I LOVE the fact that they DONT play back ground music at this place. What a peace of mind when I come here! I do not love however, the fact that one of the napkin dispenser is right above the trash. Just kind of shows a lack of care for customers needs. Giving 5 stars regardless, because I believe they will change that : )

I love all what Paris Baguette has. The pastries, cakes, breads...all of it! And i love even more when they finally open their branch in 63rd-Queens Boulevard which just walking distance from my home! Almost every evening me and my husband went to Paris Baguette as our tea time ☕🍰, and everytime i went there i bought the different one cos i wanna taste it all ! And i just can say, whatever i choose, it always make my day! 😋😄

The bakery items are great. The people working here are also very nice, so that’s always a plus. They try to take care of customers most of the time. Only one recommendation is that not a lot of items are available after 5pm, so inventory can be improved. Other than that, it’s a wonderful place to enjoy coffee and take a break from the hectic day.

Have been at this location multiple times Stuff is always friendly and today I wish I have asked for the name of the lady who looked at me and noticed that I was in rush and took care of me super fast. Every pastry is delicious ! I wish they had parking space .

The things inside the store are fresh and I love to go there whenever I go to rego park or the surrounding area. The thing that i ordered was a mango lemonade refresher and it tastes wonderful. The food, service and atmosphere are all wonderful.

Amazing. Self serve pastries all along the wall so you’re not feeling rushed! The ham and cheese croissant was delicious, as was the chocolate croissant. The espresso was brewed perfectly and they use Italian beans. Not super cozy but the products make up for it.

this place has some of the best pastries I have ever had in the Rego Park area, the only con about this place is that you pretty much have to show up early because the pastries tend to fly off the proverbial shelf fast, so by late afternoon you might not find your favorite pastry. I have been here quite a few times after stopping by citibank or bed, bath and beyond and I always look forward to the delicious french pastry smell as soon as I cross the entrance door. give this place a try, you won't regret it!

Place is on a very good location it is very close to the 63rd subway station. They have variety of choices for their food. Staff on the counter are very friendly and they work fast.

Paris Baguette is one of our absolute favorite shops for pastries and cakes! Today we tried the Coconut Mango Cake, the Holiday Special French Chocolate Roll, and a new Fig Jam & Cream Layer pastry and oh my god, everything was beyond delicious. The sweetness is perfectly balanced, the textures are soft and fresh, and the flavors are spot on. The Coconut Mango Cake remains our all-time favorite, so light and yummy every single time. And of course, their croissants 🥐 are always super flaky, buttery, and just perfect. If you love fresh pastries and creative cakes, this place is a must-visit!

I tried the Blueberry Chiffon slice cake and it was great —what a treat! Light, airy, and not overly sweet, with just the right pop of blueberry flavor. The texture was melt-in-your-mouth soft, and it looked as beautiful as it tasted. Perfect with a coffee break or to satisfy that dessert craving. I have been here a few times now and every time the customer service has been so great. Everyone is polite and respectful. All the things I've tried have been delicious. Today I picked up a cake for my daughter's birthday and it was absolutely delicious. So moist ,fresh and flavorful. I also love their donut twists and their sandwiches. Great selection of items. I will definitely be going back.

Heavenly deliciousness fresh, and pairs well with hot chocolate 🍫, half & half drink, definitely worth the visit for an indulge of a special treat!💝 The cream inside is oozing with savory, fluffy, luscious, and delectable flavorsome taste!!!!🤗 The hazalnut coffee is great too! The chocolate version cake, though, is something on the healthier taste version and not on the exception of sugar sweet, could be better. However, it is great for someone looking towards a "diet" version pastry to try whilst trying to preserve caloric and sugar intake.

Small bakery with only five or six tables lined up along a wall but with good french pastries and cakes. Unfortunately despite the name you won't find baguettes for sale to Paris Baguette in Rego Park and in fact after 4-5 PM not many pastries for sale either.

Not too many truly French pastries, however, the quality is above average. Their bread options in sandwiches are limited. The organic chicken salad is very good. The coffee is very good, too, also the green tea latte. I highly recommend their organic peach tea.

Small place but polite staff and the pastries and cakes are great! Bought about 4 cakes for chaos events there this year, and we're in the same neighborhood as Morning Glory where the cake offerings are few but delicious. A local resident occasionally eschewing a trusted independent bakery, for a chain...that's saying something!

Good stuff, tasty food. The seats and tables are not cleaned appropriately. Not disgusting, but not very clean. They have really good variety of virtually everything. The cake is good. The croissants are good. The taste is excellent.

The inside is nice and clean, and the employees are friendly enough. But the selection of baked goods is not consistent in the amount of options compared to other Paris Baguette stores that I have visited. I usually see the shelves only half filled.

I recently visited Paris Baguette and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and attentive service. The decor was chic and modern, with comfortable seating areas and a cozy atmosphere.

Heaven comes in Pastries. Lovely place tuck away. Lovely delights. Great selection of treats. Super clean, not much sitting room, but the coffee is good. Try the Peach ice tea. Heavenly.

