their smallest burger is much larger than most other places. Lots of toppings to choose from too. The food tasted great and was fresh. We like their choice of skinny or fat fries. Service was a bit slow but I think we caught them at a peak busy time for lunch on Saturday. The place could definitely use updating with much of the facilities showing some wear and tear. Parking can be challenging as there are not many spots and the lot is a bit hilly.
Fortunately, a craving for an "old school yearning" for a great burger starts with "The Original Burger Stand". The burger selection was & is a chili cheese "King Burger". It was so delicious my lady took her Fatburger back (after tasting my burger) & added chili & cheese to hers. The fries were perfect & the meal was outstanding. If you want a burger that represents excellence, Fatburger is the one. Great service, smiles from the staff beginning till we left, & quality meat & fixings. Want a great burger, just go to Fatburger, period, all stop.
Owner - gave u 5 stars, but here's the scoop - when coming in late, your staff has already cleaned the flame broiler top and doesn't tell the customer this even if they request their burger be cooked with the flame taste. When we brought it up, got attitude. Our burgers were cooked "only" on the flat grill. Should have told us at ordering that they werent gonna start off cooking our burger patties on the flame broiler.
Great burgers!!! juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Toppings were fresh and the bun held up well. The ambience is casual and fun, though a bit noisy at times. Overall, a solid spot for a satisfying meal!
We had never been to a Fatburger's, although we had heard of the chain. So we were novices. It was rather late and we had just flown in ✈️ from the East Coast. It was well past dinner time for us and we were starving. We were driving by to go to a much different restaurant, when we said let's try Fatburger's. We're glad we did! We rarely eat fast food, but we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted warmly and she helped us navigate the menu. We ordered regular burgers with lettuce, tomato, and whatever else they put on it. It was huge! Definitely not the usual fast food burger. Wish I had taken a picture of it. One burger filled us up completely! The burgers aren't cheap. But worth every penny. They're delicious! 😋
Protein burger hit my late night craving pretty well! Love that they have this as an option. Also appreciate that they have non-dairy cheese!!
This place is so clutch. As a vegan who works until 9:30pm, there is literally nothing open to eat for dinner after work. Even though this place probably uses the same grill to cook meat, its still alright. They have one vegan option and it's delicious. The price is $15 for one burger which is outrageous but hey I'll still pay that shit if it means I dont starve for the night. Thanks Fatburger🩷
Everyone at this location seems like they are related. They had such a rhythm and positive attitude. I will come back for that reason alone. My chili burger was great. Cut in half like I requested. The wait was short. The location was clean. Easy parking in the back of the restaurant. They also helped me with my bad Spanish.
For what it is, HUGE tasty burgers, it's difficult to beat. If you're very hungry or are just craving a REALLY GOOD burger for less than $15, this the place to go. As a bonus, they offer gluten free bread. If only they served grass fed beef
The burger here was pretty good; the patty actually tasted seasoned. I second that this is waaay better than In n Out. However, I was disappointed that this one doesn’t keep the vegan shakes (I know, I’m a rooster illusion).
It's fatburger. Expectations are minimum. But the cheese is never melted and sometimes the burgers aren't labeled. The Fries are always delicious. Just wish they had better management. Ok 11.25 for a vegan milkshake is ridiculous.
Hard to believe there are not long lines for this BEST FAST FOOD BURGER by far in the South Bay. It's a little more expensive than all the others, but the size and quality of the burgers are much better, and on a per ounce basis they're less expensive. If anyone should want to give a bad review to Fatburger it's me, as their lack of proper railing and lighting outside led to me suffering a terrible fall a few years ago totally rupturing my achilles tendon (they have since repaired & improved the lighting. I could have sued and won a lot of money per my attorney and former D.A. sister, but I don't believe in doing that). Bottom line this is a really good burger and fat fries!
Im from out of state but this is by far the best burgers I've had. I was a little disappointed however because I was missing a order of fries. When going back in they were willing to make another order of fries but I had to catch a flight... anyone who has flown LAX knows what you have to go through to get on your flight on time. It didn't seem to me that they were busy so I was a little disappointed.
