The staff has got to be the friendliest in the customer service industry of any McDonalds I have ever been to. There was also a gentleman (blue shirt) washing/scrubbing the table legs and chairs and even the under part of the benches. You don’t see that cleanliness too often in fast food. I would eat here over and over again just knowing the staff takes pride in their store and they are all always smiling.

Regardless of other reviews, I found this location to be one of the best in the area. The manager is always on site and always cleaning, the staff is quick and friendly, and the door is always hot and fresh, you really can't beat that for fast food 💯

I stopped for a quick bite after completing a notarization for a client near by and I had a great experience. The worker Charleen(hope I spelled it correct) was a kind and helpful. They were severely short staffed but she was running the show doing various different parts of job functions and making my experience quick and easy.

Stopped for a quick eat during a non peak time, 1 other customer waiting and few drive-thru customers. No interaction from employees, had to place order from kiosk as employees never came to counter to assist. To go orders for both of us were placed on counter and just left for us to grab without any interaction.

Things here always seem a little broken. On my last trip, all but one order kiosk was down or closed. The wait time was considerable but I don't know if it was due to understaffing or the sheer volume of orders coming in(it was a lot!). Food was all correct and nothing negative happened.

Stopped after a long road trip, 3 cars ahead of us, must have been a problem with one of them since the line stopped moving for about 15 minutes. Our order was ready and correct as soon as we got to the window, it was still warm to my surprise.

We went for a late breakfast today and were pleasantly surprised with everything. Our food came out perfectly hot along with the coffee. This is why people love McDonald's. Service was efficient, fast, friendly and accurate. Thank you for a great drive thru breakfast experience!

Stopped because we wanted a quick lunch while on 8 hr drive. There were only two orders ahead of ours but it took more than 20 minutes to get our 2 cheeseburger, 4 nug, 1 large fries order. Hardly "fast food". Giving 3 stars because the food that eventually arrived was hot and good and also because the employees at the counter and the guy cleaning tables were all very courteous and friendly. The food prep time was the downside.

Drive thru has been super slow and the last 2 times we have gone I waited an unnaturally long time to order for being the 2nd car in line. Also, there drink machine was down once and both times they weren't doing ice cream. Usually things run better here, but lately it's been rough.

So while others comment of the interior, l hardly go inside. Never had an issue with the food and they are nice to supplement if they are out of something, drive through can be crazy during peak hours but thats normal. My only issue of this place is when it snows! The place is all icy and not plowed, my car almost got stuck!

I honestly don’t understand why this McDonald’s has so many bad reviews. Every time I come here, the food is fresh and made right. The wait time can be moderate, but it’s always worth it because the quality is consistent. The manager is really nice and professional, and you can tell they care about good service. I also pick up DoorDash orders from this location often and have never had any issues with orders or pickups. Overall, a solid and dependable McDonald’s. Edit- female manager needs to get her head out of her ahh, being rude to employees and customers for no reason. Putting pressure on all of her employees and only had one young girl in the kitchen. Many angry customers due to the manager and it caused a massive chaotic argument. I don’t know the male managers name with the tattoo on his neck, but he’s awesome.

Average McDonald's experience. Every now and then the orders get mixed up. That's understandable because the drive through can be busy. Food is usually fresh because of that though, and the wait is not long. Just check your bag before you pull off

skinny girl at the counter rushed and was short. order was wrong. Another costomer, who cared. Got into arguement with an employee. Resulting in loud swaring back and forth across the resturant. That was not funny when lm sitting next to my young kid. l tried to go up again and get A double cheese plain with extra cheese. ended up with a single cold cheeseburger Wynantskill is not that far away.