Liked this Paris Baguette, do not be fooled by the name it is a KOREAN bakery. The only thing about this location is after 6/7 pm their choices are very limited while other locations still have a lot of pastries still available. Also some cakes you have to order through the phone instead of just getting it at the store, again not as other locations.

Great food and desserts. There horchata iced beverage was awesome. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is because the staff don't seem knowledgeable at their job.

Had the cheese tart really sweet the inside of the tart kind of decended in my mouth and the crust wasn't hard it was soft. Had the green tea lightly sweetened. Staff was nice.☺️

At PB, you grab a tray and tongs and select the baked items you'd like from the display. The items vary from sweet pastries like croissants or buns to savory items with sausage, cheese or egg options. When you bring your tray to the register, they'll bag each item for you They also offer cakes, cake slices, salads and sandwiches. My personal favorites are any of their peanut pastries and the iced milk coffee. A welcome addition to Rego Park.

I like this place. Food is good and the employees are welcoming. My only issue is their coffees. It's never the same. Either is way too milky or too strong. I like surprises but when it's about coffee, not really. Overall, this coffee place is very good.

I love this spot. Everything I've tried, I have loved. The food & bakery goods are always fresh. The staff is friendly, quick & efficient. It's a small location with limited seating, but I usually just take my things to go. It doesn't have private parking available, but there's a public parking structure around the corner for a fee. I definitely recommend this place.

French Bakery in Rego Park. Amazing place for any time of the day. Breakfast with coffee or any other breakfast drinks with croissants any kind ,many options of pastries or a sandwich. For lunch or dinner big choice of salads or different kinds of sandwiches. They also have bread if you want to take one home.

It is small and yet although their menu is limited, the quality seems pretty good. Much better than Dunkin Donuts which is right next door.

So far I ate there twice I have no complaints, it clean coffee great and my sandwich good.

I had the worse matcha latte... It tasted like just milk with the tinnnnniiest taste of matcha. Maybe should change the recipe in making it, the pastries are relatively good. Sometimes there's only one cashier so the line gets really long, but the staffs service are nice.

Paris Baguette is always a safe bet for a nice coffee or tea with a pastry. They don’t have a bathroom in here fyi. The croissant was flaky and delicious. This location does not have the same selection as other paris baguettes but still enough options. The chocolate chip cookie was ok and there are better places to get them. Overall, 3.5 stars.

Not the cleanest location, but very convenient near the subway. It’s better to go in the morning before too many people accidentally touch the pastries. Make sure to check the dates on the bread—they don’t toss out expired items.

The sales display weren't ready and it was nearly an hour after opening, so it was a limited selection. The employees didn't greet like they should have. The register rebooted in the middle of transaction, so customers had to wait longer. The tAste of the coffee and especially the pastry wasn't very impressive. I probably won't visit this location again.

Sadly, the store never carries enough cakes or tarts. Everytime I call, they never have what I need. Not a good place to pick up and go. The Dine-In area is also small and hardly any available seats at this location.

Paris Baguette USED to be better. Like any company, They continue to downgrade and put quantity over quality. I’ve provided a side by side of how my favorite cake for a “Traditional” birthday cake every year went to the blandest version. Imagine my shock when this is what I opened the box to. Walked in to a long a narrow cafe. Along the right were all sorts of danishes, baked goods and pre packed sandwiches. When I arrived at the counter I order a mocha frappe and an iced coffee in addition to the honey mustard chicken sandwich I grabbed. $20.40 I stepped to the side and waited 15 min (I checked the clock and had already stepped up to cancel my order). In the 15 min it was chaos behind the counter. People reaching over each other, not knowing what was happening. 4 people who ordered after me were served before I was. I watched the girl who was sweeping and cleaning the dining area, step behind the counter and start preparing coffee… no gloves were being worn while cleaning and none while preparing the coffees, so it was a bit of a turn off to see this… I mean did she wash her hands? My Frappe was eh. Not enough to return. The chicken sandwich was actually pretty satisfying and tasted fresh. Overall, I wouldn’t return to this location. The wait was too long and I was unimpressed and definitely left wondering if hands were washed while preparing my drinks.

I purchased a sandwich to eat on the run. While eating the sandwich I bit into a piece of hard plastic and ate part of it. I saved the the rest and returned it. They didnt offer a refund and the manager wasnt there to solve this issue. It wasnt handled properel and they werent courteous to offer any solutions as to the problem. I dont think it will ever eat in this establishment again.

Very bad service from the barista, she has a bad attitude, it seems that she is giving you what you are asking for, she complains about the clients, and the cashier does not pay attention to what you ask for, what horrible service they offer.

Before you go there or order online, make sure what you are ordering is in stock. Whenever we go or order online, none of the products are in stock. We ordered 10 different items and none of them were in stock.

The girl behind the counter is very slow and has 0 to none customer service skills. She should not be working in a customer oriented environment. Very request is being taken as something too much to ask for. Not coming back to this location.

