We received great service, we were greeted upon entering. The cashier gave a good recommendation on a soup to try. We received our food fairly quickly. My family and were able to find a comfortable booth to sit in and enjoy Sunday lunch together. The restaurant level was nice, so we could hear each other as we held family conversation.

I just tried their new salad the other day, Citrus Asian Crunch salad with Chicken. It is absolutely amazing! You need to try it. I think it’s my favorite salad so far from this place. It has pickled red onions, cilantro, romaine lettuce, power vegetables blend, edamame, crispy carrot, teriyaki sauce, tangerine soy ginger dressing and seared chicken thigh. Everything goes so well with each other. Love it!

The store is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They serve one of my favorite bagels such as Asiago Bagel, Cinnamon Crunch Bage and Everything Bagel. To make the least waiting, try to use Panera app. It will save you lots of time wating in the line, plus it is easier to customize your orders. Did I mention French baggett? It is also good. :)

It is Panera. Food was good and soup was warm. Nothing really different than from other locations. Having stated that, I get that we all have bad days but the staff as a whole seemed to be having some challenges. I get it. Customer service is tough. It is hard to be on. However, it really brought the atmosphere down. A fog hanging over the area. I felt like they would have preferred if I left. I will try again. Hopefully it was just a down day. There werent that many people in the restaurant so I dont think it was a volume thing.

Love Panera Bread for its bottomless cup, selection of coffees, and bagels. I usually have a cinnamon or whole wheat bagel, toasted well, with cream cheese spread. Delicious! The manager here, Casey, is the best. Always active either in the kitchen or on the floor straightening things and asking if we're ok. Likes to work and is proud of his place. I do not like to come here on Sundays, but here I am! The manager doesn't work Sundays. Therefore, the staff doesn't work as consistently, and the place isn't kept clean. As I left, i cleared a table of what 2 persons had left of lunch because no one working today cared to check the floor. They weren't busy and had time. Disappointed.

Clean overall with friendly & relaxed employees. They seem happy to work here. Like the interior design with many different seating&table sizes. Appreciate that it has many power outlets too. Quite a few students & others working on tgeir laptops. Love the new strawberry lemonade with fresh basil leaves. Creamy mac & chesse but portion smaller than other Paneras.

First, I'm going to this location. The bagel was burnt. It didn't look like a cinnamon crunch bagel, but it was early in the morning. I had to go to work didn't have time to circle back. I wouldn't go to this location again.

I haven’t been to Panera in years, but was given a gift card. I ordered an iced caramel latte. When it was handed to me it pretty much looked like milk. I tasted it and could hardly taste coffee. I asked if I could add some espresso to it. They took it back and remade it, maybe thinking the machine had malfunctioned or something? Was handed the same thing back. So then I asked if I could pay specifically for an espresso shot to add to it. The gal was very kind and just added it for me. And I could see that she did, but it still is the weakest latte I have ever had in my life. I just feel like throwing the whole thing away. There’s basically no coffee in it.

First of all, the gentleman that took my order was very nice and pleasant. The name on my receipt says, "Luci", but he didn't look like Luci to me, but who knows? I only gave two stars because I ordered their Teriyaki Chicken Bowl. Was it tasty? Yes. But, I must say, I was very surprised when I opened the bag (I got the order to go) and there was this teeny-tiny bowl that wasn't even half full! Honestly, for almost $13, I expected more. I was very disappointed. I won't be back. The photo attached is exactly how the food looked when I took the kid off.

Would definitely not recommend them for a breakfast pickup order for catering. Placed order day before and got an email that my order was ready at scheduled time but walked in to my order not even started yet. Order was ready 20 mins late and not even in a box like website states. Not sure why you would just throw 20 bagels in a bag and missing a cream cheese. Will not be coming back for breakfast with them.

CNBC recently published an article stating Panera is losing customers due to smaller portions. I just ordered lunch for the group and here is what one of the women received, her hand is on the smaller side and she ordered half sandwich with mac&cheese. Smaller portions are fine, even good, however match the price with the portion.

Not happy, ordered 6 bowls of soup got 5 lady at the window in the kitchen confirmed all is there I took it him to find I’m missing one . Called three times got hung up on twice they did call me back after the third time, still insisted they put all six then lady said ima do you a favor just this one time and give you one soup. No I don’t need a favor I need you to look at your cameras and maybe double check I didn’t waste 20 minutes driving in the rain and to come back to get a free soup not fair and half of them were cold
