The atmosphere at OWW is its strong point. The reference to the Old West has always held a special appeal for me. The food is good, although I wish the fries and sandwiches were served hotter. Tonight we tried the Chianina burger, and it was excellent. For two, we had a double Sitting Bull, the Chianina (all with fries), a portion of Onion Rings, a large beer, and a water. Service was quick and punctual. Total €50.50.

It's been a really long time since I've eaten at this famous restaurant chain! I already liked it a lot before, and I must honestly say they've really improved, both in terms of value for money and even their desserts! Ample free parking! I'll definitely be back.

A well-known chain in Italy with a presence in various parts of the country. A Western-style atmosphere, very popular. Tip: Make a reservation on Saturdays, otherwise you might not get in. Good portions. Personal taste; I found the veggie wrap a little too "inviting." Good value. If you're young and on a budget, you can definitely afford a night out here.

I love this place for its selection of sandwiches and the quality compared to other fast food restaurants. Food is an 8, the sandwiches are filling and well-made, the location is a 9, the service is an 8, and the young staff is always attentive to your needs. Highly recommended. Excellent dinner, fast service, and top-notch beer! An honorable mention goes to the waitress who welcomed us with her kindness and, with her professionalism, was able to guide us in choosing our dinner according to our tastes.

Three stars is the maximum for places like this, which I don't like (not hww, but these fast food chains in general). I almost never go there, only rarely when I crave "junk food," and one of my favorites is hww. Prices are higher than similar places (fast food, burgers, etc.), but hopefully the quality is also higher!

Last night, my family and I had dinner here, like so many other times, but last night the heating wasn't working, and the cold from the mall was blowing in. We ate dinner wearing windbreakers. Now I have a cold. Perhaps it would be a good idea to let us know when the weather isn't ideal.

Ordered takeaway via the app, order confirmed with a confirmation email with the relevant QR codes and summary in the app... I show up at the restaurant at the indicated time and when I go to the cashier to pay for the order I discover that they don't have any order in my name... after a discussion among the staff they confirm that my order isn't there and when I ask what I should do I am told that I could wait for them to prepare it for me, specifying that I was there with two small children and couldn't wait at the counter for an indefinite time... fortunately I hadn't paid in advance and I left, no one offered to accommodate me in any way, it would have been enough to offer a dessert or a discount... never again.

The food is truly delicious, but I wouldn't recommend coming here because of the staff, who proved unprofessional. There were six of us, and there was only one other table besides us. Almost all of us ordered meat, but the condiments weren't brought. We had to raise our hands several times to get their attention. While the plates were cooling, despite there being four of them working, the staff's attention seemed to be elsewhere. No one came to check on how our dinner was going or if we needed anything. The situation ended in further disappointment when: After finishing, we were left waiting with empty plates for at least ten minutes, until we called them back to order dessert and coffees. At that moment, at 10:04 PM, the waitress informed us that the machine had already turned off. It's a shame that the delay was due precisely to their slowness and inattention. That's why they make you wait while they close everything! TOP!
