Are you a fan of great coffee? Secretly or publicly have a sweet tooth? Do you want a Cuban sandwich, but gas is expensive and the Little Havana neighborhood in Miami is too far for your pocketbook? Or, are you simply a man of culture and Coors Light just doesnt cut it? Well, this is the spot to meet all of those needs and more. Let me start off by saying that the The Warlock is the best coffee drink I have ever enjoyed. Just get it. The pastries are all great. The Cuban is as authentic as you can find. The beer list is extensive and extremely well thought out. Not your typical finds and beers taste fresh. Most of all, the staff is welcoming and seem genuinely excited to be there. Do yourself a favor and stop by here and reward your taste buds.

Breathtaking chai (I choked on it by mistake) and delicious almond croissant. Jessica made a good bev and Brent put me on for almond croissants I’ll come back, it was really good Lowkey felt like an FBI agent having breakfast at a diner in a small town where something is not quite right (that’s a great feeling) Congrats, Civil Pour, you’ve earned the Face

Absolutely LOVE Civil Pour! The ambiance is awesome with lots of varied, open seating and the menu has a wide selection of drinks. I've tried their seasonal pumpkin latte, which was delicious, and more recently had a similarly tasty glass of wine. I also ordered their Grilled Cheese, which was great, lots of cheese and yummy pesto, and I opted for a Rice Krispie treat side, which was perfectly sweet. Highly recommend!

After a long week, i came here to hang out and study and I got a lot more than I bargained for! I ordered the Cuban and the 1885, holy smokes best panini ever IN MY LIFE. Thank you showing me love ❤️

The staff were friendly and greeted me promptly! The shop was busy but large and it was easy to find a place to sit. Their signature drink is a “Warlock,” which I tried and it was delicious and the barista put a little touch of art on the top! Not every $7 coffee is worth your money, but this one is. Great place to catch up with a friend or get some work done. Pasties looked good too.

Easy to miss if you’re not mapping here purposely. Right next door to Hibbet, you’ll find Civil Pour Coffee + Beer I took a pic to help find it. Some days you can’t decide between coffee or beer, and this place takes care of both! Others online say this, and it takes the words right out of my mouth - “People say this coffee shop offers unique coffee drinks, lattes, and a selection of pastries, sandwiches, and gluten-free options. They highlight the cozy and spacious atmosphere, perfect for working, studying, or meeting friends, and the free, fast Wi-Fi. They also like the friendly and helpful staff.” Jumpy Joey

Food-great coffee and paninis. Service-always friendly. Marcelino is the best! Atmosphere-beautiful artwork everywhere. Apparently, the owner painted the huge wall centerpiece. Very beautiful. Very impressive. 10/10 would recommend!

This is my first time here and I loved it. The place was really chill, and I would say it’s definitely a good place to study or just grab a drink. One of the server, Brendan, was also very friendly and patient in taking my order. I would definitely come here again!!

The original Civil Pour location was great but this one might be better. Always great service, the best coffee, and don't sleep on the paninis! I might find myself stopping by for a beer every once in a while too!

A wonderful addition to the area! We’ve desperately needed a locally owned space with a more adult vibes. The space has great tables for gaming or working, easy parking, plenty of outlets, good espresso, awesome knowledgeable staff and none of those weird, uncomfortable chairs! Their lavender and matcha lattes respectively are some of the best I’ve had in recent memory. I love that it’s both a coffee shop and a craft beer bar, making it easy to work during the day and then come back later with friends for a board game/mtg night. Plus they have trivia Thursday nights! Highly recommend checking it out!

Love the location, which is closer to our house than the original and likewise excellent venue on Walnut Hill. The Cuban is a “must have” sandwich and there’s always a solid selection of lighter pastry or croissant options. Love the flexibility of having a small batch pour over coffee or a craft beer later in the day if I’m meeting someone after work. Service, staff and quality is always excellent. A great venue to meet some friends and catch up over some coffee, tea or beer.

I've been coming to civil Pour for almost 7 months and I can absolutely recommend this place for great ambiance and delicious hand crafted drinks. I have met several staff over the last 7 months and they are all friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable when it comes to both coffee and beers on tap. Pearl and Chloe are amongst my favorite baristas in most coffee shops I've been to. Josh is another exemplary employee who is friendly and we have had a few fun chats.

It's a good stop for tea and coffee and conversation with friends. I usually visit during the afternoons and grab a pot of tea. Coffee is also a go-to, but I prefer plain-Jane drip coffee. Atmosphere is typical for a strip center.

Drip coffee was absolutely horrible. Neither of us made it past a few sips. If the plain filter coffee is bad, we can only imagine the other espresso drinks… Barista was not close to friendly, not personable in anyway. Not sure why we tipped for bland service and bland coffee. Almond croissant was really good though. Edited to add clarity on my coffee “experience” - since the response we received tried to mansplain roasting to me instead of receiving the feedback: We are passionate about our morning cup (have a Niche grinder, Salvatore espresso machine, and Technivorm Mochamaster at home), and only drink light to medium/light roasts. We know what we are talking about. This was not an issue of under roasting, but of under extraction. Maybe try listening to your customers instead of defending your watered down coffee.

Below Average. Civil Pour clearly thought they could get more revenue from opening another location in Far North Dallas, as there really aren't a lot of coffee shops options in this area. They probably should not have done that. Their Walnut Hill location is better...in every single way. The ambience is better; baristas are better, faster, and friendlier. The Walnut Hill location is the one I'd visit, not this one. This is just another suburban coffee shop serving less than average quality coffee.

live in the neighborhood and was really excited to support this coffee shop, but unfortunately my experience this morning was disappointing and embarrassing. When I went to order, I asked a simple question about whether the winter menu was still available. The cashier responded with, “well isn’t the menu right there?” I was taken aback by the tone but brushed it off, assuming maybe they were having a rough morning. When I ordered my latte, I asked for oat milk and confirmed there was no additional milk. The cashier responded very rudely with something along the lines of there being whole milk. I clarified that I had already specified oat milk and was asking about additional milk like whipped cream. At that point, the attitude continued, and I felt there was absolutely no reason to be spoken to that way. I calmly mentioned that there was no need to be rude, especially twice, and the interaction just felt unnecessarily uncomfortable. I was also really embarrassed because I had invited a friend to try this coffee shop with me, and this was the experience we had during checkout. It’s disappointing because I want to support local businesses in my own neighborhood, but based on this experience, I won’t be returning.

Decided to try this spot today and ordered two iced vanilla lattes (basic drink to try at a new place) and received slightly flavored milk. Customer service and vibes were off. Didn’t feel welcomed at all.
