This place man...the goat of all the burrito places around the metroplex. Qdoba just hits different, the ingredients are fresher, they have more hit in the seasoning department. The ladies here are awesome. Get the Cholula chicken burrito bowl and have them put it in a tortilla shell bowl. Thank me later.

Food was good. I liked the steak bowl I ordered, my wife liked the seasoned pork, can't think of it's name right now.

Food was good The queso was really good And I liked that they had pickled onion. Staff were nice, and they were helpful when I was having trouble with their app. The place is clean and kept. The bathrooms were clean and smelled nice. Went on a Friday evening

This was my 1st time ⏲️ here and it won't be my last. They are not afraid 😏 to fill your bowl up with greatness, unlike another chain that has made headlines for small sizes and charging way to much. I got the steak bowl 🥣 and it was the exact 💯 price they showed and they piled everything I asked for and more as I said just make it good, and oooo boy they did. The fountain ⛲️ coke was so good and you could tell they were not being cheap and had the settings exactly as they should be. Thank you for a great 👍 meal 😋 and some great recommendations.. SAFE TRAVELS TO ALL!!

Consistent and good, good selection and variety of options. Love that they don't charge for Queso or guacamole in your burrito or bowl🥰

One of my friends fond of Mexican eateries so we stop by to this place for our lunch. Ambience - this place got indoor and out door dining area which is clean and sanitised. I loved the quality of spoons and forks here. Food- We ordered chicken over rice and guacamole and Plant based meat over rice. Both are tastiest and delicious. Service - unlike Chipotle , these guys serve only one scoop of veggies and chicken. Over all service is good.

I am allergic to tomatoes. The young man told me DO NOT EAT HERE. My guy friend ate and was on the toilet all night. He likes this place and normally doesn't have any issues when he eats here. Hopefully that day was just an anomaly

First time visiting Qdoba and although the service was amazing not so much as the food. I found some hard object in my bowl and not quite sure what it was. I think it’s time to avoid restaurants for a bit. The food quality is not what it use to be. Business owner does not have any pride in the food or the environment.

Not better than Chipotle This was my first time trying Qdoba, and I had high hopes because people often say it's better than Chipotle. I ordered a chicken bowl, and honestly, it lacks flavor. Despite the variety of toppings I got, it tastes very bland and not cohesive. With Chipotle, you can get anything on their menu, and it'll take great together. The portion size is also small and is worth $10 max. I also got their chips and queso, and they gave me a TON of chips, like filled up the whole paper bag. The flavor of the queso fine, but the chips could use more salt at the very least. Their chocolate chip cookies are really good also. Overall, probably won't be back anytime soon.

I have been to this location several times within the past 10 years. This time was not that great, when we went in this afternoon, we weren’t greeted and I felt like I was being rushed on what I wanted to order, kept asking me “what else” right after I said the first item. The chip bag was practically empty as we ordered CHIPS AND QUESO and paying over $40, when I brought this up to the associate and asked for more chips, he said that’s the size of the combo… I then said it’s practically empty and then he said it again that it’s the right size. Seemed like he disliked his job and was too bothered to give us more chips that we paid for. All of the tables were dirty and not wiped down. He didn’t even mark which burrito was what and we had to all guess which one was ours. I don’t think I’ll be coming back, this place and its service are neglected.

Really guys? 🙄 A rice bowl with meat and toppings is not the ‘Build Your Own Tortilla Soup’ I ordered. The tortilla soup is nowhere to be found.

I've been to this location many many times spanning probably almost ten years. It used to be great, but over time it has consistently gone down in quality- hard- all while progressively getting more expensive. A meal that would have cost me $10 here back in 2018 is now $18 at maybe 20% of the original quality at best. Massively disappointing, this place used to be great. Time to finally say I likely won't be back.

Attitudes in this Qdoba is insane. I come there often. As soon as I hit the door they look at me and start talking Spanish every time. I order a kids meal because that’s all I need to eat. They are so stingy with their meat. Every single location. Today was the last day. I will spend my money where it is welcome. I love the food, but not that much.