I love McDonald's. BUT. As with every chain some are better than others. I am 74 and have eaten at a lot of them. Until now I thought the worst was the one just before I95 on road from Myrtle Beach. It is now second worst. Went to the MA one today. So apparently you do not get a refill on coffee there. WHAT? Then waited 25 minutes while they brewed a pot of decaf. But made my Mcmuffin right away. Could have at least given me the meal while making the coffee. Nope. So meal was icy and to top it off the fresh coffee was cold too. And since this is the only McDonald's in the world where you don't get a refill I had to pay another $.79 to get a cold coffee large enough. Will continue to go to McDonald's as I love them but not this one. Oh and we were in a rush so that worked real well for us. I will say the girl who waited on us was nice but that was all that was good.

Technology cannot replace lousy service. Eventually went up to counter after 15 minutes waiting at table for "dine in" order. Found it sitting on the to go counter in a bag. Turned in my table number tent and ate a kinda warm mess of a burger.

I saw the 2.7 star review beforehand... We needed a quick meal on the go after my son's basketball game and thought we'd beat the odds. Unfortunately the service was probably the worst I've ever received at a McDonald's. It's not that anyone was mean to us. I think it was a lack of experience or training on how to handle customers. The communication was practically non existent. But the good news was that the food order was accurate, fresh, & tasted how it should have. Yes, there were issues like the soap being completely out in the men's bathroom, an out of order touch screen for placing orders, the payment system being down on the other order screen, the receipt not printing on the order screen, having to wait at least 15 minutes to pay at the counter, the treacherous slippery floor by the soda fountain, the abandoned broom set in the dining room, etc. But with the right leadership and patience from customers, this group could flourish!

Took a long time to get order. Tried to use kiosk but there were no numbered plaques to complete the order. I guess the drive through is the only way to get food efficiently at this restaurant as almost All the employees were busy servicing the drive through and customers inside were expected to use the electronic kiosk... But with no numbered plaques to place on your table you were stuck waiting at the counter for help that never arrived.

I went to the drive thru and waited about 5 minutes before ordering. There was no one in line ahead of me. It took a good minute or two for someone to even say "one minute" through the speaker or acknowledge they had anyone in the drive thru line. By this point, there was a second person in line at the other speaker, with 2-3 cars in line behind each of us. When the person at the speaker was ready to take my order, I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe with no cheese, medium fry and a medium iced coffee. The person who took the order was friendly enough and took the order correctly (as confirmed on the screen and my receipt). I waited another 5 or so minutes for my food to come out. I got my order and went on my way. I didn't realize until about 10 minutes down the road that my sandwich was made incorrectly (did not open my sandwich right away). I received a quarter pounder with no cheese as requested, but it certainly was not a deluxe either. It was a semi-warm patty (you'd think the food would at least be warm-hot after waiting so long for it) with a drop and I mean a DROP of mustard, a few small pieces of onion and by a few I mean like 3 tiny pieces, and about 7 pickles. Now I love pickles so I'm not complaining about that part, but where was the mayo? Ketchup? Lettuce? Tomato? I didn't bother going back because it wasn't worth it and I had to get back to work. I gave the service 2 stars because the girl at the window was friendly.

Waited almost 45mins for my food Employment were using foul language and yelling at each other. The dining room was trashed and trash cans overflowing Was my food hot and fresh.. yes. But my experience as a whole was a 4/10. They needed an adultier adult there to be running the shift. Not saying they weren't trying their best at that time of day. But it absolute should have been better.

So this is how McDonald's does business? This is who gets promoted to -leadership- in their franchises? I stopped by my local McDonald's on my way home from work today (June 5th) because I fancied a Big Mac. While walking in I witness the boy in red (yes, boy. No adult man with any sense of self respect would act the way I am about to describe) having what appeared to be a heated discussion with another employee. He then seemed to break off from the conversation and got on his phone. The other employee then goes back to her station while informing said boy in red that he had a customer (me) waiting to order from him. He completely ignores her - and me - for a full minute, instead scrolling on Instagram. Right there. In the front of the store. Right behind the counter. All that, AND they leave their creamer packets and their apples out in the heat too? Now, I would normally not make a fuss about an employee being on their phone at work. Frankly, I don't particularly care about that part. The part that really bothered me was that he COMPLETELY and WILLFULLY ignored a customer while doing so, and the girl working the window tried to get him to do his job. And when he finally did actually take my order? No acknowledgement of his actions. No apology. Just "Take your order?". The girl in the background of the first picture was the one he was back-and-forth'ing with. Note how she's doing her job as though nothing was happening when a customer walked in. She didn't even react when I was taking pictures. She just did her job and let him dig his own grave. That's a good worker. This clown in a leadership position? Pitiful. I work nearby and customers often ask me where to find a good spot to get a bite. Guess who won't be recommending this location to maybe 50 customers a day during peak profit hours? I only give 2 stars instead of 1 because that girl impressed me and gave me hope that not the entire store was in danger.