Literally the worst, save yourself and go elsewhere. I went to buy a quick coffee and snack and the staff was so rude. Half of the shelves are empty, the cake I ordered had a weird smell to it and the coffee was SO bitter and made completely wrong from the way I ordered it. There was a weird sticky stain on the floor too that messed up the bottom of my shoes. The tables were dirty and not properly cleaned. Safe to say I WASTED MY MONEY HERE AND WONT BE RETURNING!

Gave us the wrong cake (a holiday cake) and did not do anything about it. 30 minutes away and too close to our daughter's birthday party time, plus bad weather- we could not drive back and waste more time. We ended up getting a cake from a local bakery down the block because we cannot serve a reindeer on a birthday party. Customer service is very off putting. We often get cakes from there, never again.

I made the mistake of coming back here thinking maybe they improved. Instead I got a slice of cake with a moldy piece of chocolate that I immediately spit out. I should have stopped right there but instead I ate the cake anyway since it tasted ok.... Until I found myself dying of pain in the toilet hours later. Don't go here unless you want food poisoning. And to the management: stop putting literal moldy expired chocolate Paris baguette logos on your cakes. If you can't be bothered to have fresh ones then just use paper ones that people won't eat. Disgusting. 🤢

My mom-in-law went to Paris Baguette today around 11:30 AM. Bought $19 of stuff. She gave the cashier $20 expecting $1 in change. She stood around the counter for at least 2 minutes and no change was returned! She is not an English speaker and could not complain. She was not even offered a receipt. These people are dishonest Crooks! Do NOT give this place any extra money!

On February 9, 2025, I purchased a blueberry yogurt cake from the Rego Park location and was disappointed to find it had mold. I have been a loyal customer of Paris Baguette, but this experience has made me reconsider future purchases. Selling expired products raises serious quality control concerns. I hope management takes steps to ensure better product freshness and customer safety moving forward.

This place has sanitary issues. I come only for coffee now and again, I whiteness a few people use their hands to put back a slice of cake. Either while waiting in line to purchase or actually sitting down and then deciding they want another flavor, that is just gross.. Old review: DONT LET PATRONS TOUCH THE CAKES. I just watched a woman buy a blueberry, then take it from her tray, put it back in the display and take a strawberry, fully touching the fruit on top. Disgusting.

The cashier was so RUDE I was waiting for the app to load and you could tell she gets annoyed by waiting. Not a great start in the morning to experience someone like that maybe she needs to work a later shift. I also asked her on why my reward is discounting the cheapest pastry when she could’ve discounted one of the expensive ones. I have been a member for awhile and been using the app for awhile, not a great experience with this location management need to train staff

I had to put 1 star just to write my experience. I have been trying to place an order for 2 days, but NO ONE answered my call. It's very sad to say because their pastries are very delicious. Unfortunately, their call center service is also very unprofessional they ask you to leave a message, and NO ONE has responded back. I understand they have a web page, but you need to pick it up the same day and ASAP.

They gave me a rancid old cake. It was so unfortunate because I bought it for someone’s birthday and we had to find a new cake last minute. I’m just glad I didn’t cut into it before tasting. I did appreciate being able to get a refund, but all in all, serving old cakes just isn’t right

Hi, I have been going to this place since the time they opened and I really like all their products. But today I was really disappointed with the staff. As usual Sunday evening, I went their with my 3 years old daughter to buy some stuff.afterer we entered my daughter said she needs to use the rest room. So I got my regular stuff and I requested the counter staff that my daughter really need yo use a rest room.and if she can . The guy at the counter just refused blindly. I was shocked with his reaction as I can see the rest room right behind the counter. I am really disappointed... its so inhuman and unsensible.

I came here at 8:30 expecting to buy different pastries for my guests and found almost empty shelves. I suppose the display must be full at the opening. Disappointed. By the way, this location does not have a restroom.

They put meat in the 4 Cheese Quiche that according to the Uber Eats description and the Paris Baguette site DOES NOT contain meat!!! I am vegetarian and I couldn’t eat it. I didn’t notice until I already took two bites. I’m pretty sure the meat was ham also. Some people have religious requirements to not eat ham. You NEED to follow the recipes that are consistent to every Paris Baguette location, and/or accurately list the ingredients and allergens. The Uber Eats description: “ 370 Cal. I bought this coffee at 3:53 pm I specific order and paid extra for almond milk cause I’m intolerant, the guy, of course, didn’t pay attention to my order and mixed the coffee with regular milk, please make sure your people working in there are careful to this requirements, some people like me we are allergic and now I do not feel well. If you see the pictures is so white coffee and the flavor is fatty. For sure is not almond milk.

Bad experience!!! We bought strawberry chocolate cake, some pastries and coffee. The cake was rotten and moldy as shown in the photo!! After taking a bite I tasted rotten flavour then I found mold was in the cake !! I threw up right away!! It was really bad experience!!Please check your food before you put in your mouth.
