Mackay's Donuts Redondo Beach Reviews
I love my neighborhood donut shop. It has been owned and operated by the same devoted couple for many years. The donuts are awesome, but try the sandwiches, made fresh to order. They're really good. Buttermilk glazed rocks
There's been a donut shop here for as long as I can remember. It changed names a while ago, but I got to go back recently, and they've still got great, fluffy, reasonably priced donuts, and friendly service! Hit the spot.

Best doughnuts I have ever had, good breakfast sandwiches, good ice cream and nice employees. Been coming in for fifteen years. It's a bit of a hole in the wall but its a typical doughnut shop.
Freshest donuts! My coworkers prefer these over the more famous competitors
Great ham and cheese croissants. My family and I have gone here for over 20 years
It’s our favorite donut shop! Also, their ham and cheese croissants are delicious!
Love the donuts, pastries and coffee here. Also, the breakfast sandwiches are delicious. Super friendly service
I LOVE finding one-of-a-kind creations at independent shops like Mackay's... in this case, I discovered the ONLY Blueberry Old-Fashioned I've ever encountered (100+ shops and countinggg...). I'd say it was slightly "well done", aka "overfried", which was a pleasant surprise on top of an already pleasant surprise.
The best donuts in the South Bay and LA! It is your typical hole in the wall, strip mall donut shop. Beware, they sell out quickly. The simple glazed donut is the best I have ever had.
These donuts are honestly the best donuts I've ever had. They're so soft and delicious. My boyfriend and I bought two and went to our car only to go right back in and buy two more as soon as we finished the first ones. We couldn't get enough. Amazing donuts at a great price!
Donuts are pretty good here. Almost too good because I gained weight by having a couple of them, LOL! Won't be having any donuts in the near future. Not because I don't like them I just don't like what they do to my Belly!

This place looks like your average local donut shop. They have breakfast burritos and bagel sandies as well. Bagel Bacon Egg and Cheese was good. Nothing special but the bagel was soft and tasted good. The one that surprised me is the Raisin Bread. It was excellent. Not flaky but fantastic flavor.

Nice family folks, great service, nothing fancy but the doughnuts are good and so was the coffee. They have egg sandwiches as well. Nice to sit in the morning. I'll be back!
They can see me coming! Every time I pull up they see me and one heads to the cutting board. My wife and I like to buy 6 breakfast sandwiches on Sunday mornings, they make them very quickly and very good! Prices are reasonable, but the best part is seeing how quickly they work while still attending to every other customer that comes in behind me.

Go early. Once they run out they don't replenish. It was my first time and the lady who was working took a while to come out. She was wearing her airpods and made me feel like I was interrupting her personal time. Not friendly at all. Donuts were fine...
Mediocre at best. I had the #6 breakfast sandwich: egg, ham, bacon and cheese. The croissant was very dry. Who puts mustard on a breakfast sandwich? Iced coffee was okay, but kind of bland. Donut holes were edible, but by far not the greatest. Kind of dry and the frosting lacked flavor. This place could definitely use some improvements.
It's hot or miss. Valentine's morning they didn't have fresh donuts. They sold donuts from the day before and by 8 decided some more were being made in the back. When they are fresh I like their red velvet donuts and their crossnuts
Decent selection of donuts, no complaints yet I wasn't wowed. My cake donut with chocolate icing and colored sprinkles hit the spot. The strawberry-banana smoothie tasted and smelled like bubblegum. The blended part in the mango boba was flavorful but the boba itself tasted like old hard gummies. Will probably never go back, Moon Donuts in South Redondo is hard to beat. Thank you, next.