I’ve never been inside so I can’t speak on that. I just know I can’t order with the app anymore or if I want a milkshake I need to go elsewhere because the 3 years I’ve lived here I’ve never been able to get one (albeit I have tried only about 4 times). Whenever I order with the app I have to pull up ahead and they always seem really annoyed or are unfriendly about it. Never do I get a “your welcome” let alone “enjoy!” or “have a good day” It makes me too uncomfortable now to order from them so I don’t. Today, however, I was right next door and figured I’d tried to get a Shamrock Shake before Lent begins. I didn’t expect the machine to be working but wanted to give it a try just incase. And I didn’t use the app to try and avoid making them annoyed. The machine wasn’t working but it WAS the first time the speaker on the other end of the microphone was actually nice. I didn’t get her name but really appreciated it. Saying “sorry” and “have a great day” with a kind tone goes a loongg way. Not a place a recommend - especially with all the other options around.

Picked up mobile order through drive-thru. Waited almost 30 minutes just to get to the ordering speaker. Once I got there, it had a prerecorded message that they were closed yet they didn’t close for another 10 minutes. The went ahead and made my order. However, my order was wrong. Should have had two small fries, and they only gave me one. The sauce I requested was not there, and I didn’t realize until I had already driven off. No napkins were provided either.

As I was leaving a customer complained that she was waiting for her food for more than 30 min. The manager mentioned that they were understaffed. I didn't feel welcome there and the place wasn't clean (see the pictures). That is without showing what was on the floor behind the counter. I do not go often there and I was there for less than 45 min. Maybe it was a bad day, maybe that is like that everyday. Management needs to communicate with their team.

I go through the drive thru and wait several minutes to get help with no one else in line. After saying hello a couple times they then asked for my order. Wait an extra 15 mins in line with only 3 people in front of me and I finally get to the window and they don’t know the price of my order? Meanwhile music is being blasted and the cook is singing at the top of his lungs? So I waited 20+ mins in a nearly empty drive thru line and no one inside the store because they wanted to take their sweet time. I don’t go to McDonald’s often but this makes me never want to go back again. I should’ve known considering the fact that they are poorly rated. Do yourself a favor and go to any other McDonalds.

The service was awful! If I could give negative stars I would. At first, it was not their fault cause the systems went down right after my first coworker ordered. Me and my other coworker tried to order, and since the systems got funky they just gave it to us for free, which is awesome of course. The two guys up front that were helping us were very helpful and were not the problem. It was the 3 girls in the back. I know they were frustrated things were down, but it took all 3 of us an hour to get our food, and it took almost our entire lunch. And when we finally got our food, they literally just threw the bags onto the counter. You the point where they almost fell off the table. I don't know why they were angry at us. They even almost refused to give us our drinks. I called out to them nicely, 3 times. And I saw them, they intentionally ignored us. They weren't even doing much back there. I finally got fed up and yelled a bit annoyed, and we finally got our drinks. Nope, not going there again!

I wish I could give negative stars…we ordered through Uber eats a couple of times and the order is literally always wrong. The people that work here have to be some of the dumbest people on the face of the planet, the order gets printed out and all they have to do it put it in the bag and can’t even manage that. If you decide to go here, just go out back and peel the bark off a tree to eat because it’ll be a better meal.