Deplorable. The food has went down in quality. Doesn't have any flavor. The shredded cheese taste powdery as if they switched to a cheaper brand. The music is played so loud the working staff has to yell over it as the non-working staff stand by cackling like witches over a cauldron.

I’ve only went to this restaurant because I’ve been hearing that is better than chipotle and seeing a lot of videos on this place but honestly, this is worse than chipotle first they got my order wrong second there was no flavor in my build your own bowl and they definitely skimped out on lots of the sides that I ordered if I could get a zero star I would, but unfortunately that’s not an option

Acting stingy like chipotle, she gave me 1 scoop of queso and said if u want another scoop it’s 3.40 I got nachos that doesn’t even make sense. Where is the other lady that works in there, the new lady is terrible.

I had been to many different QDOBA locations and this is by far the worst. Clean house and bring in some people that know what they are doing. There’s no reason how a slightly busy day can throw off orders. They missed items from my order, and when I went to get it back, I got no extra protein. From this location I lost 1 hour out of my day from driving back. Don’t go here if it’s busy, cause it’s too understaffed with overwhelmed employees. Richardson location is a joke.

Not a good experience at all. I ordered food delivered from here and had two glaring flaws with my order. The first being that our burrito bowl was improperly sealed and ended up spilling in the bag, getting juices everywhere. The second being that my burrito had black beans, which I EXPLICITLY ordered without any beans at all. When I called the store, the man who answered was very rude and dismissive, stating that the store wouldn’t process a refund and that I would have to drive up there if I wanted a remake of my food. I understand that this kind of job can be frustrating and thankless, but you could at the very least PRETEND to care about your customers. Wasn’t thrilled at all with what we received and I am now out $42 on incorrect items. Please be more aware of customers’ orders and more aware of how you come across on the phone. I will NEVER come back here!!!

This place has the most unprofessional and disrespectful customer service I’ve ever experienced. I am vegetarian and came in simply to order a nacho bowl. The lady helping me threw the lettuce in such a careless way that some fell out of the bowl—then she literally scraped it off the counter and put it back into my food. When I asked her not to do that, she told me, “If you don’t like it, don’t come back.” On top of that, another worker backed her up, saying that since they “work under way” I shouldn’t expect better service. Excuse me? I paid $43 for food and got told not to come back, all because I didn’t want food off the counter put in my bowl. Totally unacceptable, rude, and disrespectful. Customers deserve better than this.

I ordered almost everything burrito, that taste line nothing ! I noticed that he filled up the burrito up with mostly rice and not much of everything else though - which is always a bad sign; why anyone puts plain rice in a burrito I still have not figured out, but when there is more rice than anything else I usually find it to be the sign of some dodgy fast-food place that doesn't really know what they are doing. my burrito finished, wrapped it, and handed it to me straight away. I was a little confused that it wasn't heated up, but figured maybe that's just how they do it here. tortilla was was soggy to the point of being unpleasant. I could not taste any cheese, sauce or any of the different ingredients I asked for it in there. Nor could I taste much beef, because there was simply far too much rice. Even a 1:1 ratio of rice to everything else is way too much in a burrito, but here it was more like 2 portions of rice to 1 portion of everything else. I don't recommend this place .

There was a woman and man on shift when I came, around 3:45ish- it was empty and now I know why.. as soon as I entered, I kindly greeted but they just gave me a look and asked me what I wanted. I ordered the cauliflower mash thing just because it’s the first thing I saw and I definitely felt bad for coming in? The man attended to me but the woman was in the back having me looks, and when he made my bowl he just did small half scoops just to rush and get me out. I asked to add lettuce and he told me it was $1.50 extra. He also grunted when I asked about it and they both had extra attitude. I wore my mask, I was super friendly (because I know how it feels working in food service) and I said please/thank you. However I was treated honestly like I was an inconvenience and on top of that I paid $11 for a half-filled bowl. I would not recommend, just go to free birds or some other place because honestly the hospitality is NOT IT here. Also, the woman was answering the phone with her gloves on AND touching the orders with her gloves on- which I found really unsanitary since she was walking in and out of the front and back. If I could honestly do less than a star I would, the whole interaction, the food, and the quality was just unacceptable and rubbed me the wrong way.
