Sicilian Bistrot Rho Reviews
The fish-based first courses were exquisite; we also tried the mussel soup as an appetizer, which was delicious. The desserts are all worth a try. The staff were truly welcoming and kind. We'll definitely be back!
From the first moment, with the warm and sincere welcome, you immediately understand that this restaurant is a truly special place. The setting is elegant yet intimate, with attention to detail and an atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. The irresistible aroma of seafood envelops you and transports you to the seafront, amidst summer memories and moments to share with loved ones. Each dish is a small masterpiece: expertly presented, prepared with the highest quality ingredients, and a balance of flavors that captivates from the first taste to the last. From the starters to the main courses, to the desserts, everything is crafted with love and passion. I recommend this place wholeheartedly: not only do you eat divinely here, but you also enjoy an experience that exceeds all expectations. Thank you so much for your hospitality—we'll be back soon, and with great pleasure! ❤️
After a bad experience near this restaurant, I decided to look for somewhere near where I was staying and stumbled upon this typical Sicilian restaurant. Upon arrival, I was greeted very kindly by the very friendly owner. A friend of mine joined me and we ordered food... and I can honestly say, everything was fantastic, so much so that I'm going back the next day. Excellent quality food Very friendly and professional staff I would gladly return.
I'd been curious about this place for a while, as I often pass through the Rho industrial area, and finally managed to organize an evening to try it. We ordered first courses, a few second courses, and dessert. Personally, I was impressed by the deliciousness of the first course and the excellent quality of the ingredients. The fried food wasn't my cup of tea; the swordfish roll was good for its mix of flavors. The cannoli, well-fried and with an excellent ricotta cream, were also good. I recommend it if you're in the area, or if you're looking to make a detour to try some Sicilian specialties. The staff were very friendly and professional. The place is quaint but tidy. Highly recommended.
Found out about it through The Fork. I think the only downside is the parking, but since it's summer, I found it right away. The food and service are excellent, not to mention that as soon as you arrive, you're greeted by a very kind girl who shows you to your table. The food was really, really good. We left really full, or rather, sadly, full because we should have had seconds of everything. Desserts?? AMAZING. SICILIAN THEME. Perfect value for money, and if you use The Fork, you'll also save a lot. RECOMMENDED
I went to this restaurant in the Rho Fiera area because I was taking a class with colleagues, and it was close to the course location. Having read the reviews, we went to try it. We ordered first courses and a dessert to keep us light, and were impressed by the deliciousness of the food and the excellent quality of the ingredients. The ingredients are mostly Sicilian specialties, and we'll definitely return for a full meal. So, we checked out the excellent reviews this restaurant has received firsthand. Highly recommended.
Exceptional Sicilian food, you must go!
Nice food and very friendly service
We booked through The Fork, taking advantage of the 50% off promotion to try this restaurant. Everything was very good, from the appetizer to the main course. Limited wine selection, but we found a very respectable Inzolia on the menu. The atmosphere is well-heated and simply but tastefully furnished. The table service is friendly, but not cloying... attentive. Typical Sicilian cuisine. I definitely recommend it, although the cover charge (3.50 per person) and the amari (4.50 per person) leave a lot to be desired. Occasion: Dinner for two on Friday.
Typical regional restaurant. A bit out of the way, in an industrial area, but otherwise, the location has a veranda and plenty of space between tables. Tasty traditional dishes. The portions aren't overwhelming, but that's fine. The wines are good. Attentive, unobtrusive service. Prices are moderately high, commensurate with the quality. A positive experience.
Considering the price of the dishes and the quality of the food, it was very good. The wines were well selected. The kindness made the difference; I believe it was the owner, who occasionally chimed in with a conversation when she came to our table. I might have expected a little more from the dishes, but for the price paid, that would just be an expectation. Recommended for a simple dinner with Sicilian flavors.
Evening with friends, Sicilian food, but the caponata was adapted for Lombardy. The Gattopardo appetizer was ridiculously priced. The menu listed on The Fork didn't match the one used at the restaurant, which was obviously higher. The cannoli were good, and the first courses we ordered were also good. I don't think we'll return; the prices are too high for the location.
You have to make the right considerations, it is not right to say I ate very well for what I paid (with the fork at 50%) because for example the mixed grill is absolutely not worth €28 of the full price, that said, SARDINES ALLA BECCAFICO among the best we have ever eaten, CASSATA I do not remember having ever eaten one so good. THE WAITRESS a spectacle of nature, good good