This visit was terrible, I ordered a small mocha frappe with no drizzle. When I went to pick it up, I was given a caramel frappe which is not what I ordered and told there is no mocha frappe! While I do appreciate the initiative of giving me something, it is not I wanted nor would get 🤮 So the McDonald's associate said "if you don't mind pulling up and waiting to the side, I will see if I can get one made" After waiting for about 20 minutes in the parking lot possibly for a mocha frappe, I decided to go inside and found out it could not be made, The McD's associate said "I forgot because she was another task to do. What service this McDonald's has 🤬 I had to wait for the manager for a refund which was another waiting game! After finally receiving my refund, I told the manager."everyone should get retrained on good and efficient service"!

2 1/2 hrs into our trip we stopped at this McD. After ordering from the kiosk and not getting a receipt but had a table # my husband & I along with our two grandchildren waited & waited for our order. Finally after 35 minutes of waiting I asked the Mgr about my order...he actually did nothing after not finding it!! I then waited in line to tell him I wanted a refund. He was inefficient and slow to find my order in the machine that did not give me a receipt. Extremely unapologetic about the situation. As well, while waiting and watching the understaffed kitchen i witness a very messy kitchen (the floor littered with food) and an employee that was not properly dressed for handling food!! I have been a McDonald's customer for over 50 years and own stock! I have NEVER encountered this level of service. Plz AVOID this store. There are plenty more just down the road!!

Myself and my coworker ordered a crispy chicken deluxe meal. Both of us received a chicken sandwich meal. Not what we ordered and were told we had to physically go the restaurant for a new meal or a refund. We used door dash because we only have 30 minutes for lunch during the workday. Make the order correct the first time rather than make it wrong send it out for delivery and force customers to come to the restaurant to correct it.

This is my first bad review I have ever left, im not really the review type but I do feel it is necessary after my experience tonight. I Went to order at 10:10 p.m. on a Thursday night and sat in my car at the drive thru speaker for about 5 minutes waiting to place my order and wasn't acknowledged, I said "hello" after a while and still nothing. I figured maybe the speaker was broken or something. So I go to the first window (where the car infront of me was paying for the order he just placed) but when I pulled up no one was there so I pull up to the second window and see the workers standing there talking and I asked if they were open and was looked at like i was an annoyance ( it's now 10:14) and she asked another girl if they were still open and was told "we're closed" I asked what time they closed tonight because that was a little strange, someone just got food. She then said "10:50" I look at my phone and told her it was 10:14, then she said "hang on let me ask my manager" I didn't even want to order what I wanted at that point because I felt I was bothering them for wanting to order but if someone pulls up to the drive thru 50 minutes before McDonald's is supposed to close then I shouldn't be ignored. Extremely rude unprofessional and horrible service. I didn't know it was a "stop taking new orders and say we're closed" or even up to the workers to just decide they are done for the night an hour before closing time. I understand wanting to be done for tge night and I would be more understanding even if it was 10:30 ish but to make that call at a McDonald's It takes 2 or 3 minutes to make my fast food its not like I'm going to get waited on and keep you at your job longer but even if I were, I would of had plenty of time in that hour before the time they were suppose to close. Just very rude and unprofessional.

Waited 15 minutes in drive thru. Ordered a milkshake only. Was told "we don't got any milkshakes". Why did I have to wait so long? "There's only 2 of us working". If you do not have enough staff to properly run the restaurant, then you should be closed. Also, at the very least, you should post a sign indicating that you do not have milkshakes.

I have to take a deep breath when I pull up to this location, because the workers are always in the worst mood. I got attitude this time when I was told they don't have a "regular" size and to pick between small medium and large. Tried to talk to a "manager" over the phone about the awkward ordeal and they hung up on me. I never leave reviews, but this is a really terrible place, I rarely take my kids, but each time I visit this location never fails in delivering attitude, disrespect and wrong orders. I think they should shut it down and start over. No business should be this desperate for employees.

Would give zero stars if I could, I pulled up to drive through at 9pm and was told they close in a half hour and it would be a 10 minute wait for food. Website hours says 11.. sounds like someone didn’t want to dirty his kitchen..