Great burgers but overpriced. I LOVED MY REAL ICE CREAM OREO SHAKE!! The onion rings do not use the kind of breading that I like. In fact, I caught myself halfway through eating them, and realized I was only continuing to eat them because I had paid for them. I decided to throw away the other half since I don’t like their breading, and surely I would receive enough calories from the Oreo Shake and the burger! 🤣🤣🤣 If you like their breading, I’m sure you’d like these onion rings, because otherwise, they were great: fresh AND hot! But why were they served with ranch dressing?? I tried dipping one in ranch and gagged🤣🤣—whichI rarely do—and I like ranch dressing!!🤣🤣 I guess I don’t really like their ranch dressing too much, or at least not when used in that way. It might be acceptable on a salad, but I’m skeptical. Don’t take my word for it, but it seemed a bit thin. I prefer to go to Steve’s Charburger on Anza in Torrance and save $5-$10/adult meal on my order. (PLUS there is plenty of free parking there, the building is more roomy, and the entire property is totally flat.) Reasons why I recommend NOT bringing a person in a wheelchair to this Fat Burger location—at least not inside: (see the rest in wheelchair accessibility comments below. Disclaimer-I don’t use a WC (WC=wheelchair, not water closet!🤣), but I grew up frequently visiting and going out with an aunt & uncle who used electric WCs. I also had a manual WC as an adult for 6 weeks while on a non-weight bearing doctor’s order.) When you line up to order inside this Fat Burger location, it’s extremely narrow (I don’t think it’s wide enough for two adults to stand shoulder to shoulder), and has a sharp left turn into a corridor of seemingly the same narrowness after ordering to go find your table. So, I do not think a dragontail chair would be able to make this corner. However, this is only a guess, as I didn’t make any measurements, and my experience with dragontail chairs is very limited—not mine or a loved one’s—just observing a classmate for one year. I don’t know if a regular electric wheelchair would be able to make this turn. It feels iffy. To use the bathroom, you have to negotiate additional turns and 1-2 more narrow corridors like the ones described above. I didn’t use the bathroom, so I don’t have any idea if they’re accessible. If your person in the chair doesn’t feel the need to come inside the tiny, cramped building, and they don’t need to use the bathroom, then by all means, bring them here to enjoy the delicious food! I hope that the business owner replies by posting pictures **with measurements** proving that I’m horribly wrong about all of the fears that I have about the possibility that this restaurant may not be navigable by electric wheelchairs. 😍😍
Had to leave before I got the order because it took too long. It was not busy. Clerk was nice and polite but could not void the order and was flustered. Now I have to try to go back and get a refund with my receipt. I'm sure that will be an adventure. I returned a couple of days later and the service was prompt and efficient. They apologized and honored the receipt and gave the food I never got previously.
It is open late. Be careful when you order. I was not aware how many things are optional, like a fried egg. By the time I was done, my burger was over $10. It was good, hot, but since it was my second time (my first time, everything was ordered for me) I ordered what I thought was "basic". Know the costs of what you're ordering. Otherwise, a little slow but tasty.
Great food! Good service! However last week when we were in there to pick up the food; they served a person who had did not have a mask on and no shoes. This person was not homeless as he was driving a very nice car. Basically the individual was trying to make a point about not having a mask on. Unfortunately this doesn't protect other patrons when they are in there to pick up their meals.
Love it! Just not cheap 😆 I don’t remember what day me and my cousin went out to get food for the night after midnight 12:00a.m. We were thinking about getting some McDonald’s but we saw the drive-through line. It was too packed so we decided to go to Taco Bell. We get there and the drive-through packed also we ended up going to Fatburger. Guess what, It was empty not to busy 😂🤷♂️👍🏽
Good food. Way over priced. A double burger, small fry and small drink cost $22.00
Good enough for us to come here once a week or more. I like the Burgers here and recommend.
Waaaaaaay better than In N Out. I had the Large 1/2 lb Kingburger and Fat Fries. Big and tasty. Almost couldn't finish the whole meal. Free refills on drinks. Dining room and bathrooms were ok but a bit dirty. It was after 11pm so not gonna bag on the too hard. Only other minor complaint is that our party of 5 all ordered at the same time and the last couple members of our group didn't get their food until after some of us had finished eating.
