The food on the buffet is delicious. I enjoyed everything. I especially liked the hot sauce because it enhanced the flavor of the meats and rice. The salads were fresh and delicious. I even got a big slice of Tiramisu cheesecake for free because it was my birthday. Service was great. I can’t wait to tell my friends about it.

We stopped by Sababa Mediterranean Cuisine for a late dinner, just 45 minutes before closing, and were warmly welcomed inside without hesitation. At first, I was a little unsure since some restaurants tend to compromise on quality close to closing time—but not here. Everything exceeded expectations. The fattoush salad was wonderfully fresh, crisp, and full of flavor, while the chicken shish tawouk was grilled to absolute perfection with just the right amount of seasoning. The care and attention to detail in each dish truly stood out. Sababa has definitely earned a spot on our list of must-visit places whenever we’re in the Richardson area.

⭐️ One of My Favorite Mediterranean Spots in Dallas! Sababa Mediterranean Cuisine is a must-visit if you love Mediterranean food. Their gyro is absolutely amazing—one of the best I’ve ever had! Perfectly seasoned, tender, and full of flavor. The staff are super friendly, the interiors are very clean, and the whole place has a nice, relaxing ambience. it’s always a great experience. Highly recommend this spot for fresh, flavorful meals and top-notch service!

I have no idea how I've never heard of this place as an avid lover of Mediterranean food! This place has been around for 10 years and their food was nothing short of incredible! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care! The ambiance of the restaurant is so relaxing and the staff were attentive. Highly recommend and will be back!

Went with friends and it didn't disappoint. I've wanted to come here for so long but I wanted to go with friends so that we could order more. They do have a buffet, but it seemed kinda small for me so we ordered off the menu. I absolutely love their hummus and I'd totally just go there to eat hummus with pita bread. It was so good. We also got it with chicken on top and it paired so well. The meat pie was delicious and like a small pizza. I got the combo shawarma rice platter with French fries. The fries were crispy and well seasoned. I honestly loved my dish, but side vegetables were slightly spicy which was unexpected. Large portion size for good pricing. I also bought a bar of their Dubai chocolate at the end but I wouldn't recommend it.

By far, my favorite Mediterranean restaurant! Food was perfect, service was on point, atmosphere was authentic. I appreciated that our server came by to check that our food was cooked perfectly! He also made it a point to talk about their buffet, which we will be back to try out, and was very hospitable! Genuinely great place!

We went for the Saturday buffet and the lady at the reception desk was very welcoming and well-behaved. She reserved a table for us since we called ahead of time. I suggest you also make a reservation to avoid waiting in line. She checked on us multiple times to ensure everything was alright. Although there weren't many food items, all of them were delicious. You'll enjoy all of them. They're refilling all the items as soon as they are finished. I'd especially like to mention the baklava, which is heavenly. Make sure you leave some room for it, otherwise you'll regret it later.

I haven't been here in awhile, so I checked it out recently. It was totally how I remembered. Very very small buffet... but quality was good. Its good for a solid plate of delicious food... but nothing stood out to get a second plate. Usually I eat too much at buffets! They were extremely slow so they didn't refill a single tray while I was there... gyros tray was completely empty during my visit. Chicken rolls had hardened. Soda was completely flat because they did not have ice in the machine. Server was friendly. She checked up on me and even brought me pita bread because they were originally out. Its only $15.99. Definitely worth checking out. I think I went on a off day.

I appertaite the sign of asking people not to waste any food so thank u and I hope people respect this . now to the food we came to the Friday night dinner 15.99 it was not a big spread but i did not mind it i will take quality over quantity any time. I had to clean my won table there were no sliver wear ! or plastic utensils ! there were no napkin in the table there was a guy staring at the drink fountain because he could not figure out where were the cups and i join him looking for it as well !! I was told there will be butter chicken in the buffet unfortunately there was not which was a disappointed because i went there just for this dish but it was replaced with chicken jalfrez which was actually good to be honest i liked the fry fish but was gone really fast and they were very slow in bringing more. biryani was the star of the show really Authentic chicken tandoori was like any red chicken beautiful color but not much taste it was advertise as Pakistani AND arab mixed buffet but there were mainly Pakistani. I was told that they serve just arabic version during lunch buffet so I will come back to try again worker were very nice and working hard please show them love by tipping generously

One word: lines. I don't like to wait in line for my food. The unfortunate buffet placement means a single file line for access. Compare that to Dimassi or Andelous where there is ample space for easy access to all the food. There is also only about 20% of the available choices here. The quality of the food is good, better than Dimassi but the trays of kufta and falafel are often empty. I think the lunch buffet is just under $18 a person and includes a soda drink. Coffee is not included. There is no ice cream. Dessert is very good backlava, some rock hard vintage cookie thing drenched in corn syrup, and rice pudding. The middle eastern music is fitting for the food but the TVs on HGTV remodelling and drag racing just don't fit the atmosphere. I prefer Dimassi.

Couldn’t be any worse! They advertise buffet with biryani and kabobs. They ran out of biryani, chicken and kabobs. They replaced biryani with yellow plain rice. The chicken was replaced with another type of chicken tikka which was bland. No flavor in anything. No plates no silverware. Waste of money!!