I waited 45 minutes for breakfast in the drive-thru. I was at the window with no one in front of me for 30 of those minutes. This is probably the slowest McDonald’s I’ve been too and I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s. Don’t go here if you want FAST food.

HORRIBLE Workers SUCK SO BAD at their jobs theyre rude and think theyre entitled, this McDonald's should just be shut down. We've tried giving them multiple chances over a 2 yr span, and they're just a huge joke. Can barely get an order right drive thru or inside. Inside is filthy. They close early if they can. They don't like to hand you a receipt. They're the ABSOLUTE SLOWEST workers ever! They can't even say "we'll be right with you" or anything they just ignore you ,inside and drive thru until 10, 15, 20 minutes later (no exaggerating) if youre crazy enough to stick around that long, then they act like they're mad they gotta do their job. I could go on forever. Fire them and start fresh or just close and stop wasting customers time. Train the new people to be respectful and give quality service.

By far THE WORST MC DONALDS I’ve ever been too. I had to repeat my order about 20 times to the speaker and they still got it wrong, I asked for a deluxe chicken sandwich And she put a Mc chicken meal, I had to repeat to her 4 times that i don’t want a Mc chicken meal before she got it. I had to clarify and fix pretty much every item I asked for. Once I got up to the window, they never handed me my iced tea, when I asked about it they said I “never ordered one”, I went home, checked the receipt, boom, it’s there. They forgot two of my sandwiches, where where $4 each!!!! There service is so horrible and they have a sign saying “no refunds or exchanges once off property”, so you don’t have to own up to your mistakes? Jesus Christ this place was awful.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!!!! I would give this place zero stars if I could! Every time I go through the drive-thru it is at least 40 minutes. Today there was three cars in front of me and I ordered two hash browns. I sat there for 30 minutes and never even made it to the window to pay. I pulled out of line to go in but there were 6 people in there waiting to order. No one would come to the counter. A woman asked if anyone was working the register to take orders and a worker responded, "When they get done bagging" with an attitude. People were canceling their online orders because it took too long and walking out after waiting to order for 15 minutes. I finally just left after wasting 30 minutes of my time for two hash browns that I never even got. When I left the same truck was still waiting at the drive-thru window for his food.They also forget things in the order. My son got a Happy Meal last time and they forgot the apples.

All done with this location. Service is ridiculously slow, and more times than not, the food served has an issue. My last visit forever: ordered a chicken sandwich that was completely dried out, cold, and shriveled up. No exaggeration - looked a week old. Fries were completely undercooked and soaked in grease. Immediately brought the food back to to the same girl who barely greeted me when I ordered, and she says "I didn't cook it." What? Comes back with the manager who says they'll make a fresh order. 10 minutes later, I go to the counter for an update and I'm ignored. After 20 minutes, still no replaced order (manager scoots by me delivering an order to a car, says nothing). I'd had enough and got a refund, which takes 3-5 days. But the original charge? Oh, that's taken out immediately. Thanks for wasting nearly a half hour of my day. Wow. Not "Lovin' It."

This had to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The receipt machine was broke so they were rudely yelling out people's orders , the shake machine was (broken) so I couldn't get my daughter her shamrock shake, they had a full dining hall, of people still waiting for there food. The drive through was out ragesly long and one customer received attitude from the manager himself because she wanted a cup with out liquid in it. My food was not only cold but waiting for 30 mins they gave me a sandwich I asked for with nothing on it at all . I will never return here again.

wait times upwards of 30 minutes in drive thru regardless of time or day, and that’s before even ordering. drive thru orders are not taken in order they arrive, just whichever lane whoever is on drive feels like taking at the moment, meaning you can be waiting for half an hour while cars (slowly) pass by you, and good luck if you’re trapped between two cars in the lane closest to the building. food is always cold, and they don’t put nearly half the condiments on as they’re supposed to. i only go here when i’m out of options, but to be honest this location has been bad for a while and needs to close. the employees seem friendly but very stressed. very clearly a management issue.

