Ordered with Deliveroo twice on two different days, and both times a pizza was missing. We order delivery for work, and it's unacceptable for items to always be missing when someone doesn't eat. Obviously, Deliveroo will refund your money, but it's still inconveniencing us.

CARCINOGENIC Pizza Today, October 4, 2025, we ordered two slices of stuffed pizza. It looked very nice and well-prepared. There were many colorful pizzas on the counter, with various flavors. The price isn't displayed; the slices are weighed like a bakery, so in reality, the price is exactly double the average. For two slices, one stuffed with sausage and the other a focaccia with potatoes, it was about €12. Two small slices, perhaps 12x12 cm. As mentioned, the food looks inviting, but the flavor is lacking. It's very, very greasy, and both slices were badly burned underneath. A little is fine, but here it's inedible, black, so much so that we pointed it out to the staff before throwing it away. But without having received healthy food, they're probably all burned underneath. I don't understand how other people can eat so much greasy and burned food. I have a stomach ache.

I went to your restaurant today around 2:40 PM for lunch. The service from the girls at the counter was prompt and courteous, but it was a shame about the guy in the open kitchen (in charge of pizza production) who kept banging down every tool he could get his hands on with an annoyed expression, almost seeming to be cursing the customers. A truly deplorable episode that left all the customers at the counter shocked, and presumably also the colleagues who were forced to put their faces towards the customers.

Today we saw a hair on the pizza slice still on the pan with the pears, speck, and Zola. After reporting it to the clerk, she replied, "It's not mine because I'm a copper-haired girl, not a brunette." She didn't even pretend to remove the pan from the counter; in fact, she touched the hair in question with the tip of her knife and continued cutting the other slices. It was disgusting. When she pointed out the hair to her colleague, she removed the pan from the counter and took it to the back where the pizza chef is. He instructed her to remove only the pizza with the hair from the pan and put the rest of the pan back on the counter. Disgusting!! Where's the hygiene?? The hair can fly, but the pan should be disposed of and not put back on sale. Perhaps it's time to be more careful about food handling, and those in charge of selling should pay the utmost attention to these things. P.S. I reiterate that the knife was neither changed nor sanitized. For me that's a big no!!

I've been a couple of times before reviewing. Conclusion DRY, EXPENSIVE, TASTY PIZZAS First of all, the prices are above average for the type of pizza offered; secondly, the table area is so bright it feels like eating in an operating room. But the worst and most unpleasant thing is the attitude of the sales assistant: she has little empathy, little patience, and zero smiles, especially towards an elderly person who asked how the pizzas were, only to be served a pizza without napkins, without cutlery, without anything. When she asked for cutlery, she was told, "You have to wait!" very annoyed. Sorry, but with a hot pizza, a person should already have cutlery on the tray, they shouldn't even have to ask for it. Staff not suitable for the public, location needs rethinking, prices need rethinking. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Ordered through Deliveroo. Arrived OPEN! Tell me how you can deliver an OPEN pizza!!! Without a seal, a piece of tape, or a closure. The box was OPEN! The delivery driver handed it to me from the car seat; it wasn't even in the cooler bags. ANYONE could have put their hands on my lunch. DISGRACEFUL. Terrible service. Never again, not even in person. ZERO CLEANLINESS.

I ordered a slice of Margherita pizza... It was dry and had a strange flavor that didn't resemble either tomato or mozzarella, which, incidentally, was accidentally added here... I wolfed down a bit just to last until the evening, otherwise I would have left the whole thing on the tray. All this for €5.

Terrible experience, rude staff, and terrible supplì, cold and soft. When I asked to heat the supplì, the annoyed girl, without even a word, put them in the oven and went back to counting the money... handling food and money without gloves isn't a great thing, but without a smile, it's even worse!
