Spectacular restaurant. High-quality and very good (delicious) food. The truffle dishes are excellent. The times I've been there, I've ordered the risotto with black truffle and the tagliatelle with white truffle. Both dishes were exquisite. The dessert, without a doubt (spectacular): semifreddo di nocciola! To drink, the waitress recommended a white wine, and it was a great choice.

High quality and in-depth knowledge of the ingredients are the cornerstones of the menu's original yet traditional offerings. Special attention is paid to meat and truffle specialties. Excellent quality, delicious, and visually stunning dishes. Tortelli Mantovani with pumpkin and amaretto are fantastic. The apple tart and hot zabaglione are spectacular. Also tempting are the daily specials. Renovated old farmhouse, including the old stables. Romantic and pleasant atmosphere.

While on business trip, we have decided to get our lunch and diner few times at the Ristorante Corte Matilde. No disappointment! Warm welcome from the staff, great choice of very tasty typical local dishes and wines as well. The restaurant is easy to locate. right outside Ostiglia on the SS12 and a large car park is available. I suggest you to go for the locale tartufo wit pasta and a must try is their incredible and tasty Zabaglione. Enjoy!

A quality restaurant with well-crafted dishes using quality ingredients and beautifully presented plating. The price is actually adequate for the offerings. However, I feel there is room for improvement: the location isn't perfectly aligned with the dishes offered, nor is the service efficient and professional. It's as if the restaurant has reached the pinnacle of a typical local restaurant, but hasn't made the leap to something truly distinctive. A more refined decor and a drastic overhaul of the lighting, which doesn't adequately enhance the interior, would be helpful.