I get there at 3:00pm (i.e. not a busy time). There are two lines for two different drive-through microphones that merge back to one line to pickup the food. There is a sign that says "any line. any time." I think to myself "this is one of the dumbest things I've ever seen. They probably get the orders wrong all the time because people aren't necessarily coming to the window in the order that they ordered." It really defeats the purpose of a line. Well, it wasn't long until I was proven correct. I pull up to one of ordering microphones and wait for about 10 minutes while 4 other cars, 3 of which arrived after me, have their orders taken at the other microphone and get in line ahead of me. I keep trying to talk to the microphone and wave at the camera. But after watching so many people get their order taken at the other microphone, I give up and drive around and get in the line where people are able to order, what do you think happens? That's right now they're only taking orders at the other microphone, and now about 15 minutes after I've arrived they finally take my order. Then i sit in the line to get my food for another 25 minutes. I see the people in front of me put it in park. Mind you I got here at 3pm, which is not exactly dinner or lunch time. I've never seen anything like it, and I can't even imagine what its like when its busy. Absolute joke. You're better off driving across the street to five guys, which is much quicker and better burgers. This is not fast food, you get served quicker at a sit-down restaurant.

Gross. Just waited at the register for 5min while the person working the register was too busy working drive thru to acknowledge me. Next to the register was a fellow worker with her hands down the back of her pants constantly to keep pulling them up. Finally the person behind the counter asked another person to help me which was met with "I heard what you said..." I just left without ordering. I'd recommend going somewhere else unless this is the only place open.

I just waited on line for 20 minutes and there was only one car in front of me.They gave me hard cold french fries and a cold meal. I ended up throwing away my food. They never failed to disappoint. They also ran out of drinks. they said no soda, no juice. They never ever have ketchup or condiments. They should just close this place down.

I give this location chance after chance but last night will be my lesson learned, just got two happy meals, one didn't have a toy, the other one didn't have a toy. Having two kids that understand one got a toy and the other didn't or one got fries and one didn't it was a nightmare. Then knowing I paid for this stuff and didn't get it was horrible, I'd say this wad just a mistake but I've had several issues in the past, will never return to this location.

If I could rate in negative numbers would be to generous. The hashbrown was freezerburnt and over cooked. Went in the garbage. The sausage Mcmuffin was burnt. Couldn't eat that either. 7 bucks right into the garbage. I was the only one in drive through and waited 10 minutes for the order. I have been there a couple times and have never had a correct order. Why are they still serving. The place needs a good cleaning. All I can say is YUK....

Worst experience at mcdonalds, there were only about 15 people in the store, and they were waiting for a long time and so did we: others went into the store to order later thaen received their order first: and we waited to almost an hour. It was bad to the point that my friend ask for a refund, then they gave us our order right away. If we never asked for a refund, we would have waited longer surpassing an hour, plus the large fries they gave us was not full. My friend ask for no cheese in his fish fillet sandwich and they still gave him cheese. Many people were upset as well; one lady ordered her order at the drive-thru and waited 25 minutes and still did not recieve her order. She went into the store to tell them and they helped her but it was as if they completely forgot her order like it was new to them. I am not angry at the workers because I know only a worker can handle so much, but I am upset at the management.

I'm not happy with the service I received that McDonald's today. Their manager failed to update the POS system, Which prevented work flow to work efficiently, And resulted in several customers not getting their orange juice. These customers are left with no refunds or compensation just a replacement drink which probably led a difference of $2.50 Lost from their wallet forever. When I was told that there was no orange juice I was told by someone who doesn't speak english, The language gap prevented me from understanding what she said and vice versa, i asked for money back, and she brought me a lemonade, which I didn't drink, and since she didn't speak English, I didn't stick around to get my refund, since I already waited 10 minutes for my food, and I was in a rush... this turn of events could have been circumvented with better management.