It's been years since I have had Fatburger, we heard they were changing their name to SkinnyBurger. The food was good but it took 30 minutes to get and way overpriced. I don't think I will be coming back here anymore, there are just too many places to get a decent burger at a better price and quicker.
My burger was good. The ice cream kind of tasted off, it took me almost 15 min to get my food. The fries were so burned that it was like eating crackers. I personally won't be coming back to this fat burger.
I enjoyed the burger. The fries were awesomely hot. My son was going to order more with some shakes, but ended up just getting the shakes because the lady at the counter was too quick to pick up a phone call while she was taking his order. He felt she was a little short with him. He may be over sensitive perhaps but it made him reduce his order.
Ordered to go, I picked up the bag and the bottom was soaked with grease. I had to ask for another bag to prevent it from breaking open. The food was good but not great. The cashier was not overly friendly, had a robot like personality.
Slow service - restaurant dirty tables no place clean to sit - ice machine NO ICE for drinks $20:00 for burger drink fries !!! Get ur act together 😡😡😡😡
This place can be really tasty, but usually when it's not busy. Try to give them a break and come when it isn't peak mealtime, you'll must likely enjoy the food more.
I came with friends late at night on a Thursday. They took the orders and got the food out fine. They just messed up on my friend's burger. My friend went back to get a new burger & they messed up on the burger a second time. And at that point, we had taken the burger home so we couldn't exchange it. Their first error was adding relish when told not to. The second error was putting raw onions when grilled onions were requested. Overall, it made the experience a poor one.
Food was delicious and service was good. But the restroom was disgusting. They need to clean their restroom.
The most mediocre thing ever. The food was nothing to write home about and my brothers chicken burger was just plain bad. The best thing was the huge onion rings but even they werent nothing amazing. Plus i couldnt understand the girl operating the register and i had to ask what she was saying multiple times.
We understand that real estate is expensive here in the area but this is overpriced. The flavor is okay, but maybe if they lower the price they’d have more business and not have a problem paying for rent. Onion rings are like $1 a piece, small portion. $16.50 for a burger and onion rings… plus a $ four cheese add tax and it’s $20 per person. I can go get a gourmet burger for that. Oh yea they forgot my tomatoes had to get it on the side
The chicken sandwich was rubbery, and tasted burnt. The fries are good, and the meal was ready right on time. I guess it is best to stick to burgers here.
Food was not bad, but a little underwhelming - especially for the price. Customer service was terrible. Several employees ran into or dropped things against me rushing around the store. I ordered chili cheese fries, but was brought normal fries. When I told the server of the error, she checked the order, came back, and told me I had normal fries. Didn't fix my order, didn't apologize.
Been coming here long but this time for the first time I went in the bathroom and I almost threw up from the disgusting smell as it was so bad I had to have a change of clothes when I got home. Its obvious that they don't clean the bathrooms properly using bleach or at this point it really needs to be remodeled with new Toilet and sink and tiles , everything in there should be replaced as they look as old as the pyramids. I asked for medium well and they burnt my burger to point it was crunchy. Place needs an overhaul for sure.
Doordash order- burgers, fries, one VEGAN shake for me; one VANILLA shake (dairy) for someone else. The shakes arrive, looking very similar and one is marked with a "v". We did not know if this meant vegan or vanilla and called the restaurant for clarification. They first told me "v is for vanilla" , then "Oh, v is for vegan" and finally admitted they did not really know. I am extremely lactose intolerant and will get very ill if I consume milk, so strike out for the shake I thought I was going to have.. Fatburger is concerned enough about food allergies to mention the vegan shake contains nuts, but apparently there is no real policy in place for other food sensitivities. PLEASE mark your food properly- and while I am at it, do not reuse a blender cup used for regular shakes for non-dairy. You could kill someone. The burgers themselves were overcooked to the extreme and flavorless and dry, not how I remember Fatburger. They literally had holes in them, that's how overcooked they were. All and all a sad meal.
Turkey burger is inconsistent. A few weeks ago, it tasted fresher and seasoned. This time, it tasted freezer burned and unseasoned. Unfortunately, I don't feel like I can go there for a good turkey burger.
