This new location is much easier to get in and out of. Parking is more available, and it's within a block of the old location. Of course, it's more modern with better lighting. The kitchen area is larger to accommodate more workers. It seemed relatively busy in the dining area, though no one was at the counter to help customers.

This Starbucks is great, drive through and dine in are awesome. Sure it's busy at times, but...everyone is always happy, eager to help and my orders are always 100% right. Great job Altamonte Starbucks.

The barista team is what makes this starbucks awesome. Order is always right and it's super impressive when most of them know your name and you always mobile order. Love coming here! Fav Starbucks in altamonte area.

Great place to do work and school, very spacious, and comfy tables and chairs. Plenty of outlets and free wifi. Good drinks and food. The staff make you feel welcome and are always smiling and friendly. I took away one star because my only complaint is the music is WAY too loud. This makes it hard to have a conversation and those who are on work calls are yelling over the music, so it makes the environment even louder. Also, my other recommendation with the music is to shuffle the songs (don’t play 15 Taylor Swift songs in a row and then 15 Christmas songs in a row, and then some random banjo music). Thank you!

Sometimes the employees are very welcoming, but there have been times I was ignored. It's been a mixed bag, but to their defense, it's been all positive recently. I will update my rating accordingly, if it continues to be positive.

As always, the PSL is wonderful and the people were very nice and apologetic for the wait. It was a little weird that I was the only person in line and it still took about 5 minutes for them to get my order. I thought they must've been busy in the drive thru, but... and that's the big reason for this review... there is NO DRIVE THRU. So, if you're in a hurry, maybe try a different one.

I don’t know what happened, but in the last month and a half they’ve been messing up my order, and I get online so I can’t fix in store. I get a grande every time and there is over an inch of room at the top like it’s a tall size in a grande cup, and I order white mocha, but lately it’s almost always regular mocha which tastes really different and bitter. I guess I’ll take the hint and stop ordering from this location because who can afford to keep getting a $9 drink and it be wrong 😭 Edit: happened again 😑 guess it’s my fault for trying you again. Please pay more attention to mocha vs WHITE mocha. The Reg mocha tastes like acidic dirt.

My drink is not very good, I wanted the pecan crunch latte they no longer serve that due to the season. They couldnt tell me what best would be like it they also did NOT write on my cup.

Been a huge fan of the pink drink for years. However this location turned me away today. The drink was very sour. Come to find a moldy strawberry. No thanks.