This location needs a complete overhaul of staff and management. I was just there, had to go inside since no one was taking orders at the drive thru. Went inside and the 3 kids that were there (I say this bc they certainly weren’t working) they completely ignored the line of customers and were just complaining to each other how annoying being there was and people just keep coming but not getting their food. Simply AWFUL. AVOID THIS ONE.

Every time I go, the drive thru takes forever. You wait in line for about 20 minutes just to order. This time, I decided to try going inside to order. It's the same inside. You can only order from the kiosk because no one comes up to the register to help you, and it takes about 20 minutes to get your food.

Around 2:30pm today I went to this McDonald’s location ordered food for me and my girlfriend with my one week old baby in the back seat. As I drove up to the first window I noticed some smoke coming from the window. Figured it was steam from food or something of the sort. As I actually got to the window to pay I see smoke coming out from a female employees mouth with a vape pen in her hand. As she tells me how much the food was, smoke came into my car. I was definitely dumbfounded and really upset. I will not be going to this McDonald’s ever again.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered the Big Breakfast with hot cakes and a hot cakes with sausage for my wife . Got home and neither one of us got any sausage . This is a constant always being shorted a food item . Went back for lunch today ,big mac for wife, 10 piece and large fries for me. Requested sweet & sour sauce got home and as typical they didn't include any dipping sauce . Is this the worst franchise ever !

Unfortunately this has been our third time trying this locations drive through and sadly every time we’ve had to pull away without ordering because no one was taking orders or in this case orders were only being taken on one side. We tried to assume the best and give the benefit of the doubt, “‘maybe it’s busy inside, maybe there are a lot of cars wait to be served.” Nope, empty, dining room empty, drive through pick up windows empty. This is clearly a sign.

This is by far the worse McDonald's I've ever been to in my 37 years of life! The workers are lazy slow and complacent and lack professionalism by every means possible. I've given this place at least 5 chances throughout the past 2 years and they fail worse and worse each time I visit. I've never waited under 20 minutes for 1 meal regardless of what time I choose to go. The managers always make excuses and the workers are horrible. WHOLE STAFF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED ASAP. If you won’t eat something from your restaurant don’t serve it. This was a messy burnt but ice cold piece of spicy chicken. Where’s the other half of chicken? I’m embarrassed I even bit the sandwich I was too hungry to notice. This is sad even for Mc Donald’s. One year back in the south and now I have high expectations 😓😮‍💨I’m coming back and getting my meal re made. Chic-Fila is worth the wait believe that.

This place is a joke, food is always cold, taste like it’s been laying around since week even during lunch rush. Almost every time the order is wrong and looks like a preschooler put the sandwich together. If you want some garbage food and a stomachache this is the place to go!

Second time in two weeks I went for the convince of fast food to see no lights on and have the doors be locked. When I called they said they were open. Walked up to the door and got stared at. It took for the porter who's worked here forever for the door to be opened ... Been here a chunk of times over the past decade or so. That'll be my last visit. I'd find a new morning crew, mins the porter of course.

Consistently bad! Over the last few years we have stopped in every few months hoping it's gotten better, it never has. Can take 10 minutes just to place your order in the drive-thru and then another 20 minutes just to get to the first pay window. Not during peak meal times but at 2 in the afternoon or 9:00 at night. Food quality is very inconsistent. That's if they have the items you want to order. When you finally get your food, it's cold because it's been sitting. Fast food shouldn't take 30 minutes and be cold.

Waited an hour for food and the order was wrong, never got my drink. Manager saw the place was packed and he was just sitting in the back eating. After he came out to clean one table and it was still dirty when he was done. Over a dozen people waiting for their orders and no one was happy. One woman kept saying she didn't get things she ordered when in fact she never ordered them and was just getting free food from them. The bathroom floors were sticky with urine too

Leaving review as a driver. Employees are rude and ignore customers and drivers. Plus they don't pay attention to who they are handing orders out to the wrong people. They don't keep receipts for the orders either. Place is a complete mess. If you can, avoid picking up orders from this location

I come here almost every day and place my order through the app. They provide excellent service usually. Not much waiting time nor incorrect order. But today, 15April2024, there was this lady at food handout window, window #2, in the drive thru, she was very rude to me. Firstly she got my order wrong. And then when I drove around and came back to show her, she said I was wrong, and when I opened my app and showed her the order, she shrugged her shoulders, slammed the window door. She was very rude to me. And I had to ask her again for a straw. Informed the manager but the way she behaved is really forcing me to write a review because I definitely don’t deserve such bad attitude from her. I hope the management looks into this.