I understand these are trying times! Most of us are relying on takeout establishments to feed our families. With that said, this place is HORRIBLE. Took 45 mins to get our food with 1 other customer in the store. After driving 20 mins back to my house, come to find that Everything on the order was wrong and inedible. I called and ask for them to have the manager help me, and he refused to do anything. So I have to go out to a different restaurant and get my family food. The corporate office should look into how they are treating their customers and hire people who desperate need a job to work your store. The entire staff should be ashamed of themselves for how they are acting during this crisis.
Sad to say.... this once proud "King" size burger joint is nothing more than a highly overpriced failing business. Not worth existence! The worst 😫 staffing and management I've encountered in my adult life. Phone ordered a turkey burger at 5:35 PM, arrived 15 minutes later and paid for my order. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, no food. Sat down to wait (walk with a cane recovering from fractured femur). Sat patiently for another 15 minutes. I saw 3 phone orders served to those arriving after me, still no food. Finally asked to speak with the person on charge. The shift supervisor came out to listen to my issue. I asked for a valid explanation why my order was not ready considering it was ordered at 5:35. I shower her the call log on my phone. She left to investigate and found my order sitting on the counter. Sitting there prepared even before I arrived to pay. The audacity of incompetence was exacerbated by the shift lead and the staff followed suit. I was given my food, now in excess of 40 minutes old and was told sorry. I turned to walk away in total disgust but stopped and asked for compensation for the grievous error. Nothing was offered, I became insulted. Giving me old, cold food and expecting "I'm sorry" corrects the a situation. HARDLY CLOSE!!! loss of job and management training in customer service is in urgent need @ Fatburger Redondo Beach. I debated compensatory suggestions from me, not management. After a few minutes she offered to make fresh. That should have been first and foremost, in addition to adding an inducement to entice the customer to leave in a positive mindset. This incompetent manager took my burger, cashed out my order and was about to hand me cash when the clerk couldn't process the return because it was paid with a card. Manager assured me it was credited back to my card and again walked away fir the fourth time. I asked again I'd like a fresh burger she had the nerve to charge me. I was shall I say enraged by now. I turned to the line that had formed behind (5 customers deep) and informed the line not to order as the will not give you your food. I stood my ground and the shift leader finally prepared the burger. I have not verified thee removal of t he charge from my card; however I am 100% positive the charge remains on my card. Dispute here I come. Stay away far away go away. One thing for sure, your food will never go away BECAUSE they don't give it to you. Ashamed to say I once worked for this (one-time) proud LA institution. DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!
I was double-charged for my meal which wasn't that big of a deal and I understand it happens from time to time, but what I was extremely disappointed with was the customer service when I tried to call back in. Chelsea was the one that was helping me. She was very uncooperative and kept telling me to call my bank instead of trying to deal with the situation and oh, I'm not sure if she was super busy at work and that's why there was a lack of respect and politeness on their part. To say the least I was disappointed, I called up in a pretty good mood and left feeling pretty shocked with the way they handled the situation. Like I said I understand mistakes happen but I was surprised at the response I got when I asked for a refund from manager Chelsea. I am a business owner myself and would be very disappointed if my workers conducted themselves as such.
Fatburger used to be the business, especially for late nights. After several years of not going to a Fatburger, I decided to give this place a try because their vegan Maui shake sounded amazing. I got a turkey burger combo and a shake. The shake cost $11.25. After they gave it to me, I had to ask for the coconut whipped cream, which was the whole reason I ordered it. The girl said they didn't have any then another workers as she gave me a tiny bit of whipped cream. Like, not even the size of a quarter. The shake wasn't even edible. 1 sip and it went straight into the trash. I ordered my burger with no pickles. It was full of pickles. They also charged me $1.25 for cheese. My whole meal was over $30. With the burger and shake in the trash, I paid $30 to eat decent fries for dinner. The interior is thrashed and was not clean. Considering there was no crowd, someone should have been out in the dining room cleaning. When I went to sit down to wait for my food, the leather on the seat was ripped, taped over, then ripped back open. This place should close down.
