The lady that help me at the register to place my order was very nice. I wish I remember her name. She was extremely polite and great customer service skills 👏.
I had an amazing experience at Chick-fil-A thanks to Andre. I went in to order a breakfast sandwich and ran into a problem with my order, but Andre immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to help. He took the time to explain the situation clearly, made sure I understood everything, and provided excellent A1 customer service from start to finish. He was patient, professional, and made sure everything was corrected perfectly. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, but Andre definitely did. I left feeling satisfied and appreciated. Big thanks to him for turning my morning around!
Chick-fil-A is an awesome restaurant for getting some good chicken. This place is a nice clean environment and the workers are very polite. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I stopped for a quick sandwich on my way to work this morning. The young gentleman who helped me was giving customers flowers. This is an example of outstanding marketing. Such a small simple gesture made a boring driving to work memorable. Too many companies take their customers for granted. This location never makes me feel that way. On top of that, he had great energy that energized my morning and from what I could see the morning of his coworkers.
Fast food usually isn't too great, I got a huge surprise when I went here. Greeted friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely nice. I sat inside to eat, getting a good look at the action from a front table. When the server brought my food, she ended with its my pleasure.. huh.. wow. Impressed. Food was good fries were hot. Everyone worked well together. It was really clean. For a first impression, it was amazing.

This Chick-fil-A has been consistent with food as I've been there multiple times already. I have ordered almost everything off of their menu and then some, and each time I was blessed with fresh vegetables/fruit, hot out of the fryer chicken, delightful biscuits, perfectly chilled frozen treats, and I have yet to receive a soda that was lacking in its syrup. The servers, despite the impatient, rude, and unappreciative masses that have been swarming there, have been kind, calming, and helpful as they have filled the thousands of orders. Their service with a smile and CFA "my pleasure" is a warm and welcome addition to our neck of the woods. The only reason didn't get five stars for atmosphere, is its lack of a play center for the kids. Welcome, Will, and the staff at CFA, North Greenbush!
First time ever having chick fil a ...Loved what I ordered i ordered for me and my gf we both got tenders and I tried the frozen peach lemonade which is the bomb she got a chocolate shake the mac n cheese is great only thing I didnt care for was the frys but ill be back again for the frozen lemonade for sure, the service was excellent the workers were in good spirits and great moods and attitudes given how busy it is they were great and the chocolate chip/Oatmeal cookie is delicious
Wish they had bread or oyster crackers with their soup. Just saltines. Chicken soup was fantastic. Service great as always.
The drive thru took ages while there were only three cars. It was around 7 in the morning on a Saturday. Food was amazing so it was worth it.
Decent chicken sandwich , good quality and nicely cooked , sauces are elite , waffle fries need to be crispier and more seasoned , chicken bites were fine , nicely seasoned but a bit tough
First time eating Chick-fil-A! It’s been a while and finally drove by. This location like every other is very busy but they seem to handle the crowd very well. My order took about 7 minutes when I thought it was going to be at least 20 minutes. My #1 deluxe was fantastic! A well deserved 8/10. Pollo Campero sandwiches are just better. It was a great sandwich and I really want to try their entire menu which eventually I will. Their waffle potato fries were 10/10!!!
Love chick fil a the customers service is always top tier. However the wait is always at least 12 minutes long at all times. Even if there is 1 person ahead of me the line. I’m working on my patience lol
Never make a large take out order or check it multiple times. With everything else I ordered, they gave me two cheese sauces instead of two Mac and cheeses, my husband went back to get the correction and was given two free sandwiches then he went home to sip his unsweetened tea because he is diabetic to realize it was sweet tea so he went back and all they did was fix the order. This place is going downhill quick.
It’s been 3 different times I’ve ordered and I tell them no cheese on the sandwich & they still put cheese. Today 11/14 at 8pm, I told the girl that was taking orders no cheese & I went over the order again & she said yes, no cheese & I still got cheese on the sandwich. I check the receipt & she put my sandwich with pepper jack cheese. Idk who y’all got taking orders but put someone else. Like what’s not clicking?? I didn’t have this issue until recently
I’m from the south and the chickfilas around Albany always disappoint. I have never been to a Chick-fil-A that forgot straws, napkins or sauces in 25 years until I moved here. I have seen trash overflowing at some locations and was shocked that they can’t maintain the same standards as other stores.
I normally go through drive thru at this location and have a good experience, but decided to order inside today. The cashier cut me off multiple times while I was ordering and shoved the drink/receipt towards me and just generally didn't smile at all. The service was quick and food was hot, but both the cashier and woman giving me my food acted like I was an inconvenience. Don't go to this location unless you are doing drive thru, not very polite considering its Chick-fil-a.
I get a small Mac and cheese for my autistic son 3-5 times a week and just lately they have been giving me half a cup of old macaroni and cheese. I might have to start going elsewhere for his Mac and cheese that's unfortunate cause it just started usually it came hot and full.
Slowest chic fil a I’ve ever been to and I’ve been a chic-fil a customer for over 15 years. Line wasn’t long today and I waited 30 minutes, my fries are cold, nuggets are a bit warm, didn’t even get a straw for my drink and what happened to the chic-fil-a hospitality? My pleasure? Greeting customers? Speed? Organization? Getting orders right? Or that’s just in southern states?? Honestly over it, thought it will get better with time but it’s getting worse. Intervention from southern chic fil a teams is needed ASAP.
The operation of Chick-fil-A stores in Albany, particularly this one and Clifton Park, is embarrassingly incompetent. It's a wonder why they haven't sought guidance from a manager in Baltimore. The management here seems utterly clueless, evident in their chaotic dual ordering lines that abruptly merge into one for pickup. The quality of the food is disappointingly erratic, ranging from inconsistently hot dishes to poorly cooked items.
I ordered my food on the app for my fiancé to grab on his way home.. When my fiancé got home with my chicken sandwich, it had NO chicken on it.. just pickles and a bun. I tried calling the store multiple times with no answer. I had to drive all the way back there to get my situation handled and they have little kids working that shouldn’t be managing a store. Horrible customer service.. all the workers were laughing when I handed over the sandwich with no chicken on it.. the guy gave me a new sandwich and a free chicken sandwich card for next time. Do not recommend