Food was not hot as it sat on the counter for 20 minutes. We waited 30 minutes total to get our food. Meanwhile staff were wondering around not really doing a lot. The manager eventually got our food for us, we said to 2 different members of staff our order number and that it was sat on the counter going cold and neither did anything about it until the manager intervened. Very poor service and lukewarm food. One of the servers also had a scraggly beard and was not wearing a beard net. Pretty gross. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Positive note, the bathroom was clean.

Always has a long wait but today I wait 45 minutes trying to be patient and polite but after that long I was forced to ask for my money back and I will never eat at McDonald's again because of how slow they are compared to every other fast food chain. My business doesn't matter to them but maybe I can save someone else to 30-45 minute wait

We took our 2 grandchildren yesterday and it was one of the worst experiences ever. It took 30 minutes to get our food, which was cold and the fries undercooked. In addition the inside dining experience was ruined by a dining room that was so cold we had to eat with our coats on.

How this place is still open baffles me. You go and wait a good 20 minutes in line just for them to mess up your entire order. The food is ice cold. Not cooked all the way, and they can’t do a simple task like give you the sauce for your nuggets. Every single time. And the workers are rude, swearing at the window, don’t even acknowledge you when taking payment or handing you your food. The entire staff all shifts need to be completely cleaned out and replaced. Including management.

Mac Donald sucks they forgot out fries and we got them while still in the drive through bc I checked. When I checked to food they screwed up one of our burgers so I went in to ask for a new one and they didn’t listed to my request and just re made the same wrong burger. They didn’t even offer any type of compensation for our terrible, service 0/10 will not be going back any time soon. All I wanted was a burger and they couldn’t even give me that. And all of our food was cold and they forgot our sauces.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered food through GrubHub for lunch. I got my order after 12pm. I ordered nuggets but they sent a bag of old breakfast food. They stop serving breakfast at 10:30 so they basically sent me a bag of garbage. I drove there and they did apologize and give me the correct food, but as anyone who orders through GrubHub knows, the prices are higher. And driving there defeated the convenience factor of using a delivery service. This isn't the first time but this is the worst. I am not going to order from them anymore.

Waited nearly half an hour for a basic breakfast order they still hadn’t finished. Others waited even longer. The restaurant was dirty. The bathrooms were out of TP and dirty. 3 employees were sitting in the back on their phones. When we inquired about our order we were told they were waiting for the egg (?!) and there was zero evident concern about their terrible service. We got a refund and went next door and got better food and coffee in 7 minutes.

I haven't been to this location in many years but I was in the area. I ordered through the app. I went into the restaurant which was actually pretty dirty. There was water spilled all over the floor and dirty footprints tracking the water all around. They were about six people waiting for food or at least waiting to order and I waited inside for probably 20 minutes waiting for my food. Not a single person in the restaurant. Even acknowledged my existence but somehow people that ordered food from the counter after my order was placed even though their orders looked much more elaborate than mine and for more people they were able to receive their food before I got mine. So after 20 minutes I left and didn't get any food and I would just definitely not recommend going here for any possible reason. There's not a single redeeming factor to this restaurant

I ordered the deluxe crispy chicken sandwich and got a chicken sandwich that was old and it looks like it was thrown down in the fryer for a second time to revitalize if you will. The fries were definitely by or fresh either. My husband got the fish fillet sandwich and found it to be cold and dry. We are highly disappointed and won’t be back to McDonald’s at this location or others. All the fast food lately seems to be of poor quality.