We ordered a hamburger and after an hour of back and forth with the hamburger because they are unable to get the order correct, the manager on site yelled at me cuz he said he made it exactly the way it was ordered which it wasn't and then the cashier said that she can't read my mind. This is the worst service ever. If I was at corporate, I would be embarrassed to say I worked there with employees like this
After moving to the great state of California I soon tried Fat Burger and instantly became a big fan! As someone with celiac disease, I greatly appreciated Fat Burger’s gluten free bun option. My appreciation for Fat Burger grew further when I went with a vegan friend one night and realized the menu featured an entire vegan milkshake section! To say the least, I loved Fat Burger for its accommodation of various dietary restrictions/lifestyle preferences. I spoke extremely highly of it and vehemently defended its honor when having the classic California burger debate (Fatburger versus In-n-Out) with friends, family, and coworkers. But, alas, this love affair with Fat Burger all came crashing down on a fateful Saturday night at the Redondo Beach location. I visited that location with a friend, who also happens to have a gluten allergy. We both ordered identical burgers on gluten free buns, which were soon brought out to our table (thank goodness we chose to dine in, rather than carrying out and waiting to discover the impending disaster until we got home.) Anywho, I was two bites deep into my burger when my friend (who had not started eating) realized that my bun looked different from hers. We suspected that these two burgers were not on gluten free buns, but rather one was and the other was on a normal bun. My friend brought our burgers to the counter to investigate and as it turns out, my partially eaten burger was indeed on a glutinous bun. That was very upsetting news for me, someone with celiac disease. But alas, gluten had been ingested and the damage was done. There was nothing I could do aside from wait and see how bad this gluten episode would be. We patiently waited to be delivered a new burger on a gluten free bun. I was partially expecting a manager to come offer some token of apology, but none came. Instead, the only olive branch that was extended was the new burger, on a gluten free bun. Except, this burger was not quite new. IT WAS THE EXACT SAME BURGER PARTS, MY TWO BITE MARKS INCLUDED, ON A GLUTEN FREE BUN. I repeat: the staff literally took the patty, cheese, etc., from the original burger, all of which was cross contaminated from the original bun, and put it on a gluten free bun. This blatant cross contamination felt like severe incompetency, especially from an establishment that is typically accommodating of dietary restrictions. To say the least, I was very disappointed and I am not proud to admit this but I did eat the burger. I figured that cross contamination would be no worse than eating a quarter of a glutinous bun, plus I needed to fuel my body before a long night at Tower 12, another classic South Bay establishment. Now I am typing this and waiting to feel the damage of gluten on my fragile celiac body. Pray for me, I don’t want to have to become acquainted with the T12 bathroom.
Incredible lack of service. Order your 6 dollar shake without whip cream and you get much less than you paid for. 24 bucks for a small burger, fries, and a shake that is already halfway empty before you can even taste it is not worth your trip. Sad.
The worst. .I will Never return or recommend it! I went the other day and got a kids' meal/ turkey burger. Went today today to order the same, and I couldn't because I have to get a 1/3 pound burger. Because they only make small beef burgers. Everyone doesn't eat beef! I always have an issue at Fat Burger getting a smaller burger they want me to get something I don't want or is too much for me to eat! That's why I will Never return to any fatburger because of their ridiculous customer service. All thumbs down!!
This is the first time I have eaten here. My bf got a burger and I got tenders. I felt like the tenders were undercooked so didn’t eat them. They had a rubbery texture and didn’t break apart right when you bite into them. The fries were cold and had no salt. My bf ate most of his burger. Today he had to take the day off work because he got food poisoning. The food there that gets made and doesn’t get eaten should be discarded after an hour or something because it seems we had been served food that already rotted throughout the day and since we ordered at night that’s what they gave us. Will never go here again and I’m shocked there are so many good reviews.
12/30/25 Tasted unclean, not kosher.
Stopped by with my brother last week. We both asked in tg3 evening for our burgers to be flamed broiled. The cook completely ignored our request and gave us cooked burgers from the flat grill. He also mouthed a bunch stuff about how he all do it the way he wants and trying to get his side work done. My brother says he will never go back to his local neighborhood fatburger. Way to go , u lost a family of 5 for life and I'm sure he all tell his friends in the neighborhood
How difficult is it to read the online order details!! When I picked up my food, the place was empty!! So why was my order not correct??? I'm extremely upset that I wasted my gas, time and my cheat meal on this place! They did not read my order details!! No wheat bun and the egg came solid! Not to mention the ice tea is fermented!! This is not what I paid for! What a waste!!
